Midwest Cremation was amazing from the beginning. I called them in June 2021. My 18 year old son had just been put on Hospice. I spoke with Ron. He was so kind and understanding. He even had Missy come to my house to help notarize some paperwork.When my son passed on July 9th, the two people that came to get him were so kind and understanding.Missy was amazing! She even came out to my house to give me my sons urn since I had family in town.I truly appreciate all that Midwest Cremation did for my family and I. Thank you for making things so much easier during a very difficult time! I would highly recommend this company. Prices are very good also.

Missy and the team were amazing. My dad lived and hr our of Springfield, but they still were willing to handle everything. They handled everything plus more! Midwest Cremation prices are the cheapest we found, and we called 8 other Funeral homes. Once my dad went into hospice he declined rapidly, and he didn’t have any life insurance or anything set up to bury him. We were able to pay for everything out of pocket because of how affordable they were. I’m thankful for Missy and the Midwest Cremation Crew for all you did for me and my family this past week!

Missy and the staff here handled everything from the moment they were contacted. They were professional but not overbearing. Took care of my every need, even things I didn’t know that had to be done, quickly and expertly. I never had a doubt that I choose the right place

Things were going smoothly until I went to pick up my mothers ashes. Then the creepy old guy at the funeral home coughed on me! We were both wearing masks, but I could feel the force of his cough from across the table! I bathed in hand sanitizer, and went home and took a shower. YOU DONT GET TO COUGH ON PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE WEARING A MASK!

My sister and I were clueless on so much regarding my fathers death. Missy and her father held our hands through the most difficult time of our lives. My father was scattered on a lake with military honors with the help of Missy. Thank you to both of you and God bless you both!

They pulled up in a crappy minivan and it went downhill from there. The old man called me a @#$@ #:$head as he stormed out the door leaving my deceased mother stranded.
