Went in with broken glass and an issue to connect to carrier network..the latter being the primary focus. was told they would try to fix/solve the issue..but no guarantees...understood that.. agreed to terms. Went to pick up phone and glass was fixed...of course.. but no one knows anything about the main issue I went in for.. counter person was very rude and dismissive.. so basically it seems they only cared to get me in to replace the glass.. couldve just filed a claim and saved myself some time, fuel, and 120 bucks.. cant knock their glass repair.. but as a person whose worked multiple decades in service.. their respect/effort to do other services, seems to fade once your device is in their hands..

Dont bother making an appointment. I made an appointment and drove an hour just to find out that appointments Dont put you in line and they didnt even have the part. They could have at least called. Dont waste your time. Take your phone to Best Buy or any other place!

Outstanding local cell phone repair shop. I highly recommend for iPhone screen repairs. They are Samsung and Google authorized. Also, the have OEM Apple parts for your iPhone. This is my go to for cell phone repairs in Springfield.

This was a sharp looking place to stop in for a simple repair. The store was quick to get to my phone and the repair was completed same day. Staff that I spoke with was kind and straight to the point. The easy of the transaction was top notch. Highly recommended!

My daughter accidentally snapped off part of the charging cable into her iPad. Other repair shops refused to fix it, said it would take weeks or charge $300 to $400. This store was able to fix within 20 minutes at a great value.

Took my Pixel 3XL that unexpectedly bricked for no reason in here a couple months ago. They were able to get it looked at relatively quickly and gave me some ideas about what it could be.Ended up not being worth it to fix. Parts and all would cost more or comparable to a new phone. They were really honest about what was the best option and didnt even get charged for them looking at it when the only thing left was the real expensive fixes.Definitely recommend and will do business with them again in the future with any phone issues.

Called to ask about a phone. Very rude man answered phone to answer some questions of mine. Where he responded with basically im working on one right now and they are unfixable explaining a problem that I didnt even had. Which already lost my interest in having them help me, having the man talk over me on the phone about a screen when my problem was a charging issue. Secondly i told them about my problem and was greeted with a sigh and more attitude followed by an answer that helped me none. Which made me hang up. Over all not happy with just one single phone call. Have better customer service. When people are stressed out they dont want to call someone to help them and be treated like they shouldnt have even called. Dont answer the phone next time if your going to be grumpy.

Took my Xbox in because it was overheating within minutes of turning it on. They cleaned it and now it doesn’t overheat. And they did it very fast and efficient.

I took my daughters phone for a broken screen. The staff exudes professionalism and competence. The office appears clean, crisp, & efficient. The 2-4 hour projection of the time required to fix the phone was acceptable & expected but it was done in 1.5 hours. They took plenty of time to explain options. I was greatly impressed and pleased.

Guys were very professional and had my new glass installed on my Samsung S8+ in about 4 hours.The real value is I contemplated pulling the trigger on a new phone (about a $1000) but for about 25% of that I have my phone back, new glass, tune up, and heres the kicker, new battery! Very pleased indeed!

My iPhone screen was broken and the phone needed a new battery after a few years of use. I brought my phone in and it was fixed the next morning. The screen looks great and I can keep using my phone again! The new battery also works well; sometimes my phone can be a little slow adjusting to it, but it does work well, and it can hold a much better charge now. Didnt have to worry about losing anything on my phone either. Highly recommend for iPhone repairs!

Wow! I broke the rear camera screen on my Note 20 Ultra. Who knew you had to replace the whole back?... Wasnt worth the insurance claim so called these guys fixed it with OEM parts in a matter of minutes! Good as new! A+

Cleaned my charging port super fast and saved me money!

Went to have something fixed for my son and paid for the repair ahead of time as I was going to be out of town. They called me a few days later and had been unable to repair it so they offered to refund my money. He ended up charging me an additional $43 and some change bringing total out of pocket to $87. He then spoke about some insurance for $25 a month which sounded like a good idea as I have several other products in my home so I signed up for that. I hadnt received any kind of information (even a welcome aboard email) from the insurance company in several days so I called to cancel that. $105 stuck in limbo while they (this company and the third party insurance) figure out life. Can take upwards of two weeks to process but they get their money almost immediately. The guy I spoke to had good customer service so I cant complain about that, but honestly theyre not worth the headache. Id rather just buy something new than deal with the headache. They may be fantastic repair people but business savvy they are not. Well, now that I think about it maybe they are. Im out a hundred and no repair was done.

I was impressed at how quickly my phone was diagnosed and repaired. The staff was very friendly and professional!

They saved me $80 by cleaning out the charge port on my iPhone when they could have easily charged me to replace it. Honest company and I will be back for any future iPhone repairs. I asked about prices on other repair work and they seem very comparable plus now I trust them to do honest work.

I worked with them through my cell phone provider, Verizon. They were super helpful and made sure I had a wonderful experience. My phone is totally fixed and the technician was very polite and professional. I went to the store and got a liquid phone cover installed. Im more than happy with every staff member I interacted with and my experience. I will recommend them and use them for my familys devices.

I came in with an iPhone 8 that was completely destroyed. The staff member that I talked to (Caleb) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Caleb said the repair would take about an hour, but he was able to finish the repair sooner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great service and quick results.

