Dante was the absolute best. He worked so well with us and was beyond kind and professional. He always got us in and out with ease and we were always satisfied. He worked through everything to get us the best possible outcome. We’re super satisfied with the car we received and we would definitely go back to that dealership in particular to work with anyone there. Everyone is so kind and willing to work with you to get you into a car no matter what. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this Kia if you’re looking to get a car, new or used.

Kia is getting extremely popular in the USA. And this particular Springfield location is the ONLY one in Delaware County. It is well-equipped, but grossly understaffed. Sometimes getting the attention of a non-sales staff member can be difficult. And the staff seems *slightly* rude, probably due to high workload and stress.I know they can afford 1 or 2 more entry-level workers - they just need the WILL to hire more people. I dont buy this narrative from many companies about how people dont want to come back to work. People DO want to work, but they are sick and tired of non-living wages and poor/unhealthy work conditions! Corporate execs need to tone down the greed and SUPPORT THEIR EMPLOYEES.On the good side, this facility posts their prices on screens right there in the building, so that minimizes confusion and helps people make decisions. They also have a decent selection of vehicles.As usual, buying a lovely and cost-effective Kia vehicle is no problem (it has never been). Doing anything ELSE at their facility, however... I mean, you CAN get it done for sure, but just remember they are VERY understaffed and cannot bend the laws of Space-Time. So dont be in a hurry, grow a thick skin, plan ahead, and set your expectations accordingly.

At Scott Kia of Springfield, you are treated like royalty. Everyone is polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. They will answer all of your questions and go out of their way to make sure you understand the answers. Buying a new car -- dont worry. They do not pressure you and they make sure the choice is yours. However, they will point out which car has better features and accessories. THATS A GOOD THING! I bought my new car from Scott Kia and will take car for everything it needs to Scott Kia. Why you may ask -- I LOVE BEING TREATED LIKE I AM SPECIAL.

I have been a loyal customer for Kia for years with multiple cars and was very disappointed with their service today. Needed an oil change and wasnt able to book an appointment for over two weeks. My car is still under warranty and the person I spoke to was less than helpful and had absolutely nothing to say but we are short staffed. If this is how Kia handles its most loyal customers I will have to reconsider using them in the future.

I was blown away with the service I had received. Dante my rep went the extra mile for me to not only find something in my price range but after I had purchased the car he installed my daughters car seat. Then after that he got another person to come in and check and get as tight as they possibly could for my daughters safety. Very grateful to the employees at Scott Kia and how they helped me as a single mother and how they kept my daughter entertained while I was doing paperwork. I didnt once feel pressured which I was afraid of being a single young mother buying a car. Truthfully a wonderful experience! I have already recommended people and will continue recommending others!

ASK FOR HASSAN!!!!!AWESOME EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!For so long I put off car shopping because I was seriously dreading dealing with car salesman and I was honestly so scared to be scammed (which I have been in the past) or talked into a car I wasnt in love with. After looking around over the weekend, My husband and I decided to stop in at Scott Kia from seeing the 2022 K5 GT online. I came in with a chip on my shoulder and let me tell you I gave Hassan the hardest time LOL! He was a champ from the moment we got there though, he was HONEST and UPFRONT about everything whether it was good or bad news. Which I really appreciated!! There were some curveballs that had me thinking I wouldnt be leaving with my dream car. But when I tell you HASSAN DID EVERYTHING BUT PHYSICALLY JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET ME THAT CAR!!! When we came back to pick up the car we brought our 3 teenagers and Hassan was so kind and patient with them as well! Do not attempt to buy a new car here. They will add $4k for literally undercoating and rustproofing. This is what Seinfeld made fun of in the 90s, and they still do it here. They call it Scott Protection Package, and its a laugh. Head to Murray Kia for great pricing and no ridiculous add-ons.They will respond to this post saying many people find value in the package. If they did, they would ask for it instead of being saddled with it.

The dealership is very friendly. As soon as you walk in the receptionist greets you and asks how she can help. The salesman go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. My salesman Hassan was very friendly and went above and beyond staying very late to explain every detail and features of my new car. I’ve been to other dealerships and the salesmen know nothing about the car features. Overall good experience for purchase I have not been for maintenance service yet so that would be another review.

