Jonathan fitted my wedding dress last year. Quality and friendly comfortable service. Decent prices. Recommended a cleaner to preserve my dress as well. We have been back multiple times since for repairs such as zippers and such. Consistently reliable and friendly communications and work. Thanks for all you have done for our wardrobe needs! Also very careful for covid procedures at this time. Might want to call first until covid is over. They prefer appointments but were happy to see me when I was unaware and just showed up and rang the bell. Well continue to come back!

Hes super friendly. I went in with my red prom dress to get the straps tighter and the bottom 3 inches shorter. He even came up with the idea of only doing that side to side for a bit of flare. He has really good taste and obviously takes his time 💕. This was a great first time going to do any type of custom tailor.

Awful, awful, awful. Ive never seen a business procrastinate SO LONG, rush around last minute to get it done and then have the nerve to blame the customer. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. I took my wedding dress here back in March when I first got it. He said it would be done on April 30th. When I went it to try it on again, they could not find my dress for 10 minutes as it was shoved to the back of a rack, with the wrong label, and not even touched. Keep in mind that he had the dress for about 5 weeks at this point. When they finally found it and I tried it on, he apologized and asked if I would just come back the next day to see the progress. I came back the next day, and once again, it wasnt touched. I had to come back at least 6 different times to see very minimal progress. 3 different occasions I was told to come in and it hadnt been touched. He kept saying I was just getting bigger which is why the dress wasnt fitting when that wasnt the issue at all. All I needed done was the hem to be shortened and the zipper to be redone. I finally went to pick up my wedding dress 3 days before my wedding and it still wasnt done! I sat in the shop for 2 hours until he finished it right then. The quality wasnt even good. When I tried it on after he finished it I noticed 2 snags on the lace that werent there before and the strap was messed up. Just while sitting in the shop for the 2 hours while he worked on my dress. I overheard them saying they had 3 other wedding dresses that were needing to be done by this weekend that they hadnt even touched either. I am very disappointed and will never return or suggest to anyone.

Amazing people here that do their job well and fast. Customer service is top notch. I was treated very well and all for a very affordable price. 100% would recommend.

Jonathan was amazing! He just completed the alterations on my wedding dress and I am so happy with the result! My dress is a difficult fabric to work with and we had to do several little tweaks to get it just right, but he never complained and did everything he could to make it fit exactly how I wanted it to! He worked quickly, did my alterations for a GREAT price, did amazing quality work, and was just fun to work with!

I have been since Jonathan a few times. Not as often as I should. And I have always been very pleased with his work. I now have a closet sizes from 8 to 16. So I will be taking piece-by-piece to Jonathan to see what can be saved and what cannot. And I depend on his expertise.

Fantastic Job!! Honestly, the place does not look great on the outside but DO NOT let that fool you! Jonathan was very professional and got my bridesmaid dress altered perfectly. And it was cost-effective! If I ever need anything altered again, I will definitely be coming back.

Jonathan did a great job altering my wedding dress, he was very professional and easy to work with, and took the time to make sure it fit perfectly! The prices were very reasonable, and he even steamed my dress for me for free a couple days before the wedding. Unfortunately the bustle broke quickly and I had to dance around my train most of the night, not sure why that happened.

What I needed done from Jonathan’s:-a bustle-bra cups switched out-illusion neckline addedI brought Jonathan my wedding dress in February. I provided the bra cups, buttons, and the tule for the illusion top. All he got done was the bustle by mid April. I went in for a third fitting we scheduled about 3 weeks prior. He wasn’t there, only his assistant and nothing had been done to the dress in the 3 weeks. She called him to ask why and he asked to speak to me. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone. He asked why would I come in right when stores hours begin and on a holiday?! I kindly reminded him that when we set up this appointment, I let him know it was Good Friday and he said that was fine, that he would just leave early that day (which is why I made sure I was there early). He said I should have called and confirmed my appointment, which I find peculiar. He continued to yell at me and his assistant through the phone so I took my dress and left. I now have about 7 weeks to have it finished. Luckily, someone else is going to have it done by May 8th. Overall, very unprofessional.

I have an old leather bikers jacket that needed both sleeves with zippers repaired. I had originally taken it to another shop just down the road on Sunshine. It was supposed to be ready in 30 days. I patiently waited for 50 days before I took it out of there and tried Jonathans for the first time.Jonathans shop did a great job and had it ready when they said it would be and the cost was very reasonable. I will highly recommend them to my friends.

The alterations were pretty well, the experience and the timing could be better. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my dress. Jonathan moved locations so I understand for some of the delay but his last minute work to add buttons so my train could be busseled was horrible they came out the second we tried to put my wedding dresses train up. I had to hold my train for my entire reception and it was very frustrating.

Jonathan is perfection! He understands construction and tailoring - but can also handle the simple alterations as well. Quick, great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend him!

Took coat up to have a zipper replaced.

Did not have my dress done on 3 scheduled visits in a row. He did not call or inform me in any way that it was not going to be done by these scheduled pick up days. Brought it in a month early and it took him until days before my wedding to actually complete the some of the requested alterations. I had to go to the store to get my own materials to bring back to the store because he had negelected to buy the ones he need. The alterations he was able to complete were done hastily and without care. My dress was left laying around open in the shop for weeks. Overall experience was terrible.

Stopped by and had to wait about 10 minutes while the woman was on the phone, then tried to get my favorite pair of jeans repaired but they would not do it for any amount of money because the work is too hard, her words not mine, I guess they dont like to repair jeans at this place.

Wonderful place and great people, affordable too. Definitely made my daughter feel like the prom queen she is.
