I called last minute to have my house professionally cleaned after moving out and they fit me into their schedule quickly. The two persons that came to clean did an amazing job! I’m going to definitely use them again.

Abismal Service!!We bought a new house and requested a cleaning before we moved in. We had agreed on a cap for the budget and gave a list of items we wanted done. We were told we would receive a call if those jobs were not completed in the time so we could reassess. We never got the call, so we assumed that the job was completed in the three hours. When we got to the house, not only did we find that the majority of the list we had requested was NOT done, but the things that had been done, were completed in a sloppy manner. There were streak marks on the windows worse than before and the floors looked like they were only swept and vacuumed. It should NOT have taken THREE HOURS to sweep and vacuum!When we asked about it, they refused to acknowledge they did any wrong, and insisted on charging us for the poor job. They agreed to give us a discount after a lot of discussion, but it was only 15%. Fifteen percent off for a job they didnt complete. On top of everything, in no way should the job they did take 3 hours! By myself I could have done what they did in 30 minutes.Poor quality, dismal effort, and awful management.

Sadly, if I could give zero stars I would. We hired these cleaners today and I can’t believe how terrible of a job was done.The (3)cleaners were at our house for 4 hours, claiming they did a deep clean. (We didn’t ask for 3 cleaners as that would be way over budget, but they sent 3 and tried to charge us a small fortune). The initial texts came across as a single cleaner at a charge of $35 per hour until the house was done. The job that was done (in 12 man hours) was sub par at best. I’ll own up to the miscommunication on how many cleaners were coming, honest (and expensive) miscommunication. It happens.They claimed it was a deep clean. I asked what that entailed and was told on top of standard cleaning (who knows what that means to them), the walls, cupboards, baseboards, and who knows what else, she trailed off after that, takes a long time on top of normal items. I was still stunned about the cost but told them that if that’s what they did, it is what it is and we’ll pay for it. They offered to lower the price, knocking off almost a hundred dollars (this should give you an idea on how much money they were initially asking for) and I thanked them for the kind gesture and they left. At this point, I’m thinking Its gonna feel like it’s a hospital with the cleanliness but that was absolutely not the case. Upon further inspection, I start seeing even standard jobs were either terribly done or neglected all together. I then looked at the walls/cupboards (which were supposedly included in their ‘deep cleaning’) and it was very apparent they didn’t even touch it with a cloth, let alone clean it. Ultimately the most simple things weren’t even attempted. I have pictures to show these items. (Amongst many other things that are harder to capture through pictures)I called the company number and spoke to a woman (who wasn’t one of the cleaners) and explained my dismay at the poorly done job. She was actually very reasonable with me and let me vent, which I appreciated. But I did tell her there was no way I was going to pay what they were asking for, it really was outrageous for such a not even basic clean. I asked to have someone (specifically the manager) come and see what it was I was upset about so he/she knew I’m not just some lady trying to get out of paying. She told me she should would call me back with more info.She called me back and explained that the cleaners stated that our baseboards and doors were old and couldn’t be cleaned easily. (Our finish work is craftsman style (2 years old), the easiest of styles to clean). I Told her that’s absolutely not true and said I’d be sending pics to prove it. Once seeing those, I never heard back from her other than a text offering a lower offer (I ultimately paid this amount to just wash my hands clean of this) I gave a rebuttal explaining my frustrations and feeling taken advantage of as a first time customer and then received another phone call which was one of the cleaners. (I was hoping to speak with the owner) Once I spoke with one of the cleaners on the phone directly, she denied ever saying that her coworker (about having an older home) and spoke over me while I was trying to explain why I was so unhappy with the service. At this point, she says she will come back and clean what they missed so I can pay the full amount and I declined. After lying to me, talking over me and raising her voice, I had had enough and told her I do not want her back in my home. (This is actually what upset me the most, the dishonesty)I told her I would pay what I felt was fair and she began to threaten me with sending me to collections. 🙄 at that point I was finished with being yelled at and ended it by saying I’d pay the amount they offered and they’d get this review in return - with pictures.Ultimately, handle with caution unless you want to pay through the nose for mediocre quality service. I will never use them again.

