This is what you can expect. They will get the job done, but it will be more than you expect. I did five areas (beware, even a tiny 10sq foot hallway connecting two rooms is considered a separate area) and had to treat two of those areas (so if you have a pet or have potty trained a kid.. add another 30.00 a room. Plus the guy said he could knock off 5.00 each and make that 25.00 a room.. ) and we ended up paying 160.00! I’m still trying to figure out that math.. 59.00 promo for three areas, plus two areas (15.00 each) plus two treated areas (30 each.. but said he could do 25.00) isn’t that only 139? I’m pretty sure he overcharged me by at least 20.00. That was significantly more than the coupon promotion I saved from a mailer quoted. The worker was nice(ish) but smelled heavily of smoke. I am very allergic to smoke, so I had to pop an allergy pill after he arrived. I’m glad my carpets were cleaned, but I do not see us hiring ward brothers again or referring them to anyone.

We used Ward Brothers when we first bought our house and I was pleased with their work so I called them back after a couple years to do it again. I was SO disappointed. First off, I left for the cleaning because I had all my kids and my dog and didnt want them in the way... Came back just one hour after he told me hed be done and the floor was practically dry which made me believe he wasnt very thorough. Also, every stain was still there. It looks pretty much the same. It was a waste of my money. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.UPDATE: I am changing this to 5 stars because of the awesome customer service. The owner reached out to me after reading this review and offered to send out the technician that came the first time we used them, complimentary. Shawn was an amazing tech. He did a great job. Carpets look great. He was very efficient and had the whole thing done in about an hour and a half and there was a noticeable difference. They treated stains without extra charge for the hassle of coming back. Ive decided I would use them again and request Shawn as my tech so I am guaranteed great work the first time. I am impressed that Dennis (the owner) went to great lengths to make the customer happy and promise good work.

I called Ward Brothers and they were at my house the following day cleaning all the carpet in my entire basement in preparation for a new baby to arrive. They did an exceptional job! The prices charges from Ward Brothers are fair and affordable for me, which I have needed and appreciated so much. They also have clean furniture for me. Ward Brothers cleaned our carpets today. They did a great job getting some stubborn stains out. I only have 2 things I would change. 1- we upgraded and bought a special enzyme that would help deodorize the carpet but the smell is so strong weve had to leave the house. That smell has given us headaches from how strong it is. I absolutely hate how strong the enzyme cleaner smells. Dont get the extra enzyme cleaner. 2- the carpets are still really wet. We thought steam cleaning would dry within an hour but its taken longer. I dont blame Ward for this, just wished they might have managed our expectations by explaining some aftercare. Otherwise they were easy to work with, friendly and quick to respond to calls, etc.

We Love Ward Brothers Carpet Care!!! Our family has used Wards for generations. We had a vomit stain that we couldnt get rid of and they were like magic. They were able to get the stain out. The stain is completely gone! They are very reliable. They always get back to me & I am always able to get ahold of one of their staff. Their staff is very pleasant, and respectful. They show up within the time they say they will. They are fast and efficient & my Carpets always look fantastic when they leave. We will definitely continue to use Wards for the future!

We have had them clean our carpets a few times using the truck mount steam cleaner, which I recommend. They have always been professional, reasonably priced, and have done a thorough job. My husband used to work as a carpet cleaner for a high-end carpet cleaning company when we were first married, and he has always been happy with their services.

Funny story, I woke up and instantly threw up all over my carpet around my bed. I dont think I need to tell you how bad it looked and smelled. Ward Bros was able to fit me in and come over the same day. The stain went away, I had them use a Deodorizer, pretty amazing stuff. Looks good and smells even better. The Cleaner was pretty cool guy too. Im glad they were able to help me out.

The overall value was great. Sean was really nice and arrived when scheduled. He was able to clean up the mess my kids made and we were walking on the carpets without having to wait too long for the carpets to dry.

If I could give more stars I would. We LOVE Ward Borthers Carpet Care. We’ve used them for 16 years and they are always reliable and do a great job. We will only use Ward Brothers because they’ve treated us so well over the years. We recently had one of our rental house carpets cleaned that were filthy and they came in and made them look like new.

I had a fantastic experience with Wards Brothers carpeting cleaning. The gentleman came at the expected time and cleaned my 3 level house fast and the carpets look great! He even went over the high traffic area twice to make sure they were nice and clean. I will use them anytime I need my carpets cleaned!

I had a few rooms cleaned, two flights of stairs and a sofa. They did excellent on the sofa and stairs but just OK on the carpet floors. They were certainly cleaner and dried pretty quick but pretty much all the spots that were there before were still there after the cleaning.

I love Ward Brothers Carpet Cleaning, they have cleaned our carpets for the last 25 years, they are always very thorough and trust worthy, their prices are very fair and my carpets always look so wonderful after they are done. I would recommend them to anyone one! and i do all the time.

Technician was very friendly and professional, but its been less than 2 months and the carpet looks like it did before. Last time I had it professionally cleaned it looked great for over a year. They used the portable machine and it just doesnt work as well as the truck. Im disappointed, I will have to have it redone.

