I went in today to get an oil change, and after checking the oil in my car, I was told my oil was really clean and didnt need changing right now, to drive another 1500 miles and come back. I have had good experiences the few times Ive been there, after today he has my business for good.

Took two vehicles there. Both are now leaking oil. Went in and owner was very condescending. Asked if a neighbor could have tampered with my vehicles, kept talking over me and repeating the same thing when I’d ask a question. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life

I, like most people, have probably driven by this place 10,000 times and I wish I would have stopped in years ago! I was overdue for an oil change and really needed to get it done today so I swung by while I was out running errands and was greeted by two very nice gentleman. I pulled my truck in and was given several options and was explained what the differences were and they got to work! We had a discussion about what oil he uses and I am very confident about what he put in my truck is exactly what it needs. We had a nice discussion while they did the work and they were very prompt. The oil change was much faster than other places in town and the price was equivalent to all the other places Ive been to. I read some reviews on here about how they treat women and I would like to say that a young lady pulled in as they were finishing mine and I heard them greet her very nicely and talk to her the same way they talked to me. I have a younger sister that doesnt know much about cars and I wouldnt hesitate to send her here to talk to these two gentlemen. This is absolutely my new go-to oil change! Thank you guys for doing an awesome job!

Dont miss this gem!! Ive driven by this place a million times and never really considered stopping. My truck need an oil change and I thought to myself why not check this place out. It is only a few blocks from my house. I pulled up and got right in. Randy and Corey are great!! The place has that old time feel that is very nice. Great customer service. They do the extra little things that make you feel like your business matters. I am now a lifelong customer. Even returned with my car. I had both my truck and car done in less than an hour.

I expect my oil to be FULLY topped off and my tire pressure filled for a $60+ FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE. Theres a reason i stopped using you guys over 3 years ago and other poor reviews confirm it, i wont be back.

I have been a customer for years and have never had a problem. They will not do things like try to sell you wiper blades or air filters if you dont need them unless you ask him to replace them anyway. They go above and beyond the call of duty every time and I will go there over any competitor.

They put the same filter back on. I think they added some oil. But I checked before and after. Same dirty filter. Called him out on it. He admitted to it then got another dirty filter from the pile under the grate. Dont have time for crooked lube shops

I wanted a place to send my daughter for auto basic care while she attends UIS, but this is apparently not the place. The reviews submitted by some women and other patrons are not a good sign.

Randy has been my go-to guy since I moved to Springfield. He always remembers my name and services my car with efficiency and professionalism. As a woman, I have had negative experiences with other oil change places. They always go for the up-sell and attempt to swindle me. This has never happened with Randys shop. I will be a lifetime customer.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Lube Master for years. They do not overreach when making servicing recommendations, and even give recommendations for savings not at their facility, and perform the service to the highest standard. In short, they treat both the cars and the owners right.

The owner likes to say that he uses Valaline Oil, which is really really National Oil. His Mobil 1 is really Super Tech Synthetic Oil. He likes to degrade women by talking about them as soon as they look the other direction. He is Rude!

WELL I WENT TO THIS PLACE FEW DAYS AGO AND TODAY WE TRYING TO GO OUT OF TOWN TO SEE SOME FAMILY AND MY CAR IS MAKING NOISES. THIS ONLY HAPPENED AFTER I HAD MY OIL CHANGED THERE AND IT WAS MAKING THIS NOISE SINCE THEN. NOW THE NOISE IS VERY LOUD COMING FROM THE MOTOR. ANOTHER THING MADE ME UPSET IS I HEARD THE ONE SKINHEAD YOUNG DUDE SAY MY CAR WAS A PIECE OF S**T AND THE OTHER KID THEY HAVE WORKING THERE WAS SLAMMING MY DOORS WHEN HE WAS CLEANING THE INSIDE. THE OLD MAN WHO OWNS THE SHOP SEEMS LIKE HE COULD CARE LESS AS LONG AS HE GOT HIS MONEY. I AM NOT GOING HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL ANYONE I KNOW. HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN FOR BAD BUSINESS WAYS.

As a women, I felt very intimidated at this hole in the wall oil shop mainly because it seemed like the abrupt owner, Randy Herpel was trying to get me to do everything he possibly could so he could make more money. When I told him that I did not want anything extra done he got mad and basically stopped being nice to me (the dollar signs disappeared?) and it seemed like he just wanted me and my car out of his nasty small shop because he had some other vehicles show up that he could try to rip off.His employees look very unhappy as well which further justifies his unprofessional attitude. Mr. Randy Herpel might think I am just some women but I doubt he has a masters degree under his belt or any degree for that matter considering his arrogant attitude. YOU SIR need some skills in business management and customer relations or your business will soon be another underwritten statistic. From your MBA ex-customer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would because thats how bad the service is. They did not know that my husband is retired mechanic and although he does not do any auto work now that I am fully aware of what does not seem right. IT DOES NOT SEEM RIGHT WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE PUTTING SOME CHEAP OFF BRAND OIL INTO MOBIL 1 CONTAINERS AND THEN CLOSING THEM UP AND PUTTING IT BACK ON YOUR SHELF!!! I really hope someone will look into this guys shady business. The owner is very rude and thinks people are stupid. His staff which consists of some young kids are very inconsistent and do not seem to know what they are doing. They told me my wipers needed replaced and although I did it, I went home and found out my grandson had changed them a few weeks ago! I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone.