I believe I was fraudulently charged and that items were stolen. I let the cleaners in at 8:10 and they were gone by 12:16 (4 hours) when I arrived back at the house. The hours charged were from 7:30 to 12:30 (5 hours with two cleaners). They also stole some of the chemicals I had at the house. The house was not clean. The counters were not wiped down, floors not cleaned, oven not properly cleaned, cabinets not cleaned (inside or out), vanity drawers not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, bathroom not cleaned (tub, floors), Clorox toilet pellets stolen, A/C vents not cleaned, light fixtures not cleaned, windows not properly cleaned, hard water stains not cleaned. Heather said she would send out someone to **make it right**. Turns out she charged me for them as well. After all was said and done the home was still not cleaned properly after 5 people came out. I received the invoice and was shocked at the price. She offered to send me a discount of $100 if I agreed to not complain about the services received. So obviously, I denied the **hush money**. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their employees lie about hours and steal stuff and are protected by the managers. I asked for the owner to call me back - still no response. I have photo evidence (shocking really) of the services not completed.

I needed a house cleaned ASAP. I called many maids and spoke to Heather. She was super polite and very helpful. She got it scheduled and taken care of even though I was out of town. Returned to an extremely clean house! Very impressed by this company and will definitely recommend!

The cleaners that came to my house for my first cleaning spoke no English. They acted like they understood what I was saying but there were many things done that I didnt want done. I dont want to pay someone to take my towels of their bars, fold them in thirds, and re-hang them. I specifically asked for the unmade beds to not be made - these chores are to be done by my children and two of the beds are guest beds that I was in the process of washing the bedding on and the bedding was just in a pile on the bed to be put in the next wash. They remade the beds with the dirty sheets. I also dont need my toilet paper folded into triangles.What I did need, though, is for my shower to be cleaned. It was not, I can still see the grime in the grout of the shower.My entire home took my former cleaner 2.5 hours to clean. This was my expectation here. However, I was billed for 4 hours. And, I was billed at a higher rate than what is posted on their website - they post $25/hour, I was charged $30/hour. When I spoke with the supervisor about this, no offer of remediation was made.

My husband says I should be grateful that someone came in and helped clean my house when Im sick, and I am. However, the job was not well done. They did about a 2/3s job. They only cleaned half the master bath. The bath mats were vacuumed but the floor was not swept or mopped, they didnt clean my husbands vanity or mirror. The mirrors werent done in bedrooms or kids rooms dusted. They moved things off vanities to clean but didnt put things back on.It was weird because the cleaners were as old as my parents and they couldnt communicate which made it very difficult when trying to talk. When I called to speak to a manager about this she told me that the cleaners had called to tell her it would take more than the allotted time and that knew the job wasnt done well. Yet, the cleaners didnt talk to me about this at all. Also, when I asked them why there were piles of dirt on my kitchen floor and asked if they had done it, they pulled out a swiffer mop and scattered the dirt piles all over my supposedly clean sticky floor.However, they did send a different cleaner that I was much more happy with. If I had Nancy the whole time, I would have given 5 stars.

I hired Many Maids for a move out cleaning. After making the appointment I received numerous calls, texts and emails wanting to set up an appointment, even though I already had an appointment. In addition, they quoted me $105 for 3 hours. They did not however say that 2 maids would be coming and I would be charged $105 PER maid. So instead of $105 I was charged $210. They made no effort to rectify this, acting as though it was my mistake. Not to mention they STOLE several items out of our home including my husbands tool bag. While these items were returned, this is unacceptable behavior. I will not be using their services again. If they steal from a house that is mostly empty I cant imagine what would be missing from a fully furnished house. 😡 completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.

We had to move out of our house quickly and get it ready to list. We were moving out of state, so I didnt get to see right away the job done. While everything was clean, I am very frustrated with the way they treated the laminate flooring. We had JUST put in the flooring before moving and had never mopped it (we were cautioned to only use like a wet jet or some other low moisture mop). They either steam cleaned it or used WAY too much water, because our brand new flooring now has bubbles!! So disappointed that they didnt clean the flooring appropriately.

