VERY unhappy with my recent visit. I picked up some balloons late in the day for an early morning party. Less than 8 hours later half of them couldnt even float anymore. The rest sank soon after. Terrible quality helium.

Absolutely so rude. The employees had their masks down under their nose the entire time I looked around. As my boyfriend came in for two second without one to pick a balloon, they then snarled at him and disrespectfully asked him to pay for one.

I went into Partyland today, and I was so impressed with the mask policy! I appreciate their diligence to keep our community safe. It made me feel safe while I was shopping, and the girls up front picked out the cutest balloons! THANK YOU to the employees, store manager, and corporate for enforcing the mask policy!

Today when I went to party land I was stopped at the door because I wouldn’t wear a mask, I informed them that I couldn’t and I had a doctors note saying not to. An older woman empty was Arguing With me telling me that she doesn’t understand why I couldn’t. After arguing back she finally just said go and do your shopping very rude. Once I was in the back looking for what I needed there were 2 other employees talking about how I was going to cause danger to the rest of them because I wouldn’t wear the mask. I understand that everyone has there own options on this subject but I feel like as employees they should not be talking about customers especially when I was standing right there.

This place is amazing and management seriously is so kind and willing to help.

The girls that where doing balloons made (yes made) these ADORABLE fish balloons for my sons 1st birthday. I didn’t order ahead they just wipped up amazing decorations in 20 minuets! Unbeatable service and great stuff. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

PartyLand is a Utah County icon! I’ve been going to PartyLand since I was a young lad. The quality and service are unmatched! I especially like how easy they are to work with on balloon service! Ask for Troy, he’s become my favorite employee at PartyLand after years of interaction. I highly recommend this place for any type of party needs.

The prank wall is the best thing. Ive been coming here since I was 10 yrs old. The only difference is now I pay. My nephews love the sink bombs. If I could give a sixth start I would thats my favorite number 666 😈

Went in the other day to find a few things for a little get together we were throwing. The employee was super helpful and showed me multiple options, even showed me some things I hadnt thought of myself. The quality of the product and are better than you could buy at Walmart, and the balloons bouquets they make look really nice and are good quality. Its a great store!

Went here looking for the right sized cauldron for a Halloween party and was in AWE at their party selection! Its better than most Party Citys Ive been to in California. Im going to be headed back here to get some party supplies for my daughters birthday.

I honestly LOVE Party Land. I come here for every single occasion. My daughters birthday, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, showers etc. The staff is usually really nice and accommodating. I purchased some valentines balloons today for my kids. First, I was overcharged $14 for the balloons and then once I got home, I realized one of the balloon bouquets I purchased was missing.. so I searched my car in case it had popped. Nothing. Called the store to see if I had left the bouquet there, they said it wasn’t there and that there was nothing they could do. So I asked to speak to a manager. I believe her name was Gabi. She was HORRIBLE. Every time I come into Partyland she is very aggressive and makes me feel like I’m exhausting her with any questions or concerns I have. She said she knew for a fact she clipped my balloons together and sarcastically said “yeah, balloon She DO go up in the air and fly away”. If it flew away, that was my bad. I got home and searched, found the string that the balloons were attached to. Yes, the string was still there. So Gabi must have made a mistake and not assembled the balloons securely. So therefore, of course they will fly away unknowingly. I wish she would have said, “oh yes, I may have made a mistake so please let me fix it or quickly replace the balloons“ It is Valentine’s Day and it was crazy and hectic. It’s not about the balloons, it’s the fact I’m a continuous shopper there and they completely made me feel like an idiot and did nothing to help the situation. I LOVE Partyland, but I don’t think I will be returning there ever again. If I go there and spend my money, and something goes wrong or a mistake is made, it makes me feel hopeless and baffled when all they can say is “yeah, sorry there’s nothing we can do about balloons”

We called ahead and they had sugar floss for our cotton candy machine for our 4th of July celebration. They have many flavors to choose from.The clerk was helpful.

I just had an interesting experience at a place my family and i have been going to for years. Im sad to say we will no longer be supporting partyland in Springville anymore.My son and I were picking out party supplies and we made our way to the counter to purchase them. At the counter there was a mid 20 year old female customer having a conversation with a middle aged employee about a balloon. The women handed the balloon to the younger female and she then proceeded to leave. As she was doing so, the employee then said You can go ahead and take down your google review that you left. The customer then turned around acting a bit surprised and said, My review was honest and needed to be shared. Im assuming there was a misunderstanding that led up to this point.And now for the reason my family and I will no longer be supporting this place. The employee then said well if youre going to be a B**** then you cant have the balloon and literally leaned over the counter and snatched the balloon aggressively from this frantic customer who seemed to just be trying to make someones day with a simple valentines Day balloon. The customers face was in complete shock and embarrassment, as were the other customers faces in the area. The behavior that this employee exemplified is not consistent with what common courtesy, decency and customer service entails, nor is it consistent with what makes a party store fun and upbeat. I placed the supplies that i had originally wanted to purchase back on the shelf, and left. On the way home I had to explain to my five year old son what B**** means.If anyone knows who this employee is, she needs to be pulled aside and be taught how to treat people. And maybe for good measure be given a balloon herself to be reminded what kindness is all about.

