Purchased a used Chevy from genesis of Stamford dealership. The Check engine light came on after only 3 weeks. I called for service and was told by Dan who was had a very nasty tone that the phone number i dialed was for genesis customers only and asked how did i get the number to call as if i was out of line for calling for service. I got the number from their online website under the service section. Then he reluctantly took my information to have “someone “ call me back. Explained i had error codes from on star. Then said he works on Hyundais and doesn’t know about the Chevy codes. Hmmm do i want them to work on my car knowing he bluntly says he does not know Chevy car care. Funny how i was told i have to bring the car to them for the warranty to be guaranteed but then received such an unwelcoming response making me feel like a child and as if I did something wrong by calling for assistance. Definitely will not be recommending this company for car purchases or car services. Hopefully i can use the warranty at a Chevy dealer. And won’t have to use their services at all. Very disappointed at this point.

Not honest people at this service location! Don’t use them for anything! They don’t fix the issue and then they blame you and the service advisor that they claim he no longer works there, happed twice already, so frustrating!

We had one of the best experiences buying a car at Genesis. Dan was very professional, friendly and very patience. We were in and out within a few hours driving our brand new car. Usually, I hate the whole process because it’s lengthy, sellers are always in a rush or rude. Dan and the entire team at Genesis were terrific. I recommended 100%.
