Sadly this location is my least favorite. I joined this gym on March because it offered Body Pump classes. When joining this location, I was told the gym will add more classes but the gym has canceled more classes instead. I haven’t canceled my membership because I go to the Paramus location. The Paramus location offers great classes and it has great instructors. The class schedule rarely changes at the Paramus location. This is not the case at the 24 hrs Springfield. Classes get canceled all the time, You never know if the class will take place.

1st time back in a while, and glad to see its as good as ever! Clean,. Safe & well supervised, it has all kinds of trampolines, foam pits & ninja courses. Fun all around, and plenty of adults were enjoying it too.

They charged me $25 for a guest pass...... And every machine or deadlift platform is always taken.

I paid for a years membership in advance and was enjoying my membership until 24hour wrongly canceled my membership last week. I was being wrongly charged $15/month and I emailed 24hour customer service to resolve this. They confirmed they would stop the payment and did not. I had to have my bank stop the $15monthly charge for a buddy pass I did not sign up for. Then they cancel my membership, which again I paid for the entire year in advance, because I stopped payment on this wrongful charge. The members there are nice but were unable or unwilling (not sure which since Im not behind the scenes) to resolve this situation. I called customer service all day today and they wete closed during they posted business hours of 6am-6pm pst so they were no help. Its unfortunate bc the facility is nice and again, the employees there are nice.

No water fountains. Employees claim state mandate but really its just cheapness. Cheap cheap cheap.

Brand new gym, good equipment, nice staff but still 100% full price for 50% gym use. No lockers, showers, pool, Basketball Court, or 24 access. COVID cleaning is great but gym shuts down every 1.5hrs which again for a 24hr gym that charges full price you need to fit their hours into your lifestyle. Not worth the expense. If you can, wait for King Murphy to get off his power trip so we can get back normal society.

Best gym in the area! Staff is very friendly and extremely clean! You can tell the employees care about where they work. The workout area is also very expansive with nice equipment.

Just stopped in to check out the facility in Springfield. Magnificent, clean, so many new machines and weights. Pool is closed. Fairly empty at 3:30.

They lifted the ridiculous Marxist mask mandate!! Everybody is mask free!

Its sanitized frequently. Its clean. Not over crowded. Many equipments to use. Still overpriced. But its my spot to workout. 🏋️‍♀️

This is only my 3rd day at this location. Its relatively big with lots of new machines. My dissatisfaction is with the mens locker room for a gym so large its very small. People waiting around to get dressed or undressed. I think more or better thought shouldve been put into it.

Springfield is the best gym

Super friendly stuff. Great facility for yoga and cardio classes. Also has saunas. However, their selection of free weight and cable machines is dismal.

On the 2nd day of operation of this brand new location, I decided to visit and try it out. As a member who uses several 24 hr fitness locations in the Northern NJ area, I wasn’t surprised to see that it looks and feels pretty much like the other gyms with the obvious difference of everything being brand new.Nevertheless, 3 negatives stood out for me:- the steam room was out of order already ( seriously? a brand new steam room already broken on the 2nd day )- one of the hair dryers in the men’s locker room was also out of order- the water pressure in the men’s showers is weak, much weaker than any other 24 hr. fitness I’ve been to.With that being said, I must admit I left disappointed. I feel it’s unacceptable to have these type of issues on the 2nd day of operation.They had weeks to test the equipment and calibrate it but hopefully they’ll get their act together and bring it to the standard of other 24hr fitness clubs in the area.In the meantime, I’ll stick to those other gyms...

First time coming to this new location the second floor made me excited I thought it was just going to be cardio machines and downstairs free weights, I was wrong everything is crammed upstairs all the free weights the turf, the cardio machines, basketball courts it was a mad house. I couldn’t even complete my workout because most of the machines I wanted to use were being occupied. Would probably never come here again Piscataway 24 hour is more spacious and it’s not as crammed sorry !

Omg this is the best gym I have ever been to! Love the zumba classes and yoga.

Decent place for a workout. Showers available as well as coed steam, sauna and pool. It is not cleanest gym, it is rare to see anyone cleaning and it shows especially in the locker room and shower area. They are building a brand new facility right next door, hopefully that will be better maintained. Staff is friendly.

Place has been around for a while. They have been skimping out on the cleaning services lately and some remodeling would definitely do it some good. Gym has everything you need to work out including sauna, whirlpool which others dont have. Great people tp working out with and staff is friendly.

I had a 3 day free-trial and went in to workout. The membership guy showed me all around the gym. Good thing I got a tour before I started to workout.. this gym is FILTHY. As we were walking around I was in shock that no one else was bothered by the fact is smelled like piss. Before the tour was over he told me to take a look at the locker room. What a DUMP! I couldnt believe it. Then as I FaceTime my friend to show her the filth, I went to use the bathroom.. the toilet didnt even flush. I walked out without even using my free trial. The membership guy was trying to sell me a membership SO bad I felt bad telling him this place was disgusting..

I love this gym but my only issue is that they need to do a better job keeping bathroom and locker room clean. Other than that, the staff is great,classes are great and plenty of working machines.

I like the gym but the customer service is horrible....the employees working today 10//30//16 turning off and flickering lights 30 minutes before closing time while people are still working out and lifting in the dark is not cool especially with weights laying around the floor. That is not the proper way to tell your members its almost closing time. Someone is eventually going to get hurt and then your going to have a law suit against the gym. This isnt the first time; it happens occasionally. Hopefully someone from management looks at these reviews. Ive talked to other members as well and they arent to happy

Been a member for more than 5yrs all i can say is only gym I know with a pool, sauna,whirlpool,steam room, and indoor track! For the same monthly price as other gyms with just weights! Place definitely aint perfect but when I weigh those differences thats why Im still here! If you want a gym this is it! These reviews seem like people want a spa lol! 👀

Good gym .. I like the space inside it .. but has problems with finding the weights because nobody returns the weight to same place after used it ... and i have problem to find the shift because they have just one for each type that makes my Training a little bit hard to finish it

Relatively cheap membership but dated facility with dated equipment. The saving grace is the pool.Member service spotty.