We had them come for a move in cleaning. We were not there for the first 3 hours of the cleaning. When I showed up they told me they spent extra time on my master shower and there was absolutely nothing more they could do about it. I believed them but after looking through the rest of the house I had to have them redo multiple things. I should have had them redo the master shower while I was standing there watching because after they left I noticed the soap bar had soap build up that I wiped off with a paper towel and no cleaner needed. It hadnt even been touched. Some of the shelves I asked them if they cleaned it and they said yes, then I ran my finger over it and it came away with dirt still while they were watching and they still claimed yes, they had cleaned it. I was charged almost double my quote and Im not even sure anything was done while I was not standing there watching them for the first 3 hours. I had shopped around before selecting this company and am very disappointed because I needed the house to be clean so we could focus our time moving in instead of cleaning. I had to do both instead, and now Im out $400.

They stayed longer than the quoted amount and did not warn about the hourly rate, resulting in $100 higher fee than expected. They did a great job with the appliances in the kitchen, but really did not finish in the bedrooms. The shower was still grimy, did not clean baseboards or window tracks upstairs, which I mentioned was a priority. They scrubbed doors downstairs, but not upstairs. Overall inconsistent and I feel ripped off.

I expressed my concerns and even though I was upset and worried. . she offered to stay as long as I wanted to get the job done. I only did 3 stars because of the time it did take, but, I my praises to Letecia because she went the extra mile to make things right. Thank you Letecia!!!!

My friend works for Many Maids, so naturally she recommended me to their services. My family owns their own business and hired Many Maids to clean before one of their annual events; and the place was sparkling! In a public place, theres always going to be stubborn stains and smudges that are almost impossible to get off, but these ladies are trained very well and deep cleaned for us. We truly appreciated their kindness and integrity too. I would recommend them!Tip: Since they bring their own products, let them know if theres anything especially different that needs to be cleaned so that they are properly prepared (like a stubborn stain that requires a special product to remove it!)

Bad experience said it took 5 hours to clean my house at 25.00 per hour.(1400 Square Foot) They did not charge my card until 4 Cleanings had past, I was quoted 75.00 to clean it and was charge 121.00. When asked about it they said the house was in bad shape and took pictures to prove it. They only had one picture of one room and it has clothes on the floor. I had to call and ask that the floor would be mopped.

I was disappointed in the move+in cleaning. No furniture in the way, just dusting and going over all surfaces. 2 hours for 2 people, they left fans dusty and doorways dirty.

Many Maids hired our window cleaning business to sub for their window cleaner who was out of town. That wouldn’t have been fine but the never paid us!! It has been two months and an address was provided to mail a check- nothing! When my husband called to ask when he could expect payment the guy was very stand offish and unhelpful and acted like we were the problem because we wanted the check mailed. We’re still waiting on payment.The other issue was they majorly jack up prices when they hire other people to do jobs like window cleaning. They take a huge referral bonus making it so the custom is over paying a ton, and the contractor gets paid much less.If that’s how they want to run their business that’s on them, but know that they don’t even pay their subcontractors sometimes.

I set up a move out/soft deep clean a couple weeks in advance. I was going to be moving out of state and my dad was going to handle meeting them at my house. I was given a 10:30-11:30 show up time, my dad had to leave work to meet them and by 11:30 no one had shown up. I called and was told my show up time was 10:45-11:45 (which is not what I was originally told) so he waited until just before noon before he had to get back to work. I called and left a message saying that it was unacceptable that no one showed up and did not even receive a call or text to apologize! My entire cleaning schedule for my house has been thrown off because they didn’t bother to show up. I am now scrambling to find someone to clean within the next two days before other services are expected to come to my house. I definitely do not recommend them and think it is extremely unprofessional to not show up as well as not calling or texting to see how they can possibly fix the situation.
