I came in a while back to get an International Driving Permit (since AAA has a monopoly on these in USA). When I presented my passport-sized photo purchased from the local warehouse club the AAA staff member bragged about how much better AAA produces such photos. Fast forward a couple of years and it was time to renew my passport and so I tried AAA for photos this time around: In short, the local sheriffs office couldnt produce a worse unflattering mug shot than AAA. I got one take and of course they didnt provide a chance to review their work of art, but they sure were happy charge big bucks for all of their effort and photography talent. Ill have a nice reminder of the experience for the next ten years... not. Never again, AAA of Springfield!!!

Changed all my insurance policies. Saved a bunch if money and gained some added benefits. It was a win win situation.

We went in to upgrade our membership. While there, the associate gave us all kinds of information about the different plans and their features.We have been in previously, and continue to be pleased the service and goods available.

So I locked my keys in my car. Again. This time it’s a new car...I called roadside assistance and Brian came to help me. My car was not easy to get into, but he was determined. He spent a good 30+ minutes before I told him I’ll find another way. He still tried after that, but he agreed that it just wasn’t going to work. It was so cold out and the locks were just too slick.Overall, he was very kind, and very determined. I do not envy this guy’s job.Long story short, I did end up getting back into my car after my husband brought me a spare key. But as it stands, Thank you Brian!!!

Excellent service and kind response

Horrible service. Extremely unhelpful with everything related to trip planning. Told me it would be two weeks to put together a Trip Tik called another AAA and they did it for me that day! Asked for rafting suggestions in the area and they told me there were multiple rafting trips i could look up and call myself! I have always had excellent AAA service (roadside and vacation planning) until I walked into this location! Untrained and extremely rude staff at this location its a real shame.

A little slow on the get up and go but once they did, they went! Very helpful.

Friendly staff that assisted my friend from another state. Also has a travel store for those who need compression socks or travel gear. Thanks for the assistance too!
