My daughter gifted me an interior and exterior detail. I’m super picky so when I dropped my 9 year old Honda Pilot off I was very pleased to see a fun and clean shop. I was greeted immediately and was on my way in a matter of minutes. When I picked up my vehicle all could say was WOW! They did such a great job! The exterior looked brand new again and the interior looked amazing! Will definitely use them again!

My 2018 Toyota Corolla interior was terribly flooded from a clogged air condition drain. There was standing water in the front and backseat floorboards. Toyota did their best to clean it up and dry it out, but to no avail. The water damage was just too much. Additionally, with it being in the middle of summer, the dampness and humidity brought on mold growth as well. Trevor and his team at Precision Detailing were able to restore it all back to new. They removed the seats and carpet to clean, dry out, and oxidize for the mold removal. My car is now as good as new again, and I know I absolutely went to the right place. All the workers there are very nice and very helpful. I got rain guards for my Jeep and unfortunately, they weren’t the right kind. My son has problems with migraines and headaches and driving can be an issue for him in bright sunlight or at night with bright headlights in the rear view mirror. He saved up his money and asked where he should go or if he should try it tinting at home. His truck is his baby so I knew he wouldn’t like at home treatments. I had heard great things about Precision Detailing and have seen some of Trevor Miller’s work so I said to contact them. He sent a message to the business and a very nice representative called us the next day. She was very nice and gave great quotes and lots of options depending on what he wanted done and what kind of money he wanted to spend. They found an opening for him the same week. He got a reminder text, that was very nice for a busy kid and family. He dropped it off that morning and within a couple of hours it was done. They gave him specific instructions on what not to do and how long to wait to open windows and clean and such to protect his investment. The staff was amazing: professional and friendly and the attention to details was outstanding!I would recommend anyone needing detail work done to their vehicles to trust the staff at Precision Detailing!

I have never had to give a bad review because I usually try to just not do business with places after I get horrible service. However, this one takes the cake and this owner deserves all of the bad reviews possible. I am a manager, so I know how talking to people is important and the way that you treat them is especially important when you OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS. I went to get my windows tinted. I had a gift card. I was also going to give them more business by having my car detailed. BIG MISTAKE. I went in and 2 employees greeted me. Very friendly and personable. They talked to my child and were caring and pleasant. I told them what I was getting done as I had an appointment that day. One employee said, great, let me look at your car, the price can vary. TOTALLY understandable. I have kids, I get it. The worker goes and looks at my car-says, its a kid car, weve seen way worse, itll be 175. I said great and was about to leave. Then, Trevor, who apparently owns the place, came from the back or somewhere and looks at me and says without introducing himself, keys. Wow. Not, Hi Im the owner Im gonna double check your car or even just may I have your keys just blankly says keys. Well, very very rude. Not a good start. I told him I already gave another employee the keys. He says again very rude, still not introducing himself or explaining who he is, Is it unlocked So i said yes.. He goes out, looks at my car and comes back in looking all angry and says, first of all, I need to put on a mask before I can even talk to you. Apparently trying to emphasize how dirty my car was? Super unprofessional. WOW. First of all, as a manager myself, if I thought that, I would simply say, give me a second Ill be right with you. Get my mask, INTRODUCE MYSELF and continue in a professional manner to explain the situation. Then, after I WAS ALREADY QUOTED A PRICE OF 175, he proceeded to say it would take 2 DAYS and cost me 325 to get it detailed. Apparently, Trevor thinks that you need to detail the car yourself before you take it in so he doesnt have to do any actual work. I told him that was ridiculous as I have gotten it detailed by professionals many times before. He talked down to me and tried to argue with me that I had not gotten it done somewhere else before cheaper. Arguing with the customer! Lol. He either was having a bad day, (which you should never take that out on a customer), is always that unprofessional, or thought he could talk down to a woman and get one over on me. Im sorry Trevor, my little woman pea brain is actually a doctor and I am not that stupid. And 2 days? What a joke. My husband, who is not a professional, ended up detailing it (probably way better than he ever could)and it took him, a 1 man job, 3 hours total. So not sure what kind of people they have working that it would take 2 days. If he just didnt want to do the job he should have just been honest. He talked down to me and was very attacking and tried to argue with me the entire time. The whole issue was the way I was treated. One of his employees even felt the need to apologize on his behalf for him. I feel sorry for his employees. They were all so so nice and seemed scared of him. I can only imagine what they deal with. Oh, also, I had to ask an employee who he was, because through all this he still never once introduced himself or explained who he was. I thought he was surely just a terrible employee that needed some training in customer service. TrevEr, I will NEVER patronize your business again. You need a lesson in customer service. If you let your employees deal with everyone, you will be just fine. Kudos to them. I looked at his other poor reviews and he always attacks the customer instead of trying to be professional and take responsibility so Im not surprised. Also, he said he took pictures of my car. If he didnt think he did something wrong why would he need pictures? Well, I took pictures too and I dont care if you post pictures TrevEr. Just continue to prove how unprofessional you are.

