I came in on a Saturday and the owner helped me during non- business hours! Which I was so glad and appreciatative he did. Also went out of his way to ensure my truck got towed to the dealership the next morning himself!! I would highly recommend Richmond Towing for all your towing needs! Fast and friendly service! Charles and his crew are the nicest guys I have had the pleasure to meet. The care about their customers and do everything they can to help. Their trucks are spotless and they take pride in their job. I have and will continue to not only use their services, but also to recommend them to everyone.

My bmw overheated and needed towed from the side of the freeway and they saved me!!! They showed up within 10 minutes and quickly got my car and I home!! Thanks a million..HIGHLY Recommended!!

Horrible customer service. My dad went there to pick up a car and ask more info about it and the guy was being absolutely rude! Said he was going to charge my dad extra $$$ for doing paperwork at night, when all my dad was doing was inquiring about the car. Not asking him to release it nor tow it to a shop. Never going there again. Better bet go somewhere else where they ACTUALLY care about their customers and treat them nicely!

When my vehicle was towed to the lot after an accident I needed to retrieve a set of keys. It was well after business hours when help arrived so I could do so. I want to say thanks again for that night and for the service I received the following day when I returned to gather my belongings from the car.

Summer time with kids is the absolute worst time to breakdown. Thankfully Richmond towing LLC had us covered. Not once but twice! Having an older vehicle you never know when things want to give out. I couldn’t get my car to start leaving the post office, panic started to set in as the baby fussed with the rising heat. I jumped on the phone. It only felt like minutes had past when Charley came around the corner, got his emergency kit out and got us moving again! He even called to make sure we made it, I’ve never had a driver do that before! We got home safe and sound, tried to start my car again and it wasn’t having it. Richmond Towing was there the very next day to take the car in and even had it finished the same day!! Being a single mom, he pushed to make sure we were cruising again. THEN... Doom struck for the second time. A quick trip to the Walmarto turned our subie outback into a brat... she was hot and tired! I made one call to the dream team and Charles sprung into action. Busy and all he made sure we got home and got our car back to the shop. The next morning, as though he has a whole nascar pit crew waiting to tackle it, it was done!! Mind blown! Growing up I always pictured tow truck driver like they portrayed in the movies... but not Richmond towing. I never shed a tear, never cussed or wanted to talk to a manager! Normally I would have been stressed to the max, but it was actually a nice refresher that there ARE good humans in this world. The Richmond Towing team are the best! No all hero’s ware capes, some have reflective vests, and put their lives out there to help ours. I can’t say thank you enough.

Charley is hands down one of the most stand up guys I have had the pleasure to meet in my travels. He far exceeded expectations. He brought parts to us, and personally came with Mark his mechanic. When we ran out of daylight he followed us to his shop and allowed us ro stay in our rv that is our home. He plugged us in gave us supplies and heaters. Until they could figure it out. He made a life long phenomenal impression.

Worst experience. Never answer calls. The dude that answers the phone is disrespectful. If you have a towing company you shoul be able to multi task and assist multiple clients. Your company is not worth my money I can tell you that.

I will never do business with them again. They ignore phone calls and dont know what they are doing.you give them a simple address and they deliver to the wrong place on top of that one of the guys is super rude didnt answer calls and then has the odasity to start cursing and say he could of just took it to the tow yard and charge me for his mistake. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I will never give Rw my business. A business i worked for was hired to make the decals for their trucks and after getting their order cut and ready to go, all phone call were ignored and they were never heard from again. If they have these kinds of business practices how are they going to treat you?

I locked my keys in my car at Autozone, (right in front of their business) and one of the guys here walked over and had my car door open within a minute. He didnt even charge me.
