Theres no case workers in the building so I spent 2 hours on the phone being run in circles. Very bad service. Never got an answer to my question.

I am trying to help a client, I am a caretaker and they are not checking voicemails so this number above is absolutely useless. Plan for a run around and a long phone wait.

It was ok this time there no wait but it took me while to get a answer to my question she had to ask 3 different people to try to give me a clear answer but still not sure if it is correct or possible of what they said but whatever I should have known it would be hard for me to get any help from anyone including the government.

No one answers the phone. We send faxes repeatedly and they say they never receive them. It is very frustrating when no one returns phone calls. I realize they are busy, but acknowledging important document receipt is very important.

They will help you if you honest.Thanks everyone

I love this place, you get in & out so fast. I have never had to stand in a line or wait more than 5 minutes.

They dont ever answer their phones. They say they have 24 hours to return a call. But never do. Especially Donna Freedle. She never returns anyone call!!! 😡😡😡 do not get that caseworker.

They are really helpful & give fast services!
