This business has major deficiency when it comes to customer service, honesty and respect for people who do business with them. I waited about two weeks to get back a summons for which I paid for same day service. when I brought the document to the court they refuse to accept it stating that it was not properly notarized by the constable, Dominique Chester, who simply just signed her signature. After calling the office to tell them about the situation, I was told by Dominique that its the way they have always done it and the court is just giving me a hard time. I explained the urgency of getting the document to the court and she told me to take it to the office and she would come in on Saturday morning to sign it and call me to pick it up. Upon my arrival at the office I was told that the office is closed on Saturdays. The gentleman I spoke with called her and she then said she never told me she would do it on Saturday which was not correct. on Saturday at 9 am she sent me a text stating that she will not be able to be in the office and would sign it on Monday and call me to pick it up. On the following Monday, not getting a call from them, I decided to call and was told that it is ready for pick up. When I got there Dominique asked me if everything was fine and I told her I was not pleased with the manner in which they do business and she proceeded to attack my character saying she knew from the day I came there she should not have taken my money or my business because I asked too many questions about the procedures. I just would like to remind her that she was not forced to take my business and that I was a paying consumer and having taken my money and my business I deserve nothing less than professional service in return.

If there were no stars that would ve b perfect pay her a lot of money to do my taxes and she didnt submitted electronically until i got a letter from the irs i will not recommend her services to anyonego somewhere else reputable

I have been seeing Chester for a couple years now and she is great!I would definitely recommend this place for your annual filing as well as quarterly (if you have a business).
