Had a great experience with my daughter the day of Homecoming. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. The nail techs were fast but definitely not rushed. The pedicure was an amazing treat. Everything was clean and orderly. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Where do I begin! I have gotten my nails her a couple times, Kaylen is my go to!! All my friends would go to her because of her amazing work and how kind and sweet she is. Goes above and beyond a true perfectionist, she truly cares about her work. 100% recommended! These are just two sets Ive gotten here with Kaylen and they lasted for a month!

Hailey did an amazing job with my nails. She listened to what I wanted and took her time to do them right. We even had a great conversation throughout my appointment. She came up with a bright and original design for me to enjoy when I go on vacation.

Hair one is a good place to go if you want a hair cut and you are not too shy to talk to the sisters who run the place. Those ladies will have you laughing from ear to ear the entire time you are there. Leave your credit card at home because these hair cutters only take cash.I have been going there for years. Ill probably invite them to our next Thanksgiving dinner.

I have been going to this place for a while. I recently went to get a full set. I made an appointment with hailey. which I have gone to before. As soon as I got there it seemed like she was in a rush and had an attitude. I showed her what I want and she had a problem with it. she gave a few color options to choose from and when I asked her if there were more colors she was like no that’s it. when she was doing my nails I constantly reminded her what I wanted. when she was doing my nails she cut me several times and one of the cuts were so deep that it got infected. also they don’t even wipe down the chair after one client.and after I asked her to fix my nails she refused and gave me so much attitude. DO NOT GO HERE! not covid friendly

Very creative job.. I love the design but Im not happy the color.Tom & Hannah are very nice people, but are not good helping you find the color you want... I asked for peachy color I got pink.

I had an appointment at 12:30 and I checked in 10 minutes before and had me wait 30 minutes for them to not even do anything. There is one guy there he is nice. But I was so upset.

Amy was very professional, I was very pleased with the way she did my eyebrows and Nails. I never regret checking Artistic Nails and Spa the first time ever. The work done on me put so much smiles on me. Thank you Amy, you’re Amazing 👍

Great spa pedicures at good prices. They take their time massage your legs and feet. Technicians are always nice when Ive been there (@least 7-10 times). I will definitely return.

Place is hard to find staff is unpleasant to work with. Prices are high for the quality of work. Nail tech used her phone the whole time and did uneven nails never going back again!!!

They doing really good nail. The guy in the first chair is SO GOOD. Its clean good price and he does his job. Didnt have to ask him to do anything he did it all and very good and Im super picky. I would refer and I will go back

I have been to this nail salon several times in the past and have never experienced such poor customer service. I was barely greeted when I walked in, simply asked to sign into their check-in system. I came in without an appointment hoping they had room for walk-ins, this was on me, but I clearly marked that I had no appointment and typed in what service I was looking for, as well as saying what I was looking for out loud to the woman sitting at the front when she asked. I was told to have a seat and then I waited for an hour and 40 minutes to even be talked to! The woman was incredibly rude. She asked what color I wanted and I repeated what I had said at the beginning. She then scolded me telling me that I needed to make an appointment for what I wanted because no one here today could do it, making it out to be my fault. They advertise that they can do marble nails on their Instagram and NOWHERE do they say that only specific people can do them or that a special appointment is needed for them. And if I needed one, they should have read what I put down in the check-in system that they made me fill out. If you don’t read it, what is the point? You could have seen what I wanted, told me I needed an appointment and I would have made one and left. Instead I waited for nearly 2 hours to be told I couldn’t get what I wanted, at which point, I’d already wasted so much time here that I settled for asking for ombré nails. They also could have told me that the wait would be THAT long when I checked in. I waited for an additional 20 minutes and then left without getting any service. This customer service was absolutely unacceptable. They were rude to almost every customer who came in unless they knew them (repeat customers I’m assuming). I used to recommend this salon to all of my friends looking for cool designs, but I will no longer be doing so. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. I took down the name of the manager, I really hope that she talks to her staff about being so rude.

