This company use to be called Premium Computers, ran by Marc Moyer. It seems his companys reputation for poor customer service made him change the name of his company but it looks as though he didnt bother to change his terrible service. Steer clear of this company if you want decent internet; their speed is slow, their customer service is slow, and they only want to put in the minimal effort.

My internet has been out for five days now. I’ve called multiple times with no call back or communication from Cyberguard. My apartment manager had to update me as to what’s going on... If Cyberguard would communicate the issue and give an estimated time for repair, it would be fine. However, to ignore those that are paying them is obviously no way to run a business. If you don’t want internet service or any customer service whatsoever, check them out. Otherwise, there are better options out there.

If you dont want internet service there are your top choice. If you want reliable stable internet and support that calls back with 48 hours keep looking.

I have had nothing but problems with my internet since Cyberguard took over the handling of internet operations at my apartment complex (a year ago or more). When I report incidents I am told someone will contact me. Of the probably more than a dozen times Ive had to use my time to call, only about three times has anyone made an attempt to do so. Over the last couple months my internet service has gone from pathetically slow to not working at all. Ive called many times... now I am beyond angry.

I live out of town but we do SGF for the holidays. So this year when it was time to update my hubbies laptop for Christmas, CyberGuard came highly recommended. Well Im so pleased with all their help, from picking just the right one for all his gaming needs, too setting it up so Christmas day it was charged and ready to play, as soon as he turned it on, CyberGuard went above and beyond to make Christmas this year. PS He Loves It!!!

After 5 days of trying to get a return call their solution to the poor internet service was to get a different ISP because they dont the technology to run the entire apartment complex.

The Internet service is slow and it goes out commonly on the weekend where theyre closed and can never pick up. On top of that, when I call, they act like Im being inconvinient for wanting my Internet to always work. its your job not mine. Seriously pathetic.