Fun store with anything you might need to plan the perfect party. And they have a jelly belly bar where you will be tempted to wheaz the juice. Try to resist as this will get you thrown out of the store.

Me and a few friends were walking around looking for some last minute costumes. In the little kids section we found our high school flag. I stood up on something to grab it down and was rudely told to get down by a staff member. She told us how we didn’t need to be in there. We said we were just trying to get the flag down and she told us to either buy something or leave. It’s Halloween so I understand that the staff is under a lot of stress. But she was being extremely rude. We said we were gonna buy it and she was like “it’s $18” and I said it was $16 and she said “oh congratulations you can read” and when we told another staff member what happened she didn’t say anything at all.

Ended up here because they were the only party store I could find nearby that had a small amount of outer space themed party supplies. Bought several things a few weeks before my 6 year olds party. I wasnt super impressed with the very young girls working in the store- they were chatting and laughing with each other rather than focused and professionally helping customers. Whatever- I grabbed some of the small selection of space themed stuff they had and got out of there. The party which was supposed to be 25 days later ended up getting bumped back a week due to rain. Fast forward to 35 days later....party is over and we ended up not using several packages of napkins and cups. So I take them back, still fully packaged and pristine, with receipt in hand. The super young girl behind the counter tells me they wont take them back because its been more than 30 days. I asked if theyd gotten rid of their space themed section. Nope, still there. But shes not taking them back. I tell her the party got rained out and bumped a week, otherwise Id have been in 7 days earlier with the same stuff. Nope, no dice. Seriously? Its been 35 days and they are still perfectly brand new and packaged and they still have a section they could be added right back into. I ask to speak with the manager to see if a piddly little 5 day exception can be made- its not like this is months later people-- and this girl who looks like shes maybe 17 tells me she IS the manager and theres just simply no way she can make an exception to the 30 day rule. Well, you got me Partyland. Five days too late. Cant argue with your arbitrary line in the sand thats apparently more crucial to your business than a happy customer. But I will NEVER shop here again and I will encourage anyone I know to avoid it too. Treat your customers with respect and be reasonable if you want to keep them. And teenage girls are sweet and fun to have stocking the store and ringing people up, but it wouldnt hurt to hire someone with a fully developed frontal lobe to make managerial decisions.

We went shopping for a costume for our children. We were told by one of the associates the costumes were 40% off so we picked out the costumes we liked. Got to the register and were told no such discount. (I would not have purchased but my autistic son would have thrown a fit) They were dishonest with us and rude. Stay away

Do not rent a blacklight from this store! I only gave this review one star because the system wont let me post unless I do, otherwise I would give a rating of no stars. Last Saturday we made a last minute rental of a blacklight from the Springville Partyland. The rental was $25.00. We tried to use the light for a party, but it lighted no more than 6 inches of space directly in front of the light. Might be good to light a fish tank, but not any good for a party. We were disappointed to have paid so much for nothing. When my husband returned the light today, he tried to discuss our lack of satisfaction with the rental but the sales associate at the counter just shut him down. He even tried to suggest an alternative type of light that might be better for future rentals but she didnt want to listen. Pretty much the attitude was we got our money, and we dont really care about your experience as a customer, so go away and leave me alone. Needless to say we wont be renting anything from this store again and would recommend that others learn from our poor experience. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. BTW...read Heather Masons review from 3 years ago...sounds just like the experience my husband had with the sales associate behind the counter today. I guess 3 years is not long enough to learn a lesson about how to serve customers in a way that will make them want to give you their future business.

I went to Partyland to get balloons for my sons party that was the next day. You can pay extra money to have something put in it to keep them up longer. But i thought with the party being less then 24 hours. It would be fine. I GOT 20 OF THEM. I took the balloons home then went to Reams . I noticed their balloons were bigger. So I got 12 from Reams. The next morning the balloons from partyland were on the ground. MY REAMS BALLOON WERE FINE. All 12 were still floating and looked great. My son was so disappointed. I also paid 6 cents more for each balloon at partyland over Reams. For a place that calls themselves partyland they ruined my sons party.