It has everything that you need to get on and continue with your fitness journey. Just wish they maintained the equipment better and had some more equipment.

Not 24 hours and this place needs a makeover badly. I believe they havent cleaned the place since it was a ballys. The womens shower area stinks like rotting fish and the pool area and jacuzzi could use a power wash! The equipment is worn and I had to steal a pin from another machine to even use certain ones.

Its a decent place with a pool, zumba area, massage room, day care, lockers for men and woman like most the the big brand gyms. Parking its big enough

Today I dropped my wallet at the door of the gym and someone very honest found it and returned it with money and everything that was inside the wallet! Thanks to Miss Tracy and Josh Stern for having saved and returned me the same way it was found! You have already conquered me with these actions!

By far the worst 24hr fitness Ive experienced. Not having towel service I could overlook even though they have a pool, but its the filthy high school locker room and equipment from last decade that makes this place an embarrassment to the franchise.

My trainer is great and the gum takes good care of its clients.

PLEASE !!!! PLEASE !!! be careful of this Gym, when you sign up and you needed to stop member ship, they will go into your account without your authorization and take out hidden fees . And when confronted they comes up with all kind of excuses to steal your money, they are SCAMMERS !!! BE CAREFUL. The manager is very nice but those guys that signs people up are thief .

You would think with this gym having the upper hand in regards to having a pool, sauna etc- they would keep up with the maintenance. Since 24 hr brought this gym from Baileys, all those upgrades have led to broken promises. Same old machines, bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. hopefully with the new gym opening up, it will make them realize their customers dont have to put up with this filth and unprofessionalism.

These people are thieves who never mentioned that they are going to close springfield location and that the members had to go to Clark location then I asked for the annual fee to refunded and these rats said no because I had already used the gym service for 3 months. also my wife is uncomfortable because the coed steam room is plagued by a group of elderly guys in certain hours looking the woman umproper. As well they never tell you that they will do a surcharge if you are using your credit card. This gym is scam please stay away from here and do not make the mistake of giving the money to these scammers.

This used to be Bally Fitness & they kept a lot of their old equipment. They are supposed to be building a larger gym right next door where the old motel used to be. They really need to upgrade their equipment.

Their all criminals including their corporate office. I was told they will be renovating that never happened and dont trust nothing they say because membership was only suppose to be $24.99 and $54.00 to cancel. At least thats how the manager and his employee explained it and they sent me the email 3 months later and billed my card $26.00 for membership and $54.00 annual and $200 to cancel. I was pissed. Dont join this gym their crooks I almost forgot to say they also say they will send the email and they change your email info and sends somewhere else and when I called corporate then she corrected my info and then sent me the copy of my contract

This gym has everything for your workout routine. They offer different types of classes to fit eveyone needs.

Spent 6 years at this location. Enough is enough this gym needs to be bulldozed. Its disgusting the pool, steam room and saunas are gross the showers are gross! It looks like a place for jail inmates to workout its awful! What was once a great place is now a dump! I sugguest wearing a mask if your going to workout over there because it stinks! Theres mold everywhere! Warning:dont waste your time or money.

When will pothole at the entrance be filled. If I get a damaged rim or tire on my car their going to pay for it. I am not the only one thats complained about. Been like that for all almost a month. The only thing this club wants to do is collect and not take care of the establishment or its customer base. Poor management, theyll lose customers.

24 hr fitness is not 24 hours. Still nice facility and offers classes but not the most convenient schedule, most classes are in the morning.

Please update treadmills and other equipment thia is ridiculous. The treadmills incline max at 20. I was at planet fitness before and even they treadmill goes up to 20. 24 hour fitness at wayne goes up to 30. Unfortunately this gym in union is 2 min from my job. But this place is ridiculous. I feel like im wasting my time everytime i come here. Meanwhile i pay near $50 a month.

Ok well I have been a member here for years and when it was sold I was very happy and was told that this gym was going to be very upscale and brand new image, well it is anything but, first of all they have the Sam outdated personal al trainers that suck and look like they need their own personal trainer like joe Dante lol! Also nothing much else has really changed here to get me exited yo come and tell my friends ! Itstill has the same bad reputation as it always did ! Wake up fitness 24 and clean house ! Fire those lazy workers and get a new image !

Worst gym ive ever joined. 1) The equipment is old. 2) Weights are scattered everywhere you have to look for them. 3) Bathrooms are gross. 4) never resupplied the towels and sprays 5) LIARS. Im a college student who returned home and needed a place to workout for the summer. I specifically told them i was only going to be here for the summer! I dont need a year membership. I call to cancel and it says i owe $120!!! Outrages! I cant pay that for something im not going to use. WARNING YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Very dirty they close the Spa many times during the day supposedly for cleaning but but that’s hardly true. The weight room looks like jail inmates from the movies. Most staff are nasty and do the least possible. Avoid this place if you can

They added someone to my account without me knowing so my rate went up to $43 a month when confronted 3 managers about my situation i was told they could do nothing but cancel my account and that even do my account would be canceled i still had to pay for the other person because he was not present at the time, i dont know the other person, and they have no idea how this person was added to my account, its ridiculous how they deal with these billing situations . They did nothing for me but tick me off, now i have to go there to speak to a 4 manager and hope for the best 02-20-16 to 02-29-16 and no answer