They are very good, however, I’ll recommend setting up an appointment, otherwise you’ll be frustrated.Tom is the best, somewhat expensive but his works are exquisite.

This is the worst place ever. My pedicure looks miserable although I explained for the lady but she keeps going on and my manicure one was even worse. She was just in panic and in rush as if some one is stalking her. She was hurting me and I didn’t say a word and she was like please relax your fingers 🤦🏼‍♀️. You dear need to relax and have some mercy with clients. I am a new customer but FORGET IT ! Not going back again

This is the 3rd time I visit them, the first time they didnt have anyone available for Acrilic so they told to come back in an hour and I did, the 2 time it was ok, now I just came today for a refill and all they said we dont have time today can you come back tomorrow.... Really what kind of business is this on a Saturday 😳😳😳 they dont have time. they are really so unprofessional if they told me I have 1-2 or 3 people before you I will understand and decide if I want to wait or not but the lady was working with one and another one was waiting in the Lobby. I dont recommend it to anybody 😡😡😡😡

I did my nails here all the time and I am so angry at the person did my nails today. She was so rude and made me feel like torturing . One of my fingers was even had blood came out. I don’t even want to mention other wound caused by her unprofessional manicure. And she didn’t even apologize after I pointed out. Seriously?! And she was chewing gum while she was doing my nails. My nails were still glued to my finger tips after she said she was done. I pointed out and she didn’t even care. The most absurd part she even charged me extra 20 dollars because I required “long extension”. The nails she did were exactly like what I did before in this nails spa. Normally, i wouldn’t mind small problems and I even recommended friends came here once a while. But this really upseted me and I almost stormed out. I will NEVER come back again. This really the worst experience I had and a wasted of my time.Btw，this is my first review cuz I am not used to post things online. But todays experience reallyyyyy upsets me. My little finger starting to have blood come out too while I am typing...

Had a good experience with my basic pedicure. They spray the bowl rather than use the disposable covers but Im okay with that. They reuse the emory boards which I think is the norm for most places although I would prefer those be disposable. The metal tools appear to be sterilized. Staff was friendly and i didnt have to wait very long on friday morning.

Customer service is terrible here. They lie about their wait time and they don’t communicate with you. I walked in at 10AM with their open sign off, checked in as the rude lady in the front told me 30 mins, came back after an hour without receiving a notification, open sign was still off. The same lady saw me and ignored me I asked her how long she said 10 minutes. 15 mins passed and she continued to say 10 mins, at one point I just walked out because their customer service is terrible and the cleanliness of the salon was very questionable. They need an upgrade on their staff as well as their salon. Won’t be back unless I hear there’s new management.

The service and ppl were pleasant. My first time I got a pedicure I contracted cellulitis a life threatening infection in my toe 3 days later. I was in so much pain I ended up in the ER and out of work for 4 days. I wished it didnt happen that way because I loved the service and personality but my life is more important. Please be careful.

Went in there for a bikini wax, and someone had forgotten to book my slot. I went in a few days later when a time had opened up, and I wished I hadnt. I went into a private room, and was subjected to the worst waxing experience Ive ever had. I left with wax residue on my private parts, and trimmed hairs stuck to my thighs. I had to pluck and shave the leftover patches once I got home, and clean sticky, painful wax off my crotch. I would not have gotten this wax for free, much less what they charged me for it.

I went to get my nails done here and one of the nail technicians commented that the shape I was getting done (coffin) were for ghetto girls. As a nail technician who deals with multiple clients, all of different races and backgrounds, you should not be commenting on certain styles being ghetto as that is an extremely harmful stereotype.

Mom went for a pedicure. She was very ill-treated by staff. She also felt undertones of racism as well and noticed that the white customers had a better experience(more time spent, more effort put in) EVERY time she went in. Horrible experience and she will never go back into this craphole again.
