My husband got in an accident and his car was taken by this awful company. Almost 2 hours later I called to see where the car was so we could grab his registration and release the car so we wouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg. The man who answered was extremely rude. Sounded like a teenage boy who just didn’t want to work that day. He would not tell us where the car was and said he wouldn’t find out for us. He was rude, condescending, and it made a bad situation even worse. We love a company that doesn’t want to tell us where our personal property is and treats people like dirt. Lazy scumbags.

Extremely difficult to work with after our vehicle was towed after we were rear-ended on I-15. Would not release our personal items even though insurance was paying their towing bill. No one at the yard, always have to call and then they argue with you and hassle you. After going through such a traumatic wreck I didnt need their attitude. Strongly do not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional, uncaring, and impertinent. No customer service skills whatsoever.

My daughter slid off the freeway hitting the cable barrier, uhp called this towing company and they hauled it to provo .I was told about it next day in the morning I had to wait tell 3 pm to see the car because they were out on other calls, the employee wanted me to pay 450.00 to get the car out they said they had to recover the vehicle, with was a lie because the car was wrecked but it would still driveI had to wait tell monday to get it out After they offered me 300.00 for the car but charged me 550.00 to get it out,they are clearly dishonest and why they state contracts with them I have no idea

Fast service, personable employee, however, they hit you with a $35 fee for “state doc. fees” that insurance won’t cover because it’s just a fee tacked on because they can. Being contracted with the county puts them in a great position to add extra fees because you don’t have a choice in using their services (otherwise they keep your car).

I wish I could give ZERO Stars. :( This is by far the WORST towing company in Utah County or even State Wide. They towed my vehicle and when calling JUST TO ASK QUESTIONS they were beyond disrespectful and rude. Getting your vehicle towed is already frustrating and stressful enough without the lack of professionalism. One of the employees named Thomas (probably not his real name) would not answer ANY of our questions and when he did it was sarcastic and one worded responses. Not only that but his coworker encouraged his behavior by laughing in the background during our phone call. I am DREADING going to pick up my vehicle. The money is not an issue. Towing my vehicle is not the issue. But the fact that I am now SO uncomfortable to even go inside to get my vehicle is the problem!!! If your vehicle is towed by this company. I am SO SORRY. THEY ARE THE WORST!

Sucked I got towed but they were really easy to work with. Called me letting know their card reader was down so I needed to bring cash.

Dishonest shady businesses. He towed my freinds car and know its not running well. He drove his car 94 extra miles some how
