Madison performed three services for me today and was phenomenal!She threaded my brows, gave me a massage and a facial. My brows have never looked better. She gave me the best massage I have ever had. Madison is very good at what she does. I left feeling so relaxed and looking great. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here by Madison multiple times and she always does an amazing job! As a red head, I get super nervous about people doing my eyebrows, but I always feel comfortable with her. She’s super sweet and professional! Couldn’t find a better person to do services!

I went in for an eyebrow lamination and a eyelash lift. The lift was great and looked amazing. On the other hand the lamination was painfully bad. I stated i wanted my eyebrows as symmetrical as possible and left with two different size eyebrows, also with different shapes. My brows were done by corrina and she was insanely sweet but my eyebrows were botched. After getting them done i thought i just needed to get used to them but no they were just bad. I went home and scrubbed off the tint as much as possible and thinned my left brow to match my right, which surprisingly was an easy fix. I emailed them and got no response at all. Which was sad, i Live really far away from the shop and i drove pretty far because of their website reviews. Before any claims are made, I did have an appointment August 17th around 10 am. The picture attached i also emailed to them. no response it’s been 12 days.UPDATE: After leaving this review i received a email shortly after. She refunded me. I highly recommend this place for lash lifts and tint as my lashes look amazing! Again the staff was all extremely kind.

I initially tried out this place because it had good reviews and 4 months later I’m still using this salon for my eyebrow waxing. I’ve had a different girl each time I’ve gone in (a fact that doesn’t bother me but may bother others) and every single one of them has given me GREAT results. Even my 13-year old niece said my eyebrows are, “On fleek,” so you know they do a good job 😁Seriously very happy with this place and would recommend to anybody.

I hate giving anything less than 5 stars — I just have two hiccups and it’s really just for the sake of improvement, rather than complaining.1. My esthetician was not wearing a mask and I did not visually see her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. When working near the eyes and mouth I think this should be common practice, or at least considered, regardless of a pandemic. I had booked with her for a previous day initially, and then was asked to rebook because she was sick. Just seems like a poor hygiene choice and leaves me with an “icky” feeling.2. My threading experience was fine, but during the process of threading my brows the woman let the thread go across my fresh lash extensions and I FELT THEM RIP OUT. Sure enough, I check my shirt after and there are three lashes and when I got into my vehicle and checked myself in the mirror, there was a blank spot where the lashes had been pulled out. Grateful that it was just the extensions.Please please please provide additional training on sanitation measures and direction on navigating a brow service when the client has lash extensions so that the extensions aren’t damaged. I was so happy with my brows but so sad that I had come in with lashes and left with missing ones as a result of a service that didn’t involve my eyelashes at all.

Was excited to try this place as my regular wax lady is closing and canceled my appointment for this week so I really needed to get in. I made an appointment and could not find the building. No one was answering the phone and then I got marked as a no call no show. I pulled in 5 seconds after I was marked no call no show... although I had been calling. The lady on the phone was kind but said the appointment after me had had already showed up (why so early?). They couldnt reschedule me for the day of. No one was answering the phones and I called multiple times before I was marked.Will not be making another appointment here.

They were recommended by a friend and Im so glad I listened. I decided to brave the pain and made an appointment for my first Brazilian wax a few months ago. They have multiple ways to make appointments, online, over the phone or even in person. Their online system is very user friendly, showing who is available for the dates that work for you, what times each tech has available that day for the service youre needing, and it makes booking your appointment super simple. I was pretty terrified my first appointment, but they really put me at ease and my tech was incredibly professional and friendly. I cant say it wasnt painful lol, but the results were worth it and my next one was less painful and Im pretty sure this will be my new monthly routine. Since then Ive also gone in for the Volume eyelash extensions. Im absolutely in love with them and she did an amazing job. I cant imagine the painstaking patience it takes to place eyelashes on someone for two hours lol. She was gentle enough that I slept the majority of the treatment. Im 100% satisfied with every service theyve provided and plan on going back for my next Brazilian and eyelash fill.

I was genuinely shocked at how comforting the environment is here. I am a person with anxiety and it took me awhile to even book but now that I have Im not going anywhere else! The space is absolutely beautiful with a lot of plants, beautiful decor & color scheme. The music was soft & relaxing. Literally, everyone I spoke with who works here was so so helpful and nice. The best part though is of course the eyebrows! Not only is Corrina kind but her eyebrow game is on point! I had never had my eyebrows done before and Corrina spoke softly and gave me confidence I was in the right place. She cleaned up my eyebrows and gave them a little shape (they dont need much) and they look fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for eyebrows 10/10. They do have other services that I have not tried yet but its worth it for the eyebrows alone!

So I have been going here for YEARS and have had a few lash lifts done and have never had such a bad and unprofessional experience from ANYWHERE! They looked fine when it was just done but then on the way home they literally laid flush against my lid. When I messaged about it I was told that it’s suppose to look like that. Umm no it looked terrible and that I should just wait. Super unsatisfied with that I washed it to try to get them off my eyelids. I was told that I could not complain because I did that and they would have fixed them. This was never even offered until after that and then they said that since I did that they would not fix them.

Im a pretty low maintenance kinda girl, so Ive never actually gone to an exclusive wax place--just let my hairdresser do a quick wax. But after todays appointment with Sammy, I doubt Ill go anywhere else. She was incredibly attentive to even the pesky little hairs others often overlook, and it hurt WAY less than Im used to because she uses hard wax instead of the strips. It was super easy and convenient to book online too.

I came in a couple days ago and got my eyebrows tinted and sculpted. While I was in the shop, I couldn’t really tell what they looked like, so I didn’t say anything about them. When I went to my car and looked in the mirror, I was at a loss for words. My eyebrows were big black squares and they were completely different shapes. I really thought that the girl who did them ( I think her name is Claudia) was playing a joke on me. I don’t know who could possibly think they looked good in any way, shape, or form. When I got home I actually started crying because they looked so bad. I literally had to scrub them with face wash in hopes they would go away. Thankfully I was able to get them to a point where I can just fill them in and they don’t look as bad. Moral of the story is I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and if you actually want nice eyebrows PLEASE go elsewhere because this place had me looking like a straight CLOWN. Cancelled.
