I recently contracted with Oldham to provide me with updated VOIP service. There were definitely some bumps in the road to getting a service that is functioning well for us. However, they have been great to work with. They are always friendly and helpful. I just wish there werent so many issues to untangle. I may not have made the change if I had known. I did have to upgrade some of my internet services and router etc, which was not there fault.... but at times I drop calls, cant get voice mails etc. At three months mark, we are still working on it. I will say though that they are great people and have worked hard to make me happy with my new service. This company does have integrity!