This is my second review of Scott kia this time for the service department. I should have known better after the terrible experience I had with the sales team but they are local so I figured why not try again. This was my third time using the service department since buying my 2019 kia sorrento with the first 2 not being bad because I dropped the car off instead of waiting. Today my wife went to take the car in for the normal 25k mile maintenance and oil change, something that should not take too long. When she pulled in they said the front 2 tires needed an alignment done for 100 dollars. A little steep but figured sure go for it. The appointment was for 9:40am and my wife was checked in at 9:50am. She decided to wait for the car with our 2 year old because these appointments are usually under an hour. Well over 2.5 hours later my wife was still sitting in the waiting area with a now fussy 2 year old. She checked at the 11:45 and was told the alignment would be another 30 minutes and low and behold 12:30 nothing. She did not get out of there until 12:35pm. We had a 30 dollar service special for the alignment and they offered 50 dollars off for the wait that they literally didnt even take off the receipt yet still charged 170 dollars for oil, alignment and tire rotation. If anyone knows anything about cars an alignment does not take more than an hour max and an oil change can be done in minutes. Nothing that was done warrants a 2.5+ hour wait time except for the fact they wanted to milk us for labor time that they charged 135 dollars for. I should have known better than to use a dealer but figured with a car less than 3 years old I would use them seeing as not much work would need to be done but I will sure as hell be reconsidering using them again after this stunt.

I have been taking my 2012 Kia Optima to Scott Kia since I moved into the city a few years ago. I always found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, with excellent quality of the service done on my car. So I had no hesitation about going there to consider a trade-in for a Sportage. I went twice, once to gather information, and the second time, to make the deal. Again, every person there was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and I am thrilled with my 2022 Sportage. I highly recommend Scott Kia for purchase, lease, or service.

I recently purchased a Kia NIRO EV EX Premium from Scott Kia of Springfield. I loved my Prius but recently decided to go with an all electric vehicle. First, the dealership is a beautiful and inviting facility. I had a great impression from the minute I walked in the door. Prior to that, I chatted online to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in and received a very prompt return phone call. I was able to set up an appointment the following day with Emmanuel Williams. This young man was amazing to deal with. While he didnt need to sell me the car as I went in knowing the car I wanted, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The finance part went quickly and smoothly with Kristen also being extremely efficient at her job. After that, Emmanuel spent so much time going through EVERYTHING about my new car. And there is a lot to learn about it. He even helped me set up my phone and other functions in the car. I am so happy with my new car and especially the great deal that I got on it. I would highly, highly recommend going to Scott Kia of Springfield for your next car purchase (and ask for Emmanuel). A well deserved 5 stars!

I will never do business with Scotts Kia Springfield again. Its a shame that I couldnt even get a response from a email I sent. A once happy customer turned unhappy due to lack of a company simply saying sorry.Good afternoon Steven,I just wanted to say how disappointed I am with the service that I received from Scott’s Kia Springfield Pa. I understand that due to Covid businesses are under staffed and other issue have occurred that normally would not have effected business needs. I already expressed to you the lack of communication was very frustrating. After we talk Bob did have better communication with keeping me informed with updates on my car.Here are my issues. For starters I had a scheduled appointment for 8/2 at 1:15pm but yet my car was not looked at until Thursday 8/5. Problem was not found until Friday 8/6. On Friday 8/6 I was told the parts had been ordered and I would get a call when it arrived. On 8/9 I was told that the part was on back order. On 8/11 I was told that the part was available and was schedule to arrive on 8/17. Bob called me on Tuesday 8/17 at 2:41pm to notify me the part had just come in but would not be able to repair until tomorrow. At 12:56pm I called to get the estimated time for me to pick my car and was told that the tech would try his best but there was no guarantee that he would get to my car that day. I received a call from Bob yesterday 8/19 at 9:03am that my was car was repaired and ready for pick up.If my car was looked at on 8/2 the thermoset for my car could have been available and it might not have taken 3 weeks for my car to get fixed. If my car was looked at on 8/2 and fixed before the 3 weeks Scott’s Kia had my car I wouldn’t have had to get a rental car after being told by Maggie that a loaner car would be available if my repair took 2 or more days to be fixed. Even if my car would have been fixed when the part came in on 8/17 I would not have had to pay a addition $70 for the rental car. Now it could have been the same chain of events but we will never know because once again my appointment date was not honored.Then today I did not appreciate being called 2 times about my dissatisfaction of my oil change because I had noticed that my tires were not rotated. The initial call at 12:00pm today I was told by Pam that the tech said my tires were fine and I didn’t needed them rotated. Pam called again at 12:08pm to tell me I wasn’t charged for the tire rotation. We spoke about how my receipt says I received a Multipoint Inspection and that on your web site for Scott’s Kia the pricing for that service is $69.95. So I simple stated that by not rotating my tired your tech saved me 14 cents. At 2:23pm Bob called me to inform me that because the price of oil has gone up Scott’s Kia prices have changed and an oil change is now $79.95. I have attached a picture that I took today at 6:22am this morning where it clearly says pricing is $69.95.The only reason I asked for an oil change was to see if I would have been offered my oil change for free. Having to wait 3 weeks for my car to be repaired. Having to get a rental because no loaners were available. Almost getting charged $323 on top of the $134 I paid to Hertz due to Hertz not having a Kia and giving me a Nissan. I purchased my car from this location and put my trust in your business to handle me as a valued customer but instead heard a lot of excuses. The ball was dropped and for that you have lost a customer and any referred business.

