I wish to give a zero star. Please hire more people to answer the calls wait time too long and no one answer the calls.
Awful, where do they find these people? Do they start the day angry?
Maybe it was this place, I dont know Im leaving a review for Jeremy (talked to last Thursday )& his good friend(who I talked to today, didnt catch his name) they helped me out so much, 5 stars for yall! I got to them by calling, pressing 1 and then pressing 5 lol Im leaving a review on all the Springfield places cause I know thats where theyre located
CALL CENTER STINKS! I was told I was number 32 in line ..
No one answers the phone SERVICE SUCKS and theyre still taking funds.
It should be illegal to have someone waiting on hold so long.
They need not to have callers wait on hold for hours on...
Wait time on the phone is unbelievably LONG!
