Towed my car to the wrong place on a Friday night. Dropped my keys in a lock box and now the garage don’t open until Monday!!! The towing place said there’s nothing they can do. Seriously??? They took my car to a completely different and wrong address!! And just dropped it and left..

Appalled by their driver - PJG 2756. Was going 57 in a 35 on the tail of a Chevy in front of me. Wouldnt want my vehicle towed by someone so bad at driving with respect.

Im giving them zero stars however makes me press one and the very least . My experience was down right horrible . They were called to be there 9 am . All said in done they called to say there were not towing the car to dealership for numerous reason one being there was snow in my car . Dealership was waiting on my car the entire day . I asked repeated please townin to shop per request of dealership . They drop my car off far away in the inverntory section where they sell new cars and no where by the shop . But the driver was able to somehow get my key into the shop . Dealship calls and says we are closing we will work on car in the am . Upon his approach was a broke tire ride and my while car leaning and wheel inverted . Car was being tows for ignition switch . Driver brokenir and dumped it there . Dealship has video footage and it down right horrible . In good faith I firgured I call they say was a a mistake and was sorry and would handle the cost instead they denyed it all . DO NOT TOW ! 1.8 star rating I would have. Ever called this was contacted through my Insurnace

Absolute horrible company - from Kelly Schwenn to Tom Owens! I was a contractor for them and they still owe me over $3,000! The owner accepted a plea bargain for fraud and theft and will be going to prison in about four months! They care nothing about the customers or their contractors (employees)!

Man i was in a real live delima today. I called my insurance i called my AAA and i called the onstar that i pay for and EVERYBODY was talking about 280 or better to help me ON MOTHERS DAY! My last resort was calling Logans and they came and got me at 4 am in dayton ohio and brought me home to Columbus for 185.00. I had no money and my alternator gave out on the freeway wo that was a blessing! Not to mention the guy James was so nice! Thank you so much
