Decent company but management was horrible, could of had better management for sure, I had been with Brenners for a bit and did well under him and his wife, but when the new took over it was bad. Mind you I only went back to smojs because I enjoyed the work and learning new things from mr and mrs brenner. Second round with new management wasnt so good.2015-2016 Chris kozisec and justin miether were horrible bosses and couldnt even coordinate a schedule. Both lied about making contact with me and I was told in order to be promoted within the company you have to sleep around with management. Pay for doing a fugitive transport was lousy, 100 bucks to pick someone up from panhandle Texas and a small city in oklahoma to cassville mo. Over 8 hours that day. And then following procedures at work then getting called and yelled at and others claiming you dont do your job when you actually do. I didnt see them carry a drunk person over 150 lbs down the hill (while pregnant) at welk resort, nor did they resolve a huge domestic problem on property, nor did they assist a man that had low blood sugar and passed out on the property. Aside from that when I stopped and assisted a vehicle accident on my way to work I let my boss know (kozisec) that I would be late and the reason for it and I got chewed out for it. I helped aid a man that just wrecked his jeep and needed medical assistance, no one else stopped to assist, I called 911 and had an ambulance come out then made contact with the mans wife letting her know what happened. And all Kozisec could do was yell at me for being late.Maybe if they have better management now it would be a better place of employment. Good luck.

They never return calls. Took my money twice and never did the job. Dont use this place. Not professional. They waste your time!

I just finished my class today (1/28/18) for bail bond licensing. I had an excellent instructor, and an overall good time! I highly recommend them to anybody whos looking to receive training in the multiple courses that they teach.

SMOJS is such a great service to have patrol around our neighborhoods! I always feel so protected when I know they are watching our house. I am very pleased with the security company and would totally recommend them to any of my friends or family!

Been harassed multiple times by Smoj, I try to have a decent meal at Buffalo Wild Wings and a man named Floyd comes out and has a very rude attitude towards me tried being nice and he told me I must wait inside of buffalo wild wings instead of my truck for my friend who was meeting us. I refused and then he began taking pictures of my truck. The more professional way of going about that would be is to ask hey you guys waiting for someone? Instead of coming off defensive. Definitely making getting food a pain.

Took the class at the end of July.Personable Instructor who had an awesome dog!This is where the good things end.According to SMOJS he is either gone from the company or on a family emergency, we have heard both stories from them in the quite possibly dozens of times myself and my associates who were in the class with me have called them.I personally hope he left the company because I genuinely liked him and do not want to lump him in with this clown show of a company.You see, it has been almost a month since we took the class and we have yet to receive the certificates of completion for the training we took... the certificates we were supposed to receive the last day of the training.They cashed that check though.They have sent us certificates after we threatened to contact the Attorney General about them but they did not have original signatures on them so the Department of Insurance will not accept them.This has happened twice.I have been through a lot of training over the years and have never had to deal with anyone seemingly as inept as SMOJS.Not only have we been waiting a month for certificates but after taking the test that the class is supposed to prepare us for, about the second question in, we all realized that almost none of this was gone over in the class.As a matter of fact, if we had not had some experience in this industry and some common sense, we would have all bombed this test based on the training SMOJS gave us.Seriously, choose anyone else if you do not want to waste your money.

Why did they serve a search warrant here and find Narcotics and Narcotics paraphernalia something seems wrong there....

Hired them to serve court papers and could not get a response from them for two months. When they did reply I was told that they served the paperwork without filling with the court. Never use these people.
