Working with Darren for our daughters wedding was great! He responded promptly and very patient with the changes we chose to make. His delivery and set up was on time and the food was amazing. We LOVED all three fountains (ranch, cheese and chocolate)!!! He went the extra mile, literally, and we are very grateful for him.

The chairs were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I have to say about my experience working with this company. I had a hard time getting a hold of them after I had already paid the bill and actually worried for a bit I was being scammed. When I finally got a hold of Darren about the matter, he was very defensive about it and a bit crass. He informed me he had sent an email that morning which I never found in my inbox, spam or other locations (this is after I had already reached out multiple times over a 2 week time frame). To Darren’s credit, he did apologize later for his tone.I called previously to verify the chairs would be at the location before noon on the day of my wedding. They were an hour and a half late. Because of this, set up took longer and we were late for the ceremony.

The chocolate was amazing and everything we wanted it to be! The employee was very thoughtful and even left us with a gift. Thank you so much for making my husbands dream come true…having a chocolate fountain at his wedding!

We used a chocolate affair rentals for my daughters wedding. We received what we had reserved and all was great EXCEPT for the fact that the tables and chairs were delivered an hour late. An hour! No explanation at all. Just sorry about that. I am giving only 3 stars for the facts that 1-he was an hour late. And 2-no explanation. No how can I make it right. Nothing. Might be a deal breaker for me.

Darrin was so responsive and easy to work with. The tables were clean and relatively new. Super convenient and great prices. I will definitely use them again.
