Great communication from beginning to end. The crew was on time and very polite. We had 5 years of moss growing on the north side of our siding and it now looks brand new. Great job at a very reasonable price. I also like the way we were called afterwards and asked if we were happy with the results and if we had any concerns. We will use them again.

They were to clean and seal our front deck/porch. They cleaned one day and were going to come back and seal another day. When they came back they were not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning so they cleaned it again and then came back the next day and sealed it. The porch looks beautiful and we are very pleased with their professional attitude.

Had them clean and stain our deck. First “try” was so bad with skips, overspray onto the house and drips that we called and had a supervisor come inspect. He agreed bad job and had them come back and redo the stain job. Now less than a year later I’m having to have my deck repaired because of poor workmanship that has allowed water into the woodwork. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

We recently had your crew come to our rural home and power wash and stain our two decks, which were overdue for staining. My husband was amazed at the dirt and fungus they removed-the wood looked almost new (its 21 y.o.)! Our conditions were windy when the Crew began staining our deck, so we were so relieved to see the painstaking care they took to cover sections they did, one at a time, so there was no stain anywhere but where it should be! They were meticulously careful, particularly staining around brick and picture window areas, and when they finished both decks gleamed--rails, stiles, steps and decking! Not only did they do a fabulous renew job, their clean-up was just as precise. Our sidewalks, patios, windows and brickwork all looked pristine. We cant thank you enough for your professionalism; friendly, timely, capable and conscientious. We highly recommend!

I had called them for a quote. So One of them came to my property and did The Who walk around and said that when finished that he was going to email me my quote so it has been about two weeks now. And still nothing. So in my opinion I would not bother spending my time with them. That was my experience and opinion. So honestly I think not so professional.

Renew Crew had some issues with weather working against them but they were able to still stay in the schedule they gave. The crew that came out was extremely polite and efficient. The deck looked great and it rained in less than 24 hours after seal but the water beaded up and it held.

I have always been pleased with their work and this year was no exception.The young man that cleaned and sealed my deck this year did the best work of all of the previous workers. They have all done good work but he was exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Customer service is great. In spring they get busy and you may have to wait a while but uts well worth it. Crew called a few days before they came out and at the end of each day they were here. They told me the progress and when they would be back to finish. Before I was sent the bill they called to make sure it was all good. Workers addressed all the things that needed cleaned/sealed. Excellent.

The first time they stained my deck they left two big blobs of stain that dried before they could spread it. Jerry came and sent the crew back to fix it they did not. He sent them to strip my deck and the crew came again today. While they were here they pointed out the stain the first crew left on my siding. My recommendation at this point if you use them check the work closely especially your siding before writing a check. Jerry works hard to make you happy but at this point I think I am going to be stuck with stained siding.

We hired renew crew to stain seal our deck and seal our patio paver stones. They did a good job on the deck, but ruined our pavers. They used a power washer against my request, which washed away all of the sand and blasted it all over my out door kitchen. They went ahead and sealed the pavers without replacing the sand and it looked horrible. I requested they replace the sand, and they did, but it did not set right. They kept working on replacing the sand, but they were having a very hard time with getting the sand to set. Every time they had to redo the sand, they would power wash the old sand out, which would again go all over my kitchen and lighting (Cleaning the kitchen of the sand would take me a good hour to get cleaned). From start to finish we were never completely satisfied, we were just done with them working on it. they worked on the project for about a year. I am still cleaning sand off my out door kitchen. Our pavers color is looking washed out (covered in sand).
