If I could have given them zero stars I would have but there wasnt the option. 1 star is being generous. They used to be my favorite they changed into a new office have all completely different staff (payson office) we get transferred around to this office which would be fine but for my husbands check up they did not do a cleaning charged us for it and said he needed to schedule for a deep cleaning which also would be fine expect they would not schedule it the day he was available because it was just TOO annoying for the girl scheduling the appointment to open up the correct day he needed (her actual response). She still scheduled it for the day he said he could not make it to so of course he missed it. Tried calling to reschedule it and get corporate office where they insist we have to pay for the cleaning over the phone when they’ve already charged our insurance for a normal cleaning that they never even attempted to do because he needed a deep cleaning. I asked for the persons name from corporate because she wasn’t doing her job she refused to give it to me and said each office does things their own way and corporate does it another. Absolutely the most unprofessional dental office and corporate office I have had the misfortune of dealing with. This isn’t my first bad experience with them since the change in office and them having my family go to different offices. They insisted I needed a crown on one of my teeth after over a year I finally agree to it and it’s given me nothing but pain since. It’s never even hurt before. I have now had to have a root canal done in it twice it still hurts. I’ve never even needed a root canal before. If you have another option for dental office take it they are not worth it.

I went in to get a root canal a year after I had chipped a large chunk out of a tooth. They insisted on a crown instead and it has cause nothing but problems since. Their staff does not do a good job setting you at ease and the hygienist placing spacers in my teeth took upwards of 15 minutes trying to get the spacers in place and kept saying how she didn’t know what she was doing. I was numb but could tell I was going to be extremely sore when I regained feeling. When the crown was finally placed it was VERY wrong, didn’t fit right, rocked back and forth. I could feel it was wrong. Paid the price of a root canal because they didn’t inform me BEFORE they started the procedures that they couldn’t accept my insurance. But now, 8 months later, I have to go get a root canal on that tooth anyway.

This place is a little hard to find and if you’ve ever driven by you think it was closed or out of business their ain’t nobody here. In fact I’m not even sure they are still in business. Let me go look. I guess they all are but the only reason I found them is because they’re on the backside of Game stop

Still waiting to see the dentist. It’s been 53 minutes and counting. Sorry, but there’s nothing professional about having a customer wait for 53 plus minutes. My time is just as important as yours.

I love coming here. I had to get several cavities filled and a crown spread over a few visits. Theyve been great every time. All the staff are friendly and make going to the dentist enjoyable.

Finding a good dentist can be a challenge. Finding a dentist office thats open on the weekend is even harder. The fact that I can see the dentist and also come for my orthodontic care in the same place is great.

Nice friendly staff. My sons teeth look awesome! The only complaint I have is theyre only there once a month.

KK was the best! Very patient and understanding. My son needed tons of work done and between her and Dr.Ahn we were relaxed and now have a full understanding of what needs to be done.

The worst dental service EVER!!! The dentist did not address my dental issues. Then the cost of service was wrong, and then they call me a year later to collect payment. Not a trustworthy company to go to.

After a lot of pain,crying and a lot of stuff i can not express my gratitude for how happy and beyond content i am after getting a wisdom tooth out that was very very much needed out dr.yejin Ahn did an amazing outstanding job very friendly and everyone i have meet at the springville office is truely a life changing experience and i do mean it i will always come here and recommend anyone i know too come here and someday ill be more than happy too bring my kids if i ever have any !
