Melinda did an excellent job! My house is cleaner than it has ever been when using a professional cleaner. I would like to have her as my cleaner as we move forward. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She did everything I asked and more. Everyone I have dealt with from Golden Rule has the aforementioned qualities. One young woman, Margaret, did all cleaning. She was very polite and asked me several times if everything was looking good. When she was done a supervisor from the company came and did an inspection. He asked her to do some more work on certain areas and even showed her how to get the best result. Later another super from the company came by and checked the work she had been asked to do. The company definitely cares about their client and insures that the work is top notched. I would highly recommend Golden Rule Cleaning.
Our first cleaning was superb! We did a Top to Bottom Clean and no corner was left undone! Thank you Laketa and Golden Rule for getting my house in order again!
The staff that cleaned were gracious, efficient, did a good job and were good to work with. I would recommend their services. They did miss a couple of cabinets on the inside but, there were a lot of cabinets and I didnt go through to check until long after they were gone. I am sure that if I would have pointed it out - they would have quickly rectified the oversight. Again - I would recommend them to anyone moving out of their home for a top to bottom cleaning.
Im sorry we dont have Olivia any more. Those two ladies were not worth what I paid for. Not counting the way my daughters dog was traumatized in his own home, I was very unhappy with them. I was home all day, and I dont snoop or look for mistakes....My husbands picture frame was broken, and put back together so I didnt notice it was in pieces till after they were gone. Also, days later (picking up a floor spill in the kitchen, I found cobwebs not removed from under cabinets............cobwebs that couldnt grow in six days.Lets try this again, but I dont want those two again.I have asked twice that the sticky floor tile cleaner not be used. Ive nearly fallen when my shoes stock to the floors.
Very efficient and my house looked great. I use a walker and have not been able to clean for quite some time.
Richard Britts did an amazing job on my house ! I got the top to bottom service as a gift to myself and I’m so happy did! The house looks wonderful and Richard was very polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Starting in May of 2020, I hired Golden Rule Cleaning service to clean the house I sold and then to clean my new house each month. I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted my service provider to clean my house after the 15th of the month because we get our retirement income once a month. I also stipulated that I wanted my house cleaned in the afternoon because we must be available in the mornings for our grandchildren. I made the contract with Jason and he couldn’t have been nicer. We were assigned Tiffany and she is awesome, very congenial and considerate. Her work is very good. It says on the Golden Rule website that clients will be assigned the same provider so that they know you and know your home. We were thrilled.One month Tiffany wasn’t available and my substitute came an hour late and couldn’t finish the job in the allotted time so they sent a second provider and the two of them together struggled to finish. I can’t be expected to follow and train providers who are unfamiliar with the job. My husband has been very ill fighting cancer and so I asked to please have Tiffany. We got a scheduling mix up at one point and Jason called me and corrected the issue. All was well until March. I had my scheduled cleaning confirmed for Thursday, the 18th with no mention of any changes. On Monday, the 15th, I received a text informing me that beginning in April my cleaning date would be the 12th at 8:30 AM and that Tiffany would no longer be my service provider. I was stunned. I texted back that this didn’t work for me and that we needed to talk. The next day Meghan called and said that they are streamlining their services to cut down mileage. I explained my reasons for not wanting a change I asked to speak to Jason and she said he is out of state for two weeks. She finally said she would see what she could do. Then Chrystal called from St. Louis. She was aggressive and insistent and informed me that Tiffany requested that her hours be cut. So now they are blaming the worker. I told Chrystal that I wouldn’t book April until I spoke to Jason or the owner and she said they are both out of town for two weeks. She told me that they are sorry to lose my business but the owner said there is nothing they can do since Tiffany requested the cutting of her hours. I said that it seemed like she could speak to the owner, and that I am not sure why my one block of 2 and 1/2 hours once a month could not be accommodated. We hung up with no resolution about April and beyond. Then, not ten minutes later I got a text canceling my Thursday cleaning . When I asked why, Meghan informed me it is because I only want Tiffany and she isn’t available. So, they have clearly given my slot to someone else. Not good customer relations. I feel manipulated, deceived and mistreated. I will not do business with this company again.
The service person came as scheduled and on time. She was very thorough and cheerful and I am very pleased with the service. My house now looks immaculate and very sparkling clean! She did both the upstairs and downstairs. I will definitely call this company again!!! I highly recommend it!
Fantastic job on one of my rental properties. Listen up everyone, I’m not kidding, these people are amazing at cleaning & they have high integrity too. I own a couple companies and have high standards and this team of expert cleaners met those standards and more. Way to go Golden Rule. Use them, you won’t regret it.
Did everything that I asked her to do... and showed me her work... she even did a few extras that she saw needed tended too, and I had not noticed... she was right and I am very pleased.

On the scale of 1 to 10, this company is an 11!! I hired them to do a move out cleaning and was not disappointed!!!! The person they sent to me did a spectacular job and I highly recommend her and Golden Rule!!!!!!

I used them to do cleaning for a move out.they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule on Saturday for 3 hr cleaning . was so grateful and couldnt believe the fantastic job they did!! Ive always had 2 people cleaning. My house has the sq ft for $90 but has a lot of rooms even though I dont have her clean everything. I dont feel it was fair to Casey to be on her own. She did a great job. But there had been 2 missed cleanings and she needed the help, considering. I greatly value her. I just feel this needs to be known.
