Nancy came to my home on time and ready to work. She is a remarkable lady! Nancy works fast and smart doing so much so well in a very short time. I am very happy with Merry Maids for sending her and all I ask is that Nancy be my regular cleaning lady. Thank you Nancy.

Dont even bother requesting a quote. I had someone call me back to do an in-home estimate of my house and they could only come between 9 am and 4 pm M-F to do the quote. When I told her no one could be there to let her in during those times, she said they are a strictly Monday through Friday business and dont do estimates or clean outside of those hours.When I told her that we would just find someone else, she told me they could be as flexible as to come as late as 5 pm, but no later. So much for customer service.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my house that I have been renting for a few years now. Normally I would have done it myself and I have never used a maid service before, but life happened and I simply did not have time in between moving into my new house 45 mins away and my husband traveling for work, all while we have 2 children to care for as well. They came for the quote which was quick and easy and the woman that came was very sweet. The maids showed up on time the day of cleaning and they were very professional and kind. My house looks fantastic and them helping me out has been such a stress relief with everything going on in our lives right now! Thank you so much, Merry Maids! I will absolutely use them again in the future if I need this type of service again.
