People were nice here .Nice ace to stay when you are away from home have children in shrines Hospita in Massachusetts.my granddaughter was here.I stayed here with her siblings .went back and forth to the hospital by a free van they have to see there sister after her surgery we were there for a week .

The Ronald McDonald House is great, giving shelter and food to those less fortunate and unable to pay for such Services during surgery at the Springfield Shrine Hospital. The staff is very friendly, and many are multilingual (English and Spanish). The house however, its surprisingly, barely accessible from an entry and exit standpoint. Most wheelchairs users or handicapped citizens may need assistance getting in and out.

This place is very clean, quiet, very well kept up the rooms are amazing. The the whole place is beautiful and very well kept up. I love it here...

They are a home away from home when my family needed it most. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The Ronald McDonald foundation is amazing. We are from north Adams Ma. Had are baby a month early with breathing problems and other issues so she was transferred to baystate. We came out here not knowing if we had anywhere to stay and they opened theyre doors for us. It is an amazing place. They are amazing people that are willing to help in any way possible. Im so lucky, im so grateful and blessed to have gotten this help and support threw such a rough time.

Not my kind of place but the staff helped out alot.

People stay here while their children are receiving care at our local hospitals. Local organizations offer service to the guests. Many families come to stay here from the Carribian.

This house and program is a great service for all the kids out there that Ill and need a place to feel comfortable.

So thankful this place exists. They were good to us, reasonable priced.