I have used them a number of times and have been pleased overall. It seems to be clean and has a good clean smell. One time when we had an extra stubborn spot they came back out and took care of it for us. The cleaners that come out have always been professional and courteous.

Nice tech. Bait and switch on pricing. $69 for 3 areas. $30 per stain with no guarantee theyll get it out. A stain is anything that looks remotely not normal. My carpets were pretty clean to start with but if Id fallen for their stain removal Id paid $150-200 extra. Also, they charge $60 extra per area for all their other services that cost them .50 per room. You know...like making it smell good or scotchgard etc.

I always call Ward Brothers when my carpets need cleaned. They always accommodate my schedule and are able to come quickly when needed. They had removed stains that I never though would be removed! Thank you!!! I wouldn’t think of using any other company to clean my rugs & carpets.

I wish I could give them negative stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The technician was rude, cleaned the carpets in under an hour and they dont look any different. I would rather pay double.....triple...quadruple... the money and have any other company come clean my carpets. I bet the kid down the street could do a better job with a vacuum and cleaning solution from the grocery store. STAY AWAY....FAR AWAY!!

I have used these guys several times. Found them to be pretty good. However, now I call and set up a time and get a price. Then technician comes over and gives me a different price. He says my 4x4 bathroom that is open to my bedroom is counted as a room. They never charged me for it before and when I spoke with the owner he agreed he made a mistake when he told me the price would be the same as last time but wouldnt honor it. DONT USE THESE GUYS AS THAT IS A MAJOR INTEGRITY ISSUE!!!Update: Owner called back and took responsibility for this situation and honored the price quoted on the phone. I give him credit for that.

Pros: The technician was kind, even to my three children, and did a great job.Cons: He did everything but the two heavily trafficked stairs in the living room. Once he was done and all packed up I realized the two stairs were still gross. This is my first time getting carpets cleaned so I did not know to ask about stairs. I REALLY wish hed had explained that any stairs are extra, $4 a stair, I would have been just fine with that. But he didnt tell me this until he was all done and packed up. I felt uncomfortable asking him to get it all out again and please do the two stairs in the living room. I just wish hed had explained that as we first did the walk through. I just had a baby, and now I get to lug out my heavy shampooing machine and do it myself after I paid to have it done. So frustrating.

Carpet tech was on time and did a fantastic job cleaning all the high traffic areas. Will definitely use Ward Brothers again, thank you!

I got a bid when the fellow arrived of $250 for 2 large areas, stairs and a small bedroom. This was to include a special cleaning of some kind for the family room downstairs and a bedroom up. For that amount I expected the job to be good. Instead, he was done with all of it in just about an hour. I was told he did not guarantee stains, and at first it looked okay. Now it is 2 weeks later and I have white spots all up and down the stairs{the carpet was white berber}. And every single stain is back both upstairs and down. I am very dissatisfied and will not use them again. Last year I had a fellow do the exact same area and he worked in the stains for over 2 hours and everything was beautiful. He unfortunately sold his business or that is where I would have gone. Martha Robinson

Ward brothers has done the best for my carpets (after trying three other companies in past). There was some confusion on the price initially but they were more than accommodating and kept it very affordable. I will stick with this company here on out!

Service was okay, I had a small living area and stairs done. Flyer that I got in mail for offers stated $70 for 3 rooms, I was charged 87.00 for that because I was informed stairs were more. Results were just okay, nothing out of the ordinary and while the carpet was wet it smelled. I would not recommend this company.

Ultimately unsatisfied with the results. They were nice but dont have the right equipment for the job. It looks only slightly washed than before they cleaned but now stinks. The places that didnt need it look good and the places that did need it just look like a dirty wet dog. Im very frustrated that I now have to have another company come in and do it right. Total waist of money. You think after 38 years they would know what they are doing.

My 3 kids got sick and threw up EVERYWHERE (carpets, furniture, etc) Ward Brothers cleaned it up perfectly, like nothing even happened! The technician was friendly and professional. Great service!

Supposedly this is who our landlord used, but when we moved in the carpets were filthy and my home carpet cleaner is pulling out enough stuff for black water. When they came back to check, and I use that term very loosely based on what he did, the guy was rude and spent less than 5 minutes sniffing a few feet from one problem area then wouldnt answer my question saying he was only to report to the homeowner. I had lots of areas of concern but he halfway checked one spot then walked out while I was mid-sentence telling him about others. If they cleaned the carpets, they did a horrible job and should have come and fixed the problem. If they didnt, at the very least they should have professionalism and better customer service. Stay as far away as possible from Ward Brothers!

They were so nice, but the carpet wasnt clean. It didnt look like theyd even tried. It looked the same dirty as it had, just soaking wet. I cant recommend them and wont be using them again.

I hosted a kids birthday party at my house two day after my carpets were cleaned and my family and friends said that my house smelt like wet dog and wet moldy carpet. Super embarrassing that people have to tell you that your house stinks. Very bad carpet cleaning experience.

When they came to clean are carpet a day later it smelled really bad they came and clean ed the carpet again and it still smelled really bad so I cleaned the carpet with my hover and now the smell is gone
