Okay the attendant was very rude. When I came in he told may I had to use a certain washer of course it was one that cost more. And then when I put it in the dryer and added 3/4 for 30 minutes the dryer did not get hot at all and did not try my comforter. I took it to the attendant and as the attendant to feel my comforter it was still as damp as it was when I took it out of the washer. He said he was not going to feel it and I should have put it in the bigger dryer. He said that I already spent the money and Im not getting a refund to be able to put it in a bigger dryer. He saw me put the comforter in the dryer I put it in he did not say one thing to me about needing a bigger dryer when I spent the money. I told him that the dryer didnt even get hot or dry it one bit he said oh well put it in the bigger dryer now. I told him I wouldnt spending any more money at his establishment and that I would definitely let others know that he ripped me off 30 minutes of dryer time.

Owner or manager whatever he is tried to tell me I needed to use a bigger washer to clean my clothes properly. Ive been doing laundry for 31 years and Im known as the laundry queen. Back off! I know you want to make money and trying to get ppl to use bigger when its not necessary does that! #BiggerIsNotAlwaysBetter! The smaller one did the magic just as well ;)

Clean, washers work ok, dryers hit and miss, customers all have been very nice, owners or management whatever their title, are always watching trying to make u use bigger washers and dryers! I KNOW YOU WANT TO MAKE ALL THE MONEY YOU CAN BUT I WILL NOT BE PUSHED INTO DOING WHAT YOU WANT BUT ISNT NEEDED OR BEST FOR ME!!

Very clean, coin machine two of them made for easy access, wifi available, washers and dryers affordable and believe it or not I have a washer and dryer at home in excellent condition but some days i just enjoy getting out to to laundry and i prefer that one above all of the local Laundromats.

Shop was very clean & tidy, has a little play room attached for children to be entertained. So you can concentrate on the laundry.

Frustrating employee they have now was rude to us and other patrons. Took peoples laundry out of any big expensive machines. Tried to take my stuff out while my husband was trying to unload machines. We never left the facility. Went Sunday 9/20/20 at 130 pm. Needed 3 large machines and 2 medium machines. Use to have a really pleasant girl working there that I hope went on to better things! I will find another laundry far far away that obnoxious guy!

Good, clean facility. The washers are huge, even the single loaders. You wont stand there feeding quarters into them FOREVER. And the dryers give you great value for your money. I drive past a few laundromats to specifically go here.

I always want to utilize facility when half empty.But by far THE BEST PLACE to do your laundry &they have a game room for your entertaining pastime. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this business is negitive. Well b4 C19 disturbed our world, this place stays washed down on surfaces, bathroom(cleaned), as to many other touchable areas. This laundromat i am willing to travel many miles, passing any others along the way. Simply put,just 1 visit,& youll return here until YOUR washer&dryer are delivered to your home. TG4PL!

For a laundromat, one of the cleanest in town with fantastic service, when an attendant is there. Luckily, they are there often. There are vending machines with food that is reasonably priced and even a makeshift gameroom adequate to make time pass while waiting for your wash. The only complaints on my end is how busy the location can be and an incredibly small parking lot you mush navigate through. Otherwise a great laundromat that is reasonably priced.

Love this place. Fast and easy with no hassle. All of the change and detergent machines work perfectly. The lobby is always clean and quiet. Some machines dont work as well as others but there are an amazing amount of options and theres always a good washer and dryer available. If youre going to do big loads, expect to spend about $20 for washing and drying 2-3 loads worth of clothes if you buy the soap there.

So sad use to come to the place all the time to wash when I lived in town, great place to wash and good prices. Went maybe like three weeks ago and there were Roaches everywhere I understand people bring things in with them but it was bad like it needs to be treated will not be going back until it is.

Been going here since they opened, it can be very busy at times but they have a large amount of machines.

I hate the fact that I have to do this.Been coming here for over 2 years, wont be able to come back here until the place is treated for bed bugs.Yes, I have a couple of pictures.Was already washing clothes when I saw them.Seemed to be all in back corny by the TV.Put clothes in dryer when done and didnt find them there and went home.Told and showed the attendant, she seemed concerned, but not as much as I was.Please, get this fixed, wont be back until it is.I do understand, it happens, but to let it go on is pretty fd up.

I did several loads of laundry using every size washer they have. I also used the dryers, the regular ones and the giant one. The washers did a great job, but the dryers took forever. Much longer than my home dryer. It took an hour to dry things that would take 40 minutes in my dryer. They also had a funny smell, even with using dryer sheets.The place was clean and the owner was very nice.

Use to be a clean place but gone down hill first if you can get pass the smell of weed and every washer was nasty wont be back

I was skeptical at first but this laundromat had it all. Very clean, plenty of washers and dryers, change machine and vending machines. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will go back and highly recommend.

Terrible machine. Took for ever to spin my clothes . I pulled my clothes out and they were soaked. Had to twist the water out. The owner tells me its my fault when I spent $3 on a machine. Do not recommend that place ! Owner didnt even try to make it right..... not even gonna mention the dryer would not allow me to put money on the lower unit. It added all the money to the top one........

I used to love this place but now Im not so sure.. The owner used to be nice ama helpful however today not so much. He was rude told me he didnt have changed for a 20 dollar bill, said he left his wallet at home.. Really.. We are at the laundry mat how do you not have change.. The dryer kept stopping he told me to use the really big dryer for my 2 throws and he also called them comforters,, said they were making the dryer stop they were to Heavey when did 2 throws Become to much weight for a dryer?? 6 pair of jeans is heavier.. Then he asked this lady of his race and Mexican chick if they needed help taking their clothes from the Washer to the Dryer.. Really. Guess I was not the right color.. Wow my money spends just like theres.. Well not be going back there guess is time to buy a big water and dryer

I go here twice a week. Its always clean and i feel comfortable leaving my laundry if i need to go get my child from school or run an errand.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to wash ever article of clothing that I owned. The owner was very helpful and friendly while I was doing my laundry. I accidentally dried a memory foam dog mattress and it shredded in the dryer forming a snowstorm of memory foam. Instead of getting upset (like many places I’ve visted), the owner smiled and said “that’s okay, let me help you.” He proceeded to clean up the “snowstorm.” After the mess I made was cleaned, he then told me he was going to help me fold my laundry since I had so much. He helped me for about an hour folding my clothes. This was very helpful and sped up the process dramatically.... I highly recommend doing your laundry at this facility. This is a very clean facility with many different size washers for any need. The prices are affordable and they do offer drop-off services if you don’t have time to do your laundry.

Machines work decent and its usually pretty clean, just hope none of the machines take ur money because the owner will treat you like sh** and basically say ur lying and wont refund anything..

I would not recomend this place. It was dirty(lint, dirt, and trash) on the floor. There were multiple washers and dryers out of order many of which have been out of order for awhile. The attendent spent alot of time outside on his phone and smoking. When he came in, he refused to reimburse a woman who had lost 5 bucks in a machine that wouldnt start and he harassed another about a comforter that he felt like should have been put in a larger dryer even though both large dryers were already in use by someone else. Then told her not to come back when she pointed that out. He is nothing but a rude fournier acting entitled after taking advantage of a government business grant offered to immigrants. Ill be taking my business eleswhere thank you very much.

Best laundromat in Springfield. The facility is clean and even has a game room to keep young ones occupied. The best part is that there is WIFI, great for students who need to conplete assignments while they wait. The owner is courtious and takes pride in his bussiness.
