Had to get my side mirror fixed on my car and they were fast and did a great job! i was so worried that the paint wouldnt match but you cannot tell the difference. they also called a few places to get me the best priced mirror. will definitely be going back!

The quality of their work is excellent - the very best anywhere! The staff is very friendly and professional. In every case that they have done work for my family or me, they have exceeded our expectations. Its not just another body shop. I know its been family-owned for decades and it seems like they are obsessive-compulsive about the work they do. Tad and Derek Peterson have gone the extra mile for me on every project they done for me and as much as Id like to think its just me - I know they do this for everyone. When I mentioned to friends and neighbors that my truck was in the shop getting some body work done, theyd ask where I took it. In every case when I told them to Dale Petersons, every time theyd all reply something like, Oh, good! Theyre the best. There may be flashier places in town, or your insurance may say that theyll guarantee the work of some XYZ Shop, but it shouldnt matter. (The insurance companies probably have some kind of discounted rate with their guaranteed shops, but IDK) Id choose Dale Petersons over any of them. Ill take the word and work of Tad and his team over anything, anywhere. First, I know Tad will always stand behind their work, but more importantly, he wont have to, because the work will be perfect the first time. Its why my family, my neighbors and I will always choose Dale Peterson over any place else. No question.

These guys are awesome! We finally got rid of our mini and got a new Tahoe. A few months later someone T boned my wife running a red light. We all worry about how are car is going to be after a major accident. When we got our car back we couldnt tell at all it had been in an accident and ran perfect. No worries at all here! They kept us updated through out the process and even helped us with the insurance companies. They were very friendly and did a great job. I am very happy we had them fix our car. We will always use and recommend them from now on.

Dale Petersen knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was returned in better shape than it was in before the accident. He cleaned a bunch of old glue residue off of my hood and polished it. The hood was unaffected by my accident and most places would choose to leave it. the whole car turned out looking far better than I bought it. Dale is an honest guy and believes in treating his customers right. I will be bringing future business here!

I had an early morning dead battery and a need to get to work. They were so nice and came so quickly to help me get my car started. The cost was great. Their help and smiling faces got me on my way to work and saved my day from being a disaster! I super appreciate their service and will recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I had our F250 truck towed and these guys were amazing. They had a competitive price, great customer service, and were so professional. We were impressed with how nice their equipment was and how quickly Brayden (I think that was his name) worked to get our truck towed. I would highly recommend these guys. They are a very professional business and I loved that its family owned.

I bought my car in August 2020 and it’s been hit two times and got dinged by another car door in a parking lot. I have taken it in three times now to be repaired and every time it comes back looking perfect! Hopefully I won’t have to take it in again for a long time but if I do I will definitely take it here. They are precise and the car looks and feels better once theyve worked their magic. They are knowledgeable, they are HONEST, can I say that again, they are HONEST. They are awesome. Give them a try and youll be singing their praises as well.

Extremely difficult to work with after our vehicle was towed after we were rear-ended on springville . Would not release our personal items even though insurance was paying their towing bill. No one at the yard, always have to call and then they argue with you and hassle you. After going through such a traumatic wreck I didnt need their attitude. Strongly do not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional, uncaring, and impertinent. No customer service skills whatsoever.

This shop did some very high quality collision repair work on my vehicle after an accident! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however every time I called, the pickup date for my car was later and later.

We have go through insurance for repairs and they price fairly and try to cut costs down wherever possible. Theyre very thorough and Dale knows what hes talking about. A knowledgeable, honest mechanic! Could you ask for more? The only negative has been the timeframes. Getting in is backed up but clearly thats because Im not the only one who knows how amazing he is. Its worth the wait! The work hes done has always been above and beyond, flawless! Very kind staff and clean facilities! We are converted.

I have gone 3 times to Dale Peterson trying to get my car serviced. I made a appointment for a Friday afternoon and when I got there they were closed for the weekend for Labor Day. Another time I dropped off my estimate and they told me they would call with a time for me to drop off the car and after a week of waiting I called to check on the status of dropping it off and they couldn’t find that I had even left the info. Then the girl proceeds to tell me that since my car was drivable, could I drop it off October 18th which is a month out. No thanks! I need my car fixed ASAP. They did not want my business. Their customer service was HORRIBLE! I called another repair company who within an hour of me calling had a rental car set up and a time for me to drop off my car.

