The guys at Pride Auto Detailing didan excellent job on my truck. It has a cloth interior and over the course of 4 years it was extremely filthy to the point that I didnt think anybody can get the stains all the way out. Just picked it up and the interior looks brand new and the truck is absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond and restored some of my exterior trim pieces that had gotten sun-faded. I would highly recommend pride auto detailing to anyone.

They first quoted me a price of about $200 to detail the inside and outside of my car. After picking up the car, they called and said they could only do the inside for $200 because it was dirty inside. All it had was the regular every day type of dirty on the floor boards. The detail they did do was mostly decent. They missed a few spots and only did a quick vacuum of the back of the vehicle. Over all, it cull have been worse, could have been better. Not worth $200, but at that point I didnt really have a choice. At least they were very friendly.

This is the second time I have used their services, and Im telling you they do an awesome job! Its like you have a new car all over again! I highly recommend them! Plus, theyre very professional and the staff is always polite and courteous. Great customer service, which is rare these days!

Had a company delivery vehicle detailed at Pride and let me tell you this was one nasty vehicle. The car was done on time with communication during the whole process. Let me tell you this vehicle was looking very good when they were done doing there magic. Smells gone and all the awful stains came out. I would highly recommend pride detailing for your needs. I will be defiantly using them again.

I just want to preface this by saying that the detail itself was awesome. They cleaned my engine bay, the exterior, and the interior. My car looks great and smells amazing. Had they been professional Id definitely rate them higher. HOWEVER, when my windshield was cleaned off I noticed a chip. I brought it up and the attendant called Desmond and said hed call me in the morning after he reviewed the tapes. No big deal, I went home. The next day, no call in the morning. I called in the afternoon and I get hung up on. I called again and they let me go to voicemail. It took my FATHER calling up there to have Desmond do what he said he would do the day prior. His excuse was that he cant drop everything and review tapes, yet he did so at my fathers request, not mine. It is completely unprofessional to disregard your true customer, but to then jump into action when a random man calls. Desmond did not know if that man was really my father or not, but he listened to him and not me. And he defended his actions, saying I should be grateful I have family willing to stick up for me. Sir, no. Thats not the point. The point is that you should respect your CUSTOMERS enough to call THEM back when you say you will, not wait until other people have to get involved. The tape showed the chip was there before and I am fine with being wrong about things like that, but the way this was handled did not sit right with me.

Great guys all around. Did a perfect job on the exterior can spot out one scratch anymore. And the inside looks brand new. And I work concrete if that says anything

Gavin was very helpful explaining the process and what we should expect from thier service. The end result met and even exceeded expectations. The guys here are so helpful and great to work with you on any concerns. My headlight restoration looked great when they were done, but about a year later they were getting cloudy again. I called and they asked me to come in, even though my warranty was technically up. They offered to re-do it for a lower price, which I was thrilled with. In the end they also gave me a superior product with a longer warranty for that lower price. Very happy!

These folks are amazing. I’ve never had my ‘05 Pilot really cleaned. With two big dogs, why? Well, when one of the dogs wound up on the wrong end of a skunk...things changed. Quickly. You can’t imagine how horrible the Pilot smelled - a whole new meaning to gag order. Alex said they’d try. After two days with these guys, it’s like new. No skunk smell. And, I didn’t even know the seats were light blue...they’ve been dull grey for so long. Cheers to the folks at Pride.

Fantastic detail job on my Yukon XL! Looks brand new and better than the day we drove it off the lot. We had some tough stains in the upholstery they were able to remove as well as in the carpet. Desmond, Matt and Gavin did an excellent job. Will be using them again.

Took them in a dirty old dusty 2003 F250 farm truck for an interior detailing. It also needed some work done on the Chrome wheels. Talked with Gavin and came up with a price I thought was fair. Dropped off the truck the night before so they had the next day to get it done. Gavin told me when it would be done and it was. I know you can’t take a 03 farm truck and make it look like new again on the inside but they weren’t far off. I even went home and did a really good go though and I am very very satisfied. The Chrome wheels also turned out great. And thy took their work one step further and cleaned the wheel wells which really made the tires and rims stand out. So thanks Gavin and Matt for the work you did on my truck. First time I have ever had a vehicle detailed and I must say I am very well pleased.

I am so pleased with the job that was done on my Highlander that its hard to say enough. The interior of my vehicle had lots of golden retriever hair from a recent trip. The guys at Pride removed every single hair. It shines inside in every way. The highlander also had a significant scrap on the side. I had an estimate for repairs from the dealer of $1,700. Justin took a look at it and said he could fix it. He did and for under $100. He even ordered the exact paint. It looks original. I will always take my vehicles to Pride. Pride did a great job on my truck when they detailed the inside. The steam cleaning made the truck look and smell like new. They are not the cheapest in town but sometimes you get what you pay for and they do a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Attention to detail should be their business name! Excellent service and pride in their work. Weve had 4 vehicles detailed here over the last coupleofyears. One was purchased from a windows up smoker that wreaked so bad of cigarette smoke that it made me nauseous. They did a deep cleaning of all surfaces, headliner, seat belts, and even changed the cabin air filter. No more smoke smell! Our GMC Yukon was purchased used, and the original owner had their dog and kids in the back. Food and dog hair everywhere. Pride removed the seats and did a deep clean that was phenomenal.

Did a great job on my car. I had stains in all of my seats, when I got back to my car, the seats were perfect. The owner is very friendly, and makes sure he gets everything done that he said he would. I scheduled my appointment for noon, he called ahead and let us know he had an earlier opening, letting us get done sooner. He also did some extra body work, taking extra time to do it, and did not charge more for it. I will definitely be going back for my other vehicles detailing.

They broke a piece on a BMW my wife took in there and the replacement for it was $1,200 they never paid and just blew her off. She reported it to the better business bureau but all he had to do is not respond in a negative way and tell them he would do something about it and they dropped it. He never fix the piece for my wife. when he spoke to her months later about it he told her he had been going through a hard time and gave a sob story apologized and said he would make it right. This whole process is a year-end and he now just avoids her phone calls. Good luck to anyone that wants to go here.

Fantastic job!! Desmond has detailed my car several times and every time I have been impressed with the attention to detail and the finished product! Most recently I had him specifically work on my bumper where I had a scuff/scratches. Desmond was able to get all of the white scratch marks out of the bumper and make it look like new! Very impressed and would highly recommend!

I had my car scheduled for drop off in the morning. It was scheduled for an interior detail. I was told they would give me a call in the evening when it was done. Got a call that evening, but was told nobody even started on my car. So, my car actually just sat there all day.

Took a while to start on my project, quoted price then was not wanting to stay with it. Did poor job cleaning returned car after 3 days and interior including seats were still wet. Guy works out of his house or mobile unit. From the beginning, things seemed off. Wont use them again would rather pay a little more for a real professional job.