I work at CoxHealth Medical Center South; we had a patient whose laptop was damaged by a liquid spill. We brought this laptop to uBreakiFix, where they placed it in a dehydrator for a few hours. They ran diagnostics on it and determined that the laptop is in full working order. Jeff, the assistant manager, was absolutely prompt and professional. We were able to get the laptop back the same day and return it to the patient.

Not happy with these people. Good luck if you have to deal with them.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair. They accidentally broke my back glass in the process and replaced it without hesitation. This is a shining example of a great business model. I would recommend them to any and all peoples needing a phone repair.

I absolutely love this place not only did they fix my screen for cheaper than any place that I can find between Missouri and Arkansas but they also replaced the battery and the speaker for cheaper than the other places would just replace the screen plus the Samsung certified and do waterproof testing

Came in on 11/19/2020 a few hours before closing, with the idea that I had everything prepared. Unfortunately the third party Asurion had a few malfunctions and system errors with my claim. Jeff assisted me and took care of everything in a timely fashion with an excellent attitude and great understanding. He was so quick to fix my phone and has great character, he deserves a raise as he clearly runs the facility.

Service was rude, took longer than I was told and was charged more than I was quoted online. Still, same day service is nice.

I chose uBreakiFix because they came highly recommended and they are the only licensed Samsung repair in town. They were professional in explaining both my back glass and screen had to be replaced due to their Samsung contract. I was given an estimate of 3.5 hours for my repair and it was completed faster! They are following the citys masking and social distancing precautions. I received a text when my device was ready for pickup. I greatly appreciate the fast and efficient service. I will take my devices to them again!

I broke my phone for the first time ever in my life.(cracked the entire front screen) I have a iPhone 11Pro Max, so I needed a screen repair, I was promised and assured they use authentic Apple products and that’s why the prices were so expensive (I paid $534 and some change with tax) and when I got my phone back I got a message from Apple saying “important display message- unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display.) I did notice my screen is dark and the touch isn’t sensitive at all I can click things on my screen and have to have my screen at a certain angle in order to actually touch. I called uBreakiFix with my concerns and reading the display message. The guy I talked to told me to please trust them and believe him that they use authentic apple products, when they fixed the phone they weren’t able to calibrate the phone, when they had the password to my phone etc and never answered about the display when I brought it up multiple times. They told me the message will go away in 30 days but it’s there because they couldn’t calibrate it. LIESSSS I myself am a Apple fan I know about Apple. & I knew this wasn’t a real Apple screen. I wasted my money & actually just got off the phone with Apple confirming that this wasn’t a actual Apple screen it’s a offbrand. I really wasted my money & actually Apple quoted me $300 something to get this fixed so I mean I definitely learned my lesson on not breaking my phone and if anything ever happens GO TO APPLE! Do not go anywhere else because of lower prices or anything they say. You really are better off going to Apple.

I have always had good, quick repairs here. Laptop, desktop, phones over the past few years, all great. Most recently they updated our XBox One/X. At home we are on satellite internet, and game updates take way to long! They took care of it.

Excellent service. I brought my Playstation in because it had been shutting off. I didnt expect the repair to get done for a while but they were able to get it done that day and it was only 40 bucks! These guys are awesome!

My son spent $40 to look at his Xbox they said it take 3 to 5 days. They call one day later said nothing they could do. The issue they did not even look at. How do I know because he had a game stuck inside. If they had actually opened it and checked it out they would have seen the game and removed it. So it looks like the charge you and call you 24 hour later. We will never use this service again.

My Galaxy S20FEG5 Got an appointment, Drove 2 hours to get there, Had to wait for them to open the door and They had told me they could fix my phone over a call but when I got there they said that their computer were down and had been down for 2 months and that they couldnt do anything for me. Very Poor service and very unfriendly, would never take anything to them again so I would give them An F- - - -! dont waste your money...

I was completely impressed with uBreakiFix this evening after working with Jeff and David. I arrived around 5PM and Jeff shared that it was too late to check in my device because they could not guarantee it could be fixed in that short amount of time. I told them that I had over an hour drive and Jeff offered to try to fix my phone before close, but did tell me there was a chance he couldnt complete it. We left to have supper and an hour later received a call that my phone was fixed. When picking up I asked Jeff if they had a screen protector that might be a better solution than the one I had and he set me up with a great liquid glass screen protection that included a $300 screen replacement were it to break. The two employees were great to work with and did an excellent job fixing my screen. I will definitely return when I have problems in the future!

My phone unexpectedly died and would not power up even though the battery way mostly charged. I took it to a couple of Verizon stores and no one was able to give much help. The last store recommended UBREAKIFIX and so I brought my phone here. They quickly diagnosed the problem to a problem with the battery. They had a new OEM battery in stock. They replaced the battery and did an extensive test that is required by Samsung. It all checked out and I was on my way within an hour after walking in their door. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I went in there with no hope for my phone. They took it back and with in and hour called me and said it was fixed. I went in to get my phone and I was so happy, I haven’t seen my phone not broken in a while. Thank you guys so much for fixing my phone.

They fixed my phone. However they charged $60 more than the website had indicated. The guy at the desk said all uBreakiFix locations do this, but I just had another repair done at the Kansas City uBreakiFix and that place charged the right price that was listed on the website. Is the Springfield guy just putting $60 in his pocket?

I had no access to any apps on my phone, I could only call and text and use Facebook. Samsung over the phone support could not help me but when I brought it into Matt at ubreakifix in Springfield he took his time and made sure my device was up and running properly and would continue to do so.
