Horrible service, still had to bring car to bmw upon completion and pay more. K does not return calls and there is an attempt by workers to cover for him when he is there and doesnt want to pick up the phone. Recently a part he used on my car failed and even though it was under warranty he wouldnt provide information for parts to be replaced by bmw. Horrible service.
