We’re delighted with Rob’s Carpet Cleaning! Their method cleans all the way down to the base of your carpets/rugs and is much more thorough than Chem Dry. The customer service is fantastic! Cindy, the receptionist, was professional and friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us a confirmation call before the visit. We had two bedrooms, stairs and a hallway, and three area rugs. Prices were exactly as stated on the website and the service tech (Titus, I think?) was on time, courteous and very efficient. We would definitely use Rob’s again and will recommend them to others!

Rob from Robs Carpet Cleaning recently cleaned our home carpets. He arrived promptly on time, wearing a mask and after a walk through, went to work. Our carpets hadnt been cleaned in a few years and they came out great. I used a couple of other companies before and the carpets never looked as good as they did after Rob finished. Robs got my back! Odor and staining was present and persistent from previous tenants dogs after the initial cleaning, without pet treatment being requested. I was told Rob the owner was going to be the one to do it by Cindy. That did not occur. The person that arrived was not Rob, but a college student instead. He arrived on time, was personable, but did not wear a mask. Everyone else in the city has to wear a mask to do their job....but apparently not for this business. I asked about putting plastic under metal furniture legs to prevent rust...left without doing it...leaving me to struggle with the extremely heavy railroad trestle table to put plastic under it after he left. I definitely got the feeling he was tired & could not wait to leave by the time he started the downstairs...the most important rooms ...dining room & parlor still wet 48 hrs later despite fans & AC at 69 degrees.....makes me wonder if he was too much in a hurry to go slowly enough to get the necessary water extraction. But the worst thing is he did not get the stains out of the family room...said sorry they are permanent! Well..sadly I got my Hoover spot bot out & worked on the stain myself & got them all out with some elbow grease & persistence..I wanted an experienced person that cared about their work in my home & I did not get that. My cost $320.00 for 2 hours of his time. I had moved all the furniture, etc ahead of time by myself. So that 100% attention could be on the carpets. I hope this review was helpful. I know I did not have a CarpetPro like I had in Scottsdale, AZ. I guess Mike had just raised my expectations too high.

Titus was here today and was just great. When he got here I was struggling with a clogged vacuum cleaner, and he fixed it for me! He was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He worked hard to make the rugs look new. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Have had these guys come once or twice a year for 3 years and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I have a dog who tends to track in dirt, mud, and leaves throughout the year and its so hard to keep up with her messes, but whenever it gets to be too much, I know I can count on Robs to shampoo and do a pet treatment. They once cleaned my couch, as well, completely removing a stain from spilled coffee. Highly recommend.

Rob was provided fantastic service and his prices were excellent!He arrived on time, walked the job with me, asking about stains & noting that due to the nature of some particular stains he might not be able to remove them but would do his best.In fact, he was only able to reduce the visibility of those particular stains, which had bled from stained wood into the carpet. He still reduced the visibility A LOT!Every other stain in my very stained, old carpets, which looked awful & hadnt been cleaned in years due to furniture congestion, came OUT!Plus, the stairs which a previous carpet cleaner had told me were hard to clean and hadnt looked very clean after he cleaned them, looked like brand-new carpet after Rob had a go at them. (Of COURSE stairs are hard to clean! Duh!) I am thrilled.Over the last 11 years, Ive hired several carpet cleaners. I can not speak highly enough of Robs Carpet Cleaning! Rob was here on time, was in and out within an hour, moved furniture, and even got candle wax out of my carpet!! The carpet was left a little damp, NOT soaking wet & it smells clean & fresh!! When he left I went to the bedrooms to turn on the ceiling fans and he already had. In my book that is going above and beyond and it really set him apart from other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the pastI would definitely use Robs again & recommend that you give him a try!!!

There was some initial confusion about pricing but they were very friendly and patient in explaining the breakdown and giving me options to choose from to ensure I got a good value for the money. The person who did the cleaning treated my house and my dogs very respectfully. I so hated having to call a carpet cleaner because they never turned out nice and the stains would come right back. I went so far as to buy my own machine and did it on my own for years.
