I worked with Erin at Signature Event Rental to order linens for my wedding. I was trying to find a specific shade of purple, and he called different vendors to make sure he got the PERFECT color to match one of my swatches! He was also great about giving suggestions of things I hadnt thought of yet!! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful each time I called. It really took a lot of stress off of me. The day prior to the wedding, the linens were delivered promptly, everything was there, and they looked even better than I had anticipated!! The prices are great (especially in comparison to a lot of other vendors), the quality is top-notch, and the customer service is impeccable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for easy people to work with and quality products! Thanks again Signature!!

We rented folding chairs to use for our outdoor wedding. When I called to rent them they said they were basic white folding chairs. I thought those would be fine. When we picked then up for our event they were dented, paint was chipped, falling apart. They even gave us extras in case some were broken. We werent able to use them because they looked so bad but still had ti pay for them. I wouldnt reccomend using them for renting chairs.

They gave me rental table the legs were broke !! The wood was chipped it was awful !! I called Jamie she told me to bring the table back I couldn’t even do that because I had paid somebody to to pick up

Had the opportunity to work with Erin and signature event rentals out of springfield, il. We rented multiple tents and tables for our outdoor wedding. Being an hour and a half away they made the trip to measure and survey the area to make sure what we ordered would work. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
