When I came home, my house and garage were a complete mess. The only thing KJS Complete Cleaning claimed they were supposed to do was remove the granite counters, remove island and cabinets and remove water damaged drywall. They never covered my furniture and just absolutely left my house a wreck. From the garage all the way into the house there was drywall dust. They peed all over my toilet. Powder room was disgusting. Looks like a crack inside the sink in the powder room (IMG-1234). They clearly tracked all the dust with their feet as you can see on my driveway footprints. They had gotten sticky stuff on my doorknob, which is brand new (IMG-1230). And just dirt all over the doors. They used my decorative white towels in the powder room (IMG-1233). They moved things in my garage and dropped all my utensils and just left them. I spent hours cleaning up and it is still a mess.

I highly recommend Steve at KJS if anyone experiences water/mold/fire damage. He came out 30 minutes after we called to assess the damage. He is very friendly, and everything was speedily fixed at a reasonable price. He also took appropriate covid-19 precautions including distance and mask wearing.