I had someone cut the cats off my truck and they worked with my insurance company (state farm) to help me get back up and going. Tow truck driver Braden was very professional and on time, Tad up front was always on top of everything and would call and give me updates. Couldnt have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. I would definitely recommend them!

Peterson auto is amazing they do such a amazing job!! They are honest about everything. They dont take any short cuts. My car had the right rear quarter panel damage and it now looks like it did the day I took it off the lot. Everything from the paint to the axle they made sure everything was perfect for me. I have had two experiences with Dale Peterson Auto Body in less than 1 year. Both involved the same vehicle. The first time I was rear ended, my Lincoln MKX was new to me and I was very upset about someone damaging my new car. The staff at Petersons got on the repairs right away and worked everything through the other drivers insurance which made it seem hassle free on my part and I was very pleased with the flawless work that was done to my vehicle.I recently had another accident where I was rear ended but this time the damage was much worse! I spoke with Petersons and they picked up my car from another tow yard for me the very next day, and within days they were in contact with the other drivers insurance to have their adjuster come out and assess the damage to my car. The insurance called me to let me know the extensive damage to the car was non repairable and that they were totaling the vehicle. I called the auto body one last time to obtain whatever possessions were left in my vehicle and they were understanding and showed compassion towards the situation.You will never meet nicer guys! They are very polite and professional. I will never take my cars anywhere else. My family and I have nothing but great things to say about all of our experiences with Dale Peterson Auto Body.

My 2012 Chevrolet Volt was involved in an accident this summer. There was some significant body damage & the car would not start due to a unknown fault with computer system. Dale Peterson went above & beyond to return my car in working order. The paint job is flawless, and body work was done in a timely manner. They worked with the an electric car technician at the local dealership to diagnose the starting issue. This shop is very professional & friendly to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone.As a side note. I noticed some negative reviews were regarding storage fees. I would like to clear this up for you. They did NOT charge me a storage fee for towing my vehicle to their shop/tow yard. However, they do have a state impound lot where police store vehicles that have been impounded. The storage fees are associated with impounded vehicles only, which fees are required by the state. That is why one reviewer had to complete paper work from the DMV to release their vehicle from the lot. There are a number of reasons why cars would be impounded and taken there. It is not the fault of the body shop that a car is impounded or are taken to the impound lot.

Good shop works is good

Took a little longer to complete the repairs then I felt it should have, but aside from that Im very pleased. They matched the paint perfectly, and even repaired some unrelated damage, free of charge, that was in the same area. I felt like they cared about getting my vehicle done right.

We wont use anyone else but Peterson Auto Body for bodywork, paint and installations of accessories. They are not the cheapest but they are the best in Springville and possibly Utah County. Tad and his staff are great!

Dishonest charges...My vehicle was stolen last week and recovered by Springville police yesterday. The police informed me this company would be towing my vehicle to their storage yard. After speaking with the police I called Dale Petersons and spoke to a person that seemed to be the manager/owner. He informed me that I would be unable to recover my truck that evening because the police still had some reporting and inspecting to do. I would therefore need to wait until the next day to pick it up.Additionally, due to state requirements, I would need to obtain the impound release form from him, drive to Provo in order to get an official release by the DMV, and then drive back down to Springville to finish the process. He offered to fax the information to me. As a fax machine is about as outdated as a phonograph for someone my age I asked him to scan a copy and email it to me. He informed me he was unable to. Though Provo and Springville are not far apart this constituted another inconvenience to the process of getting back my stolen vehicle. Oh, and he also told me they only accepted cash payment. No scanner, only accept cash... Is this some sort of geriatric chop shop? My first interaction with this company was not an impressive one.I arrived at Dale Petersons less than 24 hours after my vehicle had been towed. After satisfying the paperwork requirements I was informed that I would be charged an $80 fee for storing the vehicle for 2 days. So, though I could not have picked up the vehicle the day before because of police requirements and though my vehicle was in their lot for less than 24 hours I was still charged for 2 days worth of storage fees. Their reason? Charging me for 2 full days of storage was not illegal. Big red flag right here. Just because something is not illegal does not make it any less ridiculous, dishonest, or unethical.For the above reasons I rate Dale Peterson Body Shop as 1 star. Though I likely will not have reason to use this business in the future I will not recommend it to anyone who needs towing or auto body work done.

When I went to go pick up my car two days after it being towed I check my car to find $70+ gone, my money jar gone, other things in my car we’re gone, especially my car registration. My car was a MESS when I got there. Way to pick your employees.... (-1 Star)
