They replaced my tie rods and were the only shop I could find in springfield that had the tooling and press to replace my upper control arm bushings. They are friendly and the prices on the work they do isnt that bad. Very good work guys 👍

Made an appointment to have an alignment done on my car. They said they could not get it right but it was very close and that it would be okay. Drove the car out of state and noticed the left front tire was missing the tread on the inside. Took the car to another shop. They installed a new tire and made the correct adjustments to the alignment. K street has cost me to much money to use again.There alignment did not hold up for a week.I have included a picture of the sheet from the shop that fixed K Streets mistakes. It did not require any parts to fix it. They just failed to adjust it correctly.

They messed my car up and everyone was super rude . They refused to fix it and literally made my car even worse.

These guys here are shop on West Chestnut and theyre good they got a mechanic out there that is certified from Dodge worked out there since hes 18 they do alignments they work on automobiles they got tires I mean nice little shop I recommend anyone to go to and I am picky about my 72 Dodge dart swinger and they dont try to rip you off either the prices are reasonable theyre a small shop coming up go there let them work on it let them get bigger cuz they know what theyre doing

I took my 2007 Ford F150 in there from family and friend recommendations. They were upfront with me about what the issue was after hearing my truck pull in, and they were upfront about the price. After dropping my vehicle off, it was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time, and I am now back on the road and very satisfied. I will absolutely be using them again! 10/10 would recommend.

If you own a Volkswagen, DO NOT take it to K Street. We did and after driving a few 100 miles, our new, yes new, front tires are slick and will have to be replaced. They were reasonable and really nice guys but the son does not know what hes doing.

Roy is a great person to deal with. My vehicle was inspected by a shop in Branson. They could not figure out what was wrong. Had 1,100 done to the front end of my truck, had to go back a second time because of an alignment issue because something came loose. I just replaced my CV axles and my pitman arm had one bolt missing and it was very very loose. I am very upset at the work. I will not be going there again. Sorry for the bad review...... But I will say this, they will work with you if you need financial help.

Could of ripped me off but gave me an honest offer.

Was looking for a place to get my CV and ball joints replaced. Was referred to these guys. Will never go any where else. I needed to drop my car off, in the morning, for them to work on it but i then wouldnt have had a way to get to work. I stopped by the shop in the morning and Howie the owner, rode with me to work and then took my car back to the shop to work on it while i was at work. Ive never heard of a company doing this and was truly surprised by there willingness to work with me and my schedule. To top it off, when i stopped by after work to pick it up, Howie said my tire was shot and needed replaced immediately. He owned a small tire shop across town also and by this time it was around 5pm. He called them to tell them i would be coming over for a tire and to stay open past 5, so that they could put a tire on for me.Amazing customer service!

These guys are great! they are the only people I trust with my car Iv been going to them for years now. They are my first call when I’m in need of a service and they should be your first call to.

I called a few days ahead to get an alignment done on my truck. I lived an hour away and told them that I couldnt drop it off and Id wait for it. They said that would be fine. My appointment was first thing on a Monday morning and when I got there i was told i had to leave it with them and theyd get to it through out the day. I asked how soon itd be and said about 1 to 2 hours before theyd get to it! I took my business to a different alignment shop who got to it right away without an appointment.

I took my car back and they fixed everything! Roy went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and to make sure I was happy. Thanks to all at K Street.

Reasonably priced but I wouldnt recommend having the owners son work on your vehicle. He still has some learning to do.

I was quoted 6-8 hours and two days to replace my tie rod ends, and ball joints. It took 8 days and they charged me 15 hours. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Buyer beware!!
