Go to the dealership. This “shop” is a rip customers off and cover liability shop. This is NOT a shop that is concerned about doing the right thing or helping someone from out of town.I had taken my grandfather’s Chevrolet Colorado and purchased the full synthetic oil and a 2-stage direct injection cleaning. I witnessed them put the cleaner in the tank. I did not see them connect an aerosol cleaner to a vacuum line and idle the pickup. (Stage 1 of the cleaning) This step usually takes 10-20 minutes depending.Against my better judgment I returned with my car, a BMW 535i. On which they looked for a dipstick. It is a dash read oil check for the guys reading this. The shop manager had an attitude after I requested a “drain and fill” customer supplies oil change. In his exact words, looking the car from front to back. “Something like this... $50”Later he refused to change the oil even if I signed a “no liability” because I blew an oil cooler line and lost 1/2 quart of oil, of the 7 quarts the car takes.BEWARE!!!

I came in for an oil change and fluid check and tire pressure check. these guys let me know I had an oil leak so bad they werent even going to charge me but went ahead and provided the rest of the services! Plus they have a nice outdoor sitting area. I will definitely be coming back here again

They are always pleasant and helpful. They looked into a rattle under my car and were able to diagnose the issue. They always offer me other options such as filter changes and keep track of when I last got it done so I dont have to. Love going to see them!

Just had my oil changed here. Traveling out of town. These guys were great, worked as a team, were informative and were very welcoming. Would come here again.

Drive-thru oil change. I didn’t even have to leave my car! So convenient. They were done in 20 minutes or less. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I was completely blessed by the Crew the day that I visited their Express Lube. They took care of my van immediately, with my boys in tow, and fixed a few other things that made complete since. My van was happy, my family is happy, and I am still very happy. Thank you guys!!! We will be back!

Very disappointed with their customer service. I took my Jeep and my sons Honda in for an oil change, as soon as you say no to air filters everybodys attitude completely changes to negative. My sons Honda got one mile down the road and the skid plate was dragging the ground, we went back staff was very rude said it was damaged before they had removed it. It was certainly not dragging on the ground before we came into their business. They agreed to try and secure it, only to be hostile to my son after, saying they shouldnt of had to fix it? I guarantee he wouldnt have said that to me, but felt like he could intimidate my 17 year old son. Wont be bringing any of my vehicles back to this establishment, including my fleet vehicle, that I used to let them up charge on their over priced filters!

Its got good people. The costs are a bit high. Oil change and cleaning was about 100 dollars. They also didnt clean my car very well. I dont expect them to detail my car but I want the clearly visible dirtiness to be gone. Kindly borrowed someones rag to rub a stain.

I was in a hurry for a oil change,as my normal place was closed, and all the other quick places I stopped at had an hour or longer wait time. I was in and in like 10 minutes. Their credit card machine was down, so I had to pay cash ( thankfully I had cash that day and that much). Then when I got back in the car, I noticed they didnt vacuum the floor, so Im assuming for the price I paid, all they did was an oil change, no other free service, such as checking and topping off radiator fluid, fill low tires, etc.So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR WHAT THEY CHARGED.

There are 3 locations. Each one gives a decent wash. East Sunshine doesnt offer vacuums. Poor prewash, fair pickup wash. Glenstone location is the most thorough. Super vacuums.

Overpriced with poor service. I dont plan to return after my car came out in worse condition than it went in due to the gross incompetence of their mechanics. But if you dont care whether or not your car is vandalized, they do have a convenient location.

Excellent customer service.

Sent my 16-year-old son for his first oil change, warned him to decline any upcharges, but he was still talked into better oil that cost $20 more than usual. Enjoy the money, we will never be back and Im making sure everyone of my acquaintance knows of our experience.

Not happy with this particular store. I went in for a transmission service among other services. They said everything was fine. 4 days later Im traveling out of state and the transmission goes out on my car.. I was told something was not done correctly.

Very overpriced and will try to sell you something you dont need. In my case a taillight that was supposedly out. I declined the offer to get it changed and when I left to go change it myself, I saw both tailights were working fine.

Im new to Springfield and tried Mister Lube for an oil change. It went fine except several hours later my rear passenger tire went flat. Took it to Firestone the next morning and was told the Valve Stem was loose/broken. I had to get it replaced. I checked the tire pressure and it was at 32 pounds for the other three tires when I asked for the manufactures suggested pressure of 30. But was told they recommended 32 and I said no, do what the manufacture recommends. I will not be returning to this facility or giving this company my business.

Im not very happy with this business at all. They informed me both of my front turn signals were not working. I have a screwdriver so I decided to change myself instead of paying the low price of $9.99 each.... I go and buy the replacement bulbs and as I was headed home I noticed my front turn signal working in the reflection in the truck in front of me and so I checked the other turn signal. THEY BOTH WORK. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.
