I had a wonderful volunteering experience here. This place is so important, and I always looked forward to donating time here. Absolutely excellent, CLEAN, private, and the people here are fantastic, friendly, professional and the doctors know their stuff!
Great experience! Everyone was more than helpful (in all departments). They helped me more than I can say here. Bottom line is I probably wouldnt be around without them.
Its great to know when the clinic hours are... But why can we not have the pharmacy hours here so we can check them. I was asked to specifically call this afternoon, on a Friday, about my prescription and I cant get ahold of anyone. Nor can I get pharmacy on the phone system. It also says you arent open on Saturdays but the office told me on Thursday I could pick up my prescription on Saturday if it was ready.... VERY, VERY CONFUSING
The doctors and nurses there are fantastic. The only issue, the lady (withholding name) who makes the appointments for the specialists. I had an appointment last Tuesday in the am, and was told by my gynecologist that I needed to be seen in two weeks for a biopsy to be done on my cervix. She tells my husband and I that he is booked up, and when my husband told her how it important it was, (in a urgent tone) she smiled and told him that there is nothing I can do about it and she would call me with an appointment with the Dr in July. So fast-forward its now Monday afternoon and no call. I called this morning and left a message. Trying not to panick here and thinking of talking to the manager there, I am not waiting for August for this biopsy just to find out its progressed . For her sake, it better not be..
Everyone is wonderful here. The director DeLeesa is a very sweet woman and the front office manager Kari Mae is also very easy to get a long with. This is a great place to volunteer.
At first I was so extremely thrilled and thankful at the care I received at VIM. But due to a clerical error on their part I went without very necessary medication. I jump through hoops and they failed me as a patient. When someone takes medication for mental health it’s not something to mess with. I’m currently in the worse mental state due to their negligence and I will be talking with my attorney. It floors me that doctors take an oath to first do no harm. Well let’s just say you all screwed with me in the worse way possible. Mental health is no joke and to deny extremely necessary medication to someone who needs it to function normally is doing harm. Shame on all of you. You really should re-think your protocol guidelines.
Everyone here is very welcoming. I was able to pick up my prescription there after being seen. Great place, wonderful people and overall a good experience.
They was very helpful to my husband in finding his cancer and then guiding him on to a Sergon
Great place to get help.
