I called early on a Saturday morning and they arrived to my doorstep within 60 minutes of me calling. They offer great friendly service and expertise at very competitive and very fair pricing too. They came pretty quickly to fix my freezer. Only refill the gas without assess the leak. they were 2 technicians(one hasnt left his phone). Charged me 2 hours each despite staying almost an hour. Next day, my problem is still not fixed (as the leak). Paid $834 for nothing. Planning a law suit.

Bill’s is our go to. They never let you down. Prompt response and always an explanation of what the issue is and the best way to solve the problem. I can call or text at anytime and know I’m going to get a response which is so reassuring when you are in panic mode. They will be on the roof in 90 degree August heat if you need them, or take that cranky freezer to their warehouse location to run the tests in needs, leaving you a loaner so you don’t skip a beat!! Ive been in the service industry for 21 years and have never come across a company that literally left its customer out in the cold. I have dropped them from my refrigeration repair as well. Too big now for their own good. Plenty of other companies out there that have respect for their customers.

Bills Refrigeration & Air Conditioning installed a new walk in freezer for us! It works wonderfully and out preforms the old model. They are the first people we call when we need equipment serviced!

Had a problem with my central air conditioner, called a couple places to get fixed and they were the only one that was able to see me the same day. The technician came out to the house within 2 hours and had it up and running within 45 minutes....what a savoir because it was extremely hot that day. Thanks guys!!!!

Waited a week to get fixed finally abandoned by them. So i would have to call another company. They already charged $150 per hour and what they fixed during that time stop working after the technician left. Called her dozen times to get a quote to repair but they were not interested. Utter waste service and never reccomend to anyone.
