Been here for 2 years now. Doesnt matter your size or your age. Im 60 and had let myself get to 192 lbs. Down to 158. Have lost two pants sizes and gone off medications. Its fun and everyone is friendly!

Best gym that Ive ever been to. Its the first gym that has kept my interest enough that I want to keep going to everyday. I feel as if my routine is off if I have to miss day!

Best decision I have ever made. My performance has greatly improved. I was a chubby out of shape man and now I feel like I can take on the world. Great staff and they push you to the limit. They taught me diet first and finished with making me a physical machine. Great community support and unjudgmental group.
