Ive had three same day cancellations (on a total of four cleans) from this company (one my initial deep clean which I booked almost a month in advance), and now on the last clean 10 minutes in was told that a fruit fly found in the kitchen was a flea and was informed that they would not be able to finish cleaning today but could come back next week. Ive never seen a flea in this house before... And we live here so we would probably notice. I thought they were joking when they told me. Deep clean left a lot to be desired for the price but own er came back out and re-did a few areas that were lacking. Regular cleans have been good however do take about twice as long as you would expect and are not worth the frequent cancellations and general lack of professionalism. I cannot believe I gave this place so many second chances. Would steer clear.

The Springfield You’ve Got Maids crew did fantastic Spring Cleaning on my 2800 sq. ft. home and it was a challenge! I had been very ill for several months so the dust was high and all the kitchen and bathroom counters had been wiped clean every day but not really scrubbed the way they needed. The rest of the house had been on its own! Trudy Lewis, the owner, came to my home first and we reviewed all the normal and some odd cleaning tasks that I wanted done to get my home “ready to sell” beautiful, even though it is not on the market. Trudy is very professional and delightfully personable. That same day in my home she gave me the cost estimate for what I wanted and it was very reasonable. The cleaning team arrived on time, looking neat and being cheerful, and got right to the tasks at hand. They worked steadily with no wasted motions and left my house a few hours later sparkling clean and smelling fresh! I was very impressed with the quality and work ethic of the ladies on the team Trudy sent. I am particularly glad to use this company because they use safe, green cleaning products and vacuums with allergy filters so my asthma is never affected by dust blowing around the house as it would be by a standard vacuum.You’ve Got Maids has cleaned my house since with the same dedication to performing the work in a timely yet thorough manner. I continue to use their services and highly recommend this company to all my friends. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in receiving excellent cleaning at a good price by employees I am proud to welcome into my home.

They made MORE of a mess then anything. They were there for FOUR hours and hardly cleaned one room! They had to leave in the middle to take a girl to a Doctors appointment. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they were an hour and a half late! Supposed to work from 10-2 but really they didnt arrive until 11:30 and left at noon to take the girls to a Doctors appointment and left at 3. They clean the windows in every room, and left all the dust and stuff on the floor, The floors looked disgusting when I returned. Very disappointed. Would not use, do not recommend.

Used because they were the best we found in Springfield but that is not to assume they were good. I had to complain to owner many, many times due to lights left on, things not cleaned correctly, lots and lots of broken things, etc. The latest incident, I am selling house so asked for terminal cleaning at a cost of $145.00. They knocked off the wall a smoke detector, broke the mounting clip so it couldnt be remounted. Trudy said get one send me the bill. Never received a response to the bill. They hung upside down some wall decorations. I thought they just made a mistake. Turned one over and it was broken in half. Asked owner to pay for it with picture, no response. Trudy did try at times to make amends, in the end with no response to obvious customer concerns, I think a 2 is generous. I wouldnt go back.

Do not show up when scheduled and does not move anything when cleaning.

I did receive your response but no need to talk any further. Now that I have calmed down. I would rather not have your crew back at my house. Are you aware that the vacuum they used on the floor they used on my micro fiber couch. Did not even do the top or back. Along with they did not mop my bathroom floors. Just wish I hadnt been charged til after the work was done. I would never of approved the amount. Will definitely not recommend or use you in the future. Hope you treat your other customers better than we were treated!!

Trudy was AMAZING !Our home was under contract and the final inspection and walk through was all set for the buyers to come out later that day when we got a terrible phone call that our Grandmother had passed. Obviously we needed to go be with family and we would not have time to finish the final cleaning that needed to be done before the walk through and inspection. I got on the phone with Trudy and she took care of everything! They sent out a large crew fully equipped ready to go later that morning and the crew couldnt have been any nicer. All of them went right to work and had the house looking show ready in no time flat! They took pride in their work and took the time to take care of the little details that really make the difference along with simply treating people how you would want to be treated.We couldnt be more pleased with our experience. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

The house was like a hive of busy bees and it looked and smelled so clean and fresh!! Nearly every corner and crevice was brushed, swept or polished. Love them.

The cleaning ladies were great just a few things I wish they would not of done but it is ok. But the office person is so unorganized that she totally had everything messed up. Did cancel any further cleanings from them dont need the aggravation!!!

We had moved into a home that had not been properly cleaned, then we had work done which made matters worse. You’ve Got Maids came in and cleaned every nook and cranny of our house. It feels like a clearing as much as a cleaning.
