I have had many cleaning ladies over the years this is the first time I chose a professional service. While it was a little more expensive the cleaning is A LOT better. The women who come are very nice and respectful and speak perfect English! which is also something that was hard to find in my other cleaning ladies.

Jenny is awesome. Shes been cleaning our home for a few months now and its always sparkling when we come home. Shes very thorough and pays close attention to the details. Even our dog looks forward to seeing her every week.

I am so thrilled with this cleaning service. I had a new girl today, Anna. She was a joy. Reached high and low, put up with me directing her around and didn’t complain at all. My husband has a lung condition and she deodorized especially around his areas as I was so concerned about his breathing. What a comfort it was to be taken so seriously by her. I wish everyone with concerns with Covid virus would hire this service.

Ramona Gomez is my PRO and she does a great job of cleaning my home. I love her personal touches such as adding water to a dry plant. I really appreciate her attention to detail as well.

Carla did an excellent job in our kitchen! My husband is an amateur chef and the grease on the cabinet fronts builds up quickly. She brought them back to life and even took multiple passes on the high-trafficked floor to make it shine. Were looking forward to regular visits from Carla!

Carla did an amazing job and was so friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to clean the floors, cabinets and walls several times until they were sparkling! She even chatted with my curious kids the whole time she was working. She showed up and left right on time and the house looked amazing. We will be requesting her again!

We have had Millie as our PRO for almost a year now & we wouldnt want anyone else!! Millie does a fantastic job and is always meticulous with the cleaning. Having 4 dogs & 2 people living in our house, things can get dirty very quickly, but Millie gets everything so clean. Thank you Millie for a fabulous job each time you clean our home.

I LOVE coming home to clean house every Friday. Louise does a phenomenal job each and every time. My daughters love going to their rooms to see what silly thing she has done with their stuffed animals or dolls after cleaning their rooms. Carla has been taking care of our house for a few months now and always does a great job. We couldnt be happier.

Maid pro is a thief in general. First of all with their employees then with their clients. They charge the clients supposedly by the hr/square ft and only pay their employees minimum wage. So, say the employee works 3 hrs and they charge a client 275 for a one time cleaning, then the employee only gets $33 dollars. Not only do they get $33 dollars, they wont start been on the clock til they get to the clients home, mind you they go in to the office for dispatch at 8-8:15 am. All this is illegal and they can get in big trouble for it. Maid Pro is also charging the clients a traveling fee of $5 and only giving the employees a part of that fee, when the employee is entitled to the whole amount for gas reimbursement. Maid Pro also hold monthly meetings which all employees are mandated to attend without pay. Employees have to beg to be able to use their sick time. All employees are hard workers and do amazing jobs, but manager Alice McGrath is a very rude and bad towards their employees and clients. She have preferences between employees. This company needs to be reported to labor board and the attorney general once a for all. I personally feel bad for their employees.

Alex and Xiomy did a fabulous job with my first cleaning. I have back problems that has prevented me from doing any rigorous cleaning for quite a long time, and so my house was pretty dirty. When I came home from work and saw not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, I almost cried I was so happy. They quite literally cleaned everything. I am one happy customer.

Ive used Maidpro in Springfield MA for about 5 yrs now and I am thrilled with my assigned workers service. She does an excellent job and thankfully does not move my stuff around. Shes pleasant and Im always happy to come home the day she cleans b/c my house smells great.

Had my first cleaning and I am very happy! Wanda and Louise were friendly, and efficient. They did a great job!! And honestly I thought it was going to be more expensive but it is very reasonable. To me its priceless! Ill love my home to be nice and clean but severe back conditions make it very difficult for me to keep up. 😉

Great service! I have been using Maid Pro for 4 months now, and the service has been excellent every single time! I have 4 kids, and so you can imagine how messy my house can get, but every time Maid Pro comes, it looks like we are living in a hotel after they are done (until the kids mess it up again!) They are very consistent, friendly, and thorough! Im very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone!

I have never used a cleaning service before. My mom is 97 and is not able to do a good job cleaning her house anymore. She refuses to let me help, saying I can do it. I finally decided to take the bull by the horns and get the service in there in spite of her protests. I am so glad I did. MaidPro did an absolutely wonderful job and her house looks and smells fresh and clean.The two ladies who came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional, and my mother liked them a lot. The job they did was great! The price is very reasonable, and I will have them come once a month from now on. The cleaners were great, but the office managers are rude and lack understanding of being kind to their customers. One of the office managers (Alice, I believe) chastised us numerous times for mistakes she made and/or circumstances out of our control. And given the fact that we are doing business with them, you would think they (she specifically) would put our interests first. Moreover, for the amount you spend to have them clean, the truth is that most of what they do is dust, vacuum, and clean the bathroom. And the maids are only paid $11 dollars an hour. So at around $65 a week, you have to wonder where the other $54 dollars is going. Probably to the rude office managers. If it were me, Id pay the staff better, at least they have good customer service, are attentive, and kind.