This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I had the luck to get Dan McGrath as my sales person. He was knowledgeable, patient and fun. I wound up buying a 2022 Carnival and when I picked it up, Dan wouldnt let me leave until he had gone over every button and detail that Id needed/wanted to know. This was a Friday. On Sunday, I was having a problem getting android auto to work so I texted Dan and he responded even though he wasnt working. Cant say enough good things about him. My experience at Scott Kia of Springfield was excellent. The option to handle 90% of the transaction online was amazing. It was stress free and i was able to get a great lease deal. Hassan, my concierge, was there for me every step of the way. He answered any questions i had during my vehicle search immediately and helped guide me to the vehicle i eventually leased. The month of April I took my car into Scott Kia in Springfield, PA for a recall and they stated my engine passed the recall. Some how I was still experiencing a oil leak. I took back in STEVE( STEVE MANGER ) the service manger stated He knows exactly what it is he has seen a lot of Kia come in for the same problem it is the piston ring . So STEVE ( SERVICE MANGER)he suggested that I should agree to disassemble the engine and have warranty take a look. Now STEVE (SERVICE MANGER) Nor Evonne ( SERVICE REP) Discussed with me the price it will be to place engine back if warranty will not cover the engine .Left Me in Darkness without knowing how much money I will need to spend to receive my car back. I called KIA COP we have been trying to get in touch with Scott kia and NO ONE HAS answer the phone its to the point the district of kia is involved with my case. Scott kia is very rude and unprofessional they have caused me to have life changes they interferedwith my work and school hours since they are hard to reach.

We personally wouldn’t recommend this location based on our recent experience. We spoke with a few employees prior to visiting, asked many questions, put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it, only to arrive and see extensive (in our opinion, at least) damage done to the vehicle.This may not sound like a big issue, but the dealership knew we were traveling over two hours to check out the vehicle. We noticed a few scratches, then more, then a dent with rust, a replaced tire, a broken cap to the battery, etc. We specifically asked prior to visiting if there was any damage and were reassured that there was not. When we pointed out the issues we were told “oh no, we knew about that and we are not willing to go any lower on the price” - in that moment we felt deceived and like this was not a place with integrity. If you know, tell. There’s obviously more to the story with this specific vehicle and we really don’t appreciate their lack of transparency. Omission of the truth is lying. We would much rather purchase a car knowing everything wrong with it rather than finding out once we have it back home.We normally don’t write reviews, but really hope this helps someone. We would hate for someone to be taken advantage of so blatantly. If someone has to tell you how great they, or their business, are, take note. Actions speak louder than words and if you’re that great, you won’t need to tell people. They’ll see it.

