Dale installed my apu about 5 years ago and weve had a few issues with it but theyve always taken care of me at a very reasonable price. Since we live on the east coast, its not always easy to bring it to him for repairs, but whenever we are in the area we always stop by for service. We had a custom installation that put the unit on our rear deck plate and he built a custom frame for it and had it ready when I arrived and did the complete installation in one afternoon. The employees are the nicest people, and answer all of your questions so that you can understand. Dale has walked us through some issues over the phone after hours. The great thing is they provide a great service with a reasonable price and I never have to worry about being ripped off.

My go-to place, they always done me right and at a good price

Had a Volvo Truck with a D13 Engine go in to replace Air Compressor. According to my driver, they put a new guy on the job and he broke the air compressor gear (Misaligned the gear most likely). This delayed our load and cost us 2 extra days (Paying for Driver hotel, rescheduling load, and layover pay). On top of that, they damaged oil pressure sensor, charged us for a new one that still didnt fix problem, and when I examined it at our shop, someone cut the wiring harness connector to the oil pressure sensor. My driver told me that before he arrived at the shop the oil pressure sensor was working and displaying oil pressure correctly.When I explained this to the shop manager, he told me he would not do anything more for us because he already Helped us a lot by buying a new gear for the air compressor(That his mechanic broke) and would not do anything else for us.All in all, We will not be returning to this shop again for future business.

They always do good work on my big truck. And also on my Chevrolet Silverado. They even sent me a Christmas card and everybody signed it! Ive been doing business with them now for 11 years and they always stand by the work they do.

I would not recommend them to rebuild a motor. I sent a diesel tow truck to them in January 2018 and we are almost in May 2018 and it is still not done. I cant run my business without this truck affectively. They just keep giving me the runaround on when it will be done. I went to their shop today to talk to them in person and I was treated with little respect. They also made it sound like I had a unicorn for a diesel motor. Im surely not the only person who has ever had this type of motor there for a rebuild. They need to get their act together and treat their customers with respect. And a repair in a timely fashion would be nice as well. Not happy with this business at all.

Update 6/18/16 my generator went out on APU.Dale came in on his day off to get me going. Thanks again for superior service.Dale and the crew at Taylor made APU stand behind their work. They are professional, informant and pleasant to do business with.

I have my apu installed since November of 2015 and I am very satisfied with the service. I only gone back to him twice for pm services. Overall cost for the two visit was $200.00My apu is still going today.
