Absolutely phenomenal!I was a bit leery at first to hire a third-party cleaning service. My wife has a debilitating illness and can’t devote the time or energy to cleaning that she once did. I tried to pick up the slack but my cleaning standards aren’t quite as high as hers.I did some research online and came across this company with a lot of positive reviews. The person I spoke with to setup service was super nice and gave me plenty of info to help set our minds at ease. The first cleaning visit came shortly thereafter and OMG!! These people are amazing!Truly a top-to-bottom cleaning approach, everything you can possibly think of. They were all super friendly and considerate and left the house spotless! They even exceeded my wife’s expectations, which is tough to do!I highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs you may have. Friendly, thorough, and great at what they do!

Very professional and showed up every week on the day they were supposed to which is hard to find. Had to have them come re-do things a few times (they didnt think I wanted my floors swept or vacuumed on the deep clean for some reason), very rarely get the same cleaners 2 weeks in a row. Had to remind them to scrub the toilets (on the weekly clean) and dust end tables a few times. They are the type of company that will vacuum around a toy on the living room rug, wont pick it up or move anything. I was willing to put up with all this bc like I said, they show up and clean, until the end when we were asked to increase price to go from weekly cleaning to every two weeks. There was no decrease in cost when we went from every two weeks to every week and I felt we really were not adding value to get weekly cleans as this just kinda seemed to grant license not to be as through. By the end we were paying $174 for less than 1500 square feet and they wanted to up the price even more, so just couldnt justify it.

They were able to squeeze me in on very short notice, staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional and they did an amazing job!

The team cleaned my house superbly. They were friendly and very professional. One person is the team leader who checks up on the team members’ work, so you know it’s done really well without you having to say anything. My appliances looked like new and my bathrooms have never been cleaner!

This was my first experience having my house cleaned professionally. They were fantastic. A crew of 3 showed up and got to work immediately. They were all super friendly, loved on my pets and worked really hard the entire time. The team-lead was very communicative about what they would be able to accomplish during their visit so I had clear expectations of what would be done. Ive never used a cleaning service before, so I only have Pennys as reference. I just bought a house and called to get the house cleaned before I moved in. I called and Penny worked me in the next day. Her crew missed a few small things here and there, most of it was caught. I think they had a little trouble working around the carpet cleaning person. My fault for scheduling them both at the same time. Penny texted me to ask how it went, I told her about the missed areas and she sent her crew back out the following day to get it taken care of. Penny even came herself to clean because one of her crew members was sick. Penny is very responsive and does exactly what she says she will. You can tell shes on point with her business and wants things done correctly. I wouldnt hesitate to use Pennys again for cleaning.

The cleaning team was excellent. They were very quick and efficient and got more done (and cleaner) in a hour and a half than i could in a while days work by myself. Cindy seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean in a long time, so i am as happy as a puppy.

Ive used Pennys Cleaning for over a year now and her staff and their service is remarkable. Weve never had any issues. They have always been prompt and professional in both their appearance and work. Penny’s Cleaning is great to work with! They are always on time and do a wonderful job! They are also super flexible if you need to reschedule or skip a cleaning. If there is a specific area we want focused on one week, they are willing to do that as well.

The girls did a great job. But their boss decided to push me later n later in the day. No regards for my schedule at all. My cleaning gets pushed later in the day because they get a new client. Not fair to me at all!! Then I am told about their policy. Which I should of been told about early on!!!

Pennys Cleaning is the most professional cleaning service by far. First of all most cleaning services will take up an entire day but not with Pennys. A team comes into your home and cleans it all at one time. I am retired and im here when they come into clean. They are so nice and always ready to start. It doesnt feel like you have a company in your home cleaning all of your private things but instead your family pitching in to help They are friendly and always make you fill comfortable. Pennys team reminds me of my time in the military because of there way of working together as a team so that your house is super clean with no effort on your part.