I was treated respectfully not pressured into anything. When my first choice / finance option didnt work out I was given other options, although not my first choice and not my favorite, other options were explained and I soon realized why they made sense. All in all I was very happy with my experience. Ididnt feel like I was being played or directed like some dealers do. Dan Hrehocik made me feel comfortable and he felt trustworthy by being a straight shooter with me. That was the difference. Thats why I ultimately bought from him.

I did not have a good experience at Scott’s Kia. The sales manager Dave and the salesman Chuck acted as if I was not important because I was interested in a used car not new. I purchased a used car from them in late October that I had seen on their website. The car on the website was incorrectly listed as silver and was actually white and clearly was not ready to be sold due to cosmetic damage and a missing trunk cover inside. The sales manager noticed the cosmetics upon taking me to the car And promised that the items would be repaired/replaced within a week. It took almost 6wks to have both issues corrected. Possibly longer had I not continued to follow up with them. ( Due to salesman Chuck forgetting to place the order for my needed parts.) Now that I have had the repairs completed, my check engine light has come on and my windshield wipers stopped working all within 2mo of having the car. When I called about this I was told used cars are sold “As Is”.I would have never expected to buy a car with issues like this from such a well known dealership. Needless to say I will never buy here again. Nor will I refer anyone.

I just bought a 2020 kia soul labor day weekend. Manny was my sales guy. He was great, very pleasant to work with. I couldnt get what I wanted but they were able to help me get what was in my budget. I love the my new car. If your going to get a new car Go here ask for Emmanuel (manny) he will help you get what you need. I have brought my old car for service here as well and the service department is just as great. Probably the cleanest car dealership service area I have ever seen.

Scott Kia in Springfield was awesome to deal with and made buying our new car a breeze. I can not say enough about their team. Daniel was especially great and actually was the reason we ultimately purchased from Scott Kia. We had been shopping for a while and were quite disappointed in the sales process at other dealerships. What a dramatically different experience we had with Daniel. I was reluctant when my mechanic told me to buy a Kia because of my uniformed perception of the brand. After researching online reviews of the Kia Sorento it became clear that I was dead wrong. The fit and finish of the Kia vs Honda was far nicer in the Kia. 100000 mile warranty can’t be beat. Having not owned a vehicle for quite some time, I was trepidatious about embarking on this purchase. My initial concerns were alleviated right at the start when I contacted Scott Kia by phone. The first person I spoke to was Sal who was wonderfully customer service oriented. He connected me with Dan McGrath who handled my purchase with complete transparency and courtesy throughout. Every question I asked was answered fully. I got full cooperation in scheduling my final transaction appointment including a ride! The company environment was steeped with the same customer service atmosphere that I had already experienced by phone. Everyone was gracious and professional. All of the complex paperwork involved involved in a Pennsylvania car purchasewas digital and therefore painless. Paula, the finance person was phenomenal, explaining every single document in clear plain language that made the process go very quickly. To top it all off Dan had filled the gas tank and added floor mats, the little things that are important but which one is prone to forget during a major car purchase. I left Scott Kia with a big smile on my face!!

I must say the building is very well kept and the workers seem very friendly but I took my sorento in to have my door checked out because the outside handle isnt working. Later after leaving I realized that my left turn signal is no longer working properly. Never had any issue before. Checked all my bulbs and they are fine. Im pretty sure when they went into the door something got messed up. Being that the electrical from the door also runs into the bcm system its likely something may have happened when they took door apart. Now if I need a new bcm its going to cost $817 just for the part!! Now I have a messed up door handle and a messed up turn signal. Come to find out the door problem is mostly due to a tiny broken spring and plastic. I even tried a new turn signal switch and that wasnt the issue. Im not saying they intentionally did something Im just saying I didnt have this issue until I left from their shop.Update: So I went ahead and installed the latch assembly myself which went well. What I found out was apparently when when they removed the door panel which definitely has plenty of electrical connections you have to remove in order to access the latch assembly, the connector that goes to the driver door turn signal located on the outside of the mirror wasnt reconnected properly which cause my whole left turn signal to not work properly. After reassembling my door and all the connections my left turn signal now works again!! So as I suspected, it was due to the diagnostic test that was done.

I wanted to pay cash instead of financing . But really other than that I was very pleased and will recommend anyone I know that’s looking for another vehicle. Thank you