We had a spray in bed liner installed on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. They did an excellent job. High quality. Looks great. Good price. Everybody was friendly and professional. Highly recommended for this service.

I had a spray bed liner put on by another company in town that was thin and poorly sprayed on, and then was compounded by me spilling a caustic chemical in the truck bed. After hosing it out of the truck bed, I was left with a cracked and peeling bed liner. Precision Detailing was recommended as to me as a shop that did great work. They took off my old bed liner and sprayed a new one on. The difference between the two was obvious...Precisions job was far superior. Instead of a thin grey liner that was sprayed on unevenly, I now have a uniformly sprayed on liner with a thicker coat, and a finish that makes me feel like I have a brand new truck. My truck was done in 1 day, Theyre proud of the work they do, and rightly so. Theyre also more reasonable in pricing than other businesses in town. Im extremely pleased and will be back for detailing work soon. Kudos to owner Trevor Miller (who personally met me as soon as I pulled in for my appointment), office staff, and shop staff. Theyre courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

I have been riding around with oxidation on my Headlight lenses for over a year that was so thick I had to drive at night with my brights on. I went to see how much it would cost to get new headlight lamps and they told me it would be $259 each not including taxesOr labor but I could try to go to precision detail because they do really good work. I went and I had a little over a half an hour before I was needing to be headed towards home for an appointment with the cable company. I was going to schedule an appointment for the next morning but the owner told me that he could get me in at that moment. Within about a half an hour I was getting my keys and leaving to go home. He had two workers working on my lenses at the same time so I could make it to my appointment. When I went outside and looked at my car my headlamps look like they were brand new. I was surprised because he had told me that a head of time he might not be able to get some of the oxidation off of it. He showed me the spots that he thought may be really bad. I will be coming back to get a full detail inside and out and also to have the crack that is alongside my headlamp removed. Thank you precision detailing I think I have a new best friend. Not to mention the owner and the workers are very friendly and they make you feel like they appreciate you bringing them your business.

Seen precision detail as I was driving by and turned around to check them out. I let them know what I needed done, I was looking for something to protect the bed of my truck. Trevor comes from the back and says we do spray protection on beds, then he proceeds to show me an example of his of his work! So, I decided to let them do the work and I informed him Ill be coming from out of town to get it done. He let me know how long it would take for the job to be completed. Well, when I showed up, he got me in immediately and finished the job 2 hours earlier!!! That is what people need to hear is straight forward honest information about time and quality of work! These guys were great! I found both the owner and the employee to be very professional and personable. They took the time to help me make decisions about my window tinting. I came from Champaign to get them done, and they were VERY accommodating and made sure to have the car done as quickly as possible. The window tinting looks amazing, and Im very happy with my decision to do business with Precision!

I went in for a quote on some body work for my car. Trevor was very straightforward with me about things he did not think were worth repairing, given the age of the car. He also explained for me several things that I could fix myself. I really appreciated the honesty because he prioritized what I needed and what was good for me, rather than what would make money for his company. He also waited for me when I arrived a bit later than I thought I would, and he actually spent about 30 minutes answering my random questions about cars in general (including ones that did not directly relate to auto body work or detailing), and even referred me to some places/names where I could go when Im ready to buy a new car, where he was confident Id be treated honestly and fairly. He didnt charge me for any of this, and showed actual interest by inviting me to reach out to let him know how it goes if/when I look into getting a new car through one of his referrals.Update several months later (Google seems to not allow users to review the same company twice, but will allow editing).:My family and I just bought a new car and less than two weeks in we found a long scratch on the front driver door that extended to the back door. Im pretty sure my little one got excited and tried to draw on the car with a little stick or something. In any case, I dropped in to Precision just to get a quick quote. Eric and Andy came to take a look and said they thought they could buff it out pretty quickly and asked if I had 20-30 minutes. They gave me a quote, already low and very reasonable, and took it back to get to work on it right away. As promised, 20-30 minutes later they brought it back up front and it was good as new! Then they were courteous enough to go much lower than the already-low quote because they were able to take care of it so quickly. (Im not giving the precise numbers here because I dont want them to be in an awkward position if another customers repairs or body work is more extensive and would not be able to match this. But I can say 100% certainly that they were clearly just doing me a favor.) Not to be corny or sentimental, but it is really cool to go to a place where people still help each other out rather than trying to take advantage or charge as much as possible. Obviously I hope nobody needs this kind of work on their car, but if you do I definitely recommend Precision! Ive now had contacts with Trevor, Eric and Andy and they have all been great and eager to help me out.

