Worst CPA I have ever been to. Me and my family gave them papers for tax file for 2020 in April 2021 and this is August now and our taxes still not file yet 😡😡

Always helpful with any financials and questions regarding them. Highly recommend!

This is by far the worst CPA I’ve ever been to. Ever since I switched to them from HR Block, Ive been owing taxes instead of getting anything back. I knew something wasn’t right so I had an agent from HR Block take a look at my paper work - there are things I could have included in the filing that Bell CPA never told me about and never took the time to meet with me about, such as real estate taxes, property taxes etc. These people really don’t have your best interest in mind and don’t really care about finding a way to get as much money back as possible. I also asked them if they knew what the percentage is on property gains taxes when you sell property - first they said 20% and then they said 5%...there is a huge difference between 5% and 20%. They honestly don’t know anything at all. Everything I’ve learned about taxes I’ve learned from people who don’t even work in this field. Stay away from Bell - don’t get fooled by people’s reviews. It’s embarrassing how much they don’t know about taxes.

Waited for 30 minutes past appt time and still not seen. I heard them BSing in the back but still waited. My fault for waiting, shouldve left earlier

The staff was friendly but I was charged for a minutes book over a $100 and they said it would be in about a week. In August. Havent received any thing yet. I called a couple weeks ago. Tony said he would call me back and never did. I feel like Ive been given the run around. Bad business practices. I wont be using them again.Update! They ended up refunding me the full amount! They handled the situation moving forward very well and I plan on using them again because they corrected the errors!

I have worked closely with David and his staff for years. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure their clients needs are met. I highly recommend them and refer several clients to this amazing firm!

He has an amazing staff that truly works for you for about half the price of his competitors in the area. While at the same time taking the time to explain what’s is going on with your current finances and what you can do to improve your situation.

My first time using David to prepare my taxes earlier this year was eye-opening. He was very quick, but most importantly he was very informative on how to maximize my return that you just dont get anywhere else. Especially doing it yourself online (which I had done a few years prior). I got nearly $1000 more back than I did before even under similar circumstances due to things I wasnt personally aware of that I could take advantage of.

These people are very rude and I wouldnt do any business with them. They issued a check and it never arrived at my residence. And when they had to reissue one was very rude for no reason. Id they even actually issued one in the first place.