Tint on windows but not worth the money spent

We’ve been to this place to tint the windows on two of our cars and have had great results each time. The owner is really nice and got our car ready and in the bay right away. Window tint is excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Someone hit my camaro with their car door in their parking lot then sped away. This isn’t the owners fault but they also have no cameras nor did they offer to do anything about it I definitely wouldn’t go here again. I also had an 8 o’clock appointment and when I got there I was told first come first serve and had 4 vehicles ahead of me so why even make an appointment. The owners were very friendly people though. The tinting seems to be ok it’s cut a little crooked it one spot but you don’t notice it with the window up.

We got our Camry detailed with Precision, they did a fantastic job! I forgot to get before photos but we have a fawn mastiff and 2 years of fur throughout the vehicle. Along with spills, dirt, and sand. They had the inside and outside looking like it did when we brought it home!

Took my new Dodge Ram over to precision for some much needed window tint. Trevor and the guys did a amazing job on it looks badass. A couple weeks went by and i noticed a bubble wouldn’t disappear called up Trevor he said to bring it over so he could look at it turned out it was a dust partical that got in there so he replaced it for me for free these guys are amazing at what they do and the owners and supper nice and will help you with whatever you need. Trevor and his staff are absolutely amazing! I had hit an animal on the interstate and it messed up my bumper and splash guards under my car. They had to replace and paint the bumper and install new splash guards. They were able to procure a new bumper and splash guards in a day and paint the bumper. They installed all of it the next day and it is some of the best body work I have ever seen. The best part of this transaction was that they were incredibly reasonable on the price! If u need auto body work, detailing, a haircut or any/all of the above, do yourself a favor and make your way to Precision! You will love yourself for doing so and your wallet will too!

But there some few bubbles i notice But still new so ill wait in 2 weeks and see. While waiting for my car get done, got a hair cut the guy who cut my hair look so serious but his good tho so detailed with fade cut. Two tumbs up with this guy.Its worth driving 66miles just to get my car tinted and haircut. I will definitely recommend this place!! Price was not bad at all for both!

Great place to get your hair and beard cut. The prices are what you would expect for a barber shop ($15 + tip) but you cant find a better shop around. The barbers are cool and do their job quite well and if you like, you can also get your car detailed while you get a haircut. Just awesome.

This is the one stop kind of shop.I trust almost no one to cut my hair and Jeremy does a great job.He almost always has a line if youre a walk in, but the wait is worth the quality hair cut youll get and you cant been the atmosphere in the shop or the price.I also use them for detailing my truck; exterior and interior, they always make her look brand new. Our most reason visit was to clean chocolate milk from the back seat. Ive always been told you cant have nice thinks and kids at the same time, but with Precision cleaning up his messes i can.Recently they also re-did the tint on my truck and i couldnt be happier with it.If youre going to do business with someone they should make you feel like youre a part of family or at least a good friend. I have never walked out of Precision feeling like i got anything but the best of service and treatment.I know they also have Limo and auto body services; i have not used them yet, but when I do need it, Precision is who i will be going to.highly recommended and will use again and again.

I get my hair cut here and the barbers always do a great job. Today I brought two of my kids in for haircuts and although they were really busy they still gave each customer a good cut without rushing or sacrificing quality. While we were there a woman came in acting rudely over what she felt was a bad haircut on her son even though she wasnt there at the time and the barber did what was asked by the boy and the boys father. Despite the fact that it wasnt their fault in the first place, they refunded her money and handled themselves professionally; better than I think I might have given the way she was carrying on. Long story short, they are good people and great barbers.

Contacted Trevor on a Friday about window tint and got me in at 8am Monday morning. I was in and out in under 2 hours, and they even put on cartoons in the waiting room for my daughter. My tint looks awesome, highly recommended!

Trevor and crew went above and beyond to help me with issues with my car. Not only fantastic body work but, technical issues they were able to quickly pinpoint and resolve. They were super professional and thorough. As a female I never felt like the were trying to take advantage of me and saved me a lot of time and money.
