I needed a walk-in shower due to some injuries. Top Tier was absolutely fantastic! They fit me in a month earlier than expected and completed the whole project in 2 days. Clean up afterward was spotless. I have had 2 other contractors with projects on my house and Top Tier was absolutely the best! Ben and Daniel are the greatest. My wife and I hired Top Tier to tear out, enlarge and install a new walk-in shower in our master bathroom. As with a prior installation (hallway guest bathroom), the installer (Daniel Rolufs) was excellent by every measure (professional, great communicator, polite, and obviously highly skilled at his craft). The end result was excellent and when Daniel was finished, he ensured that we were satisfied with the job and left no mess behind. So nice to have a professional contractor and the product absolutely meets our expectations. Would absolutely hire this company again.

We had a great experience with Top Tier on a recent kitchen model. We changed the entire layout of our kitchen and Mike did a great job with the design and advice. Once the design was settled Charity did an excellent job keeping things moving and on track. There were lots of aspects involved with moving plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc... but everything went smoothly considering the amount of work involved. Finally I cant say enough good things about Ryan who did the cabinet installation- he went above and beyond and did tremendous finish work. We absolutely love our new kitchen and appreciate everyone at Top Tier who worked to make it possible.

We had Top Tier Kitchens & Baths remove a bathtub in our condo and install a walk-in shower. They were very professional in the first visit to evaluate if we could get a walk-in tub or shower. Due to the size of the bathroom and the size of doors to get into the bathroom, they suggestedgoing with the walk-in shower. The crew that did the removal and installation were prompt in arriving and were very considerate about keeping the mess to a minimum by covering the floors leading to the bathroom. they did a very professional installation and we would recommend their company to anyone. I had Mike come talk to is about our kitchen remodel a while back. He was prompt and professional and not too much of the salesman type. We emailed back and forth and I shot him some photos of some things I liked. He said the next step would be to have someone come out and look at structure stuff and he never got back to me. I did like his plan but there was no follow through on his part so we hired someone else to do the work.

My Wife and I had some bathroom remodeling completed by Top Tier in early February 2021. This is my second experience with Top Tier. I would give the installer Tanner Sims (Cowboy) along with the Top Tier Team a five-star rating. The project included: replacing one tub with a walk-in shower, replacing two commodes, along with replacing several faucets. The project did take a few days longer then estimated simple because of it being an older house, and likely their first experience with a passive solar house. While the price is a little experience, one gets what one pays for and the excellent service and warranty is worth it. The Top Tier Employees were great to work with. We would recommend Top Tier. My only non-positive is that the Google review system that they utilize isnt rural Missouri friendly, especially in areas that have a single internet source that is extremely weak at best.///Melvin Johnson.

Top Tier replaced our tub with a walk-in shower and sink top. They did the work on schedule and their price was competitive. The installers, Ryan West and Tanner Escalante, really had their hands full with our 60 year old house and tiny bathroom, but they did a good job. The one glitch we had, they came out immediately and put to rights. You cant ask for more than that. I really felt they knew what they were doing and would recommend them to others.

We are thrilled with our new shower surround! I feel like Im in a 5 star hotel when I step in! The acrylic surround with the subway tile pattern looks just like subway tile, only without ever having to worry about cleaning the grout. Our installer, Doc, was fantastic! He replaced the old rusty pipes all the way to the mainline in the basement. I finally have water flow again, which also means the water gets hot faster. Woohoo! Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

The job was a complete remodel of one of our bathrooms. The only thing that stayed was the cabinet and light fixture. Everything that required demolition was completed in one day. The project included replacement of the existing tub/shower and fixtures, replace the existing toilet with a right height toilet, replace the old counter top and fixtures with new, remove the existing flooring and replace with new tile, remove and reinstall the towel hanger and paper dispenser. Since it was discovered that the new bathtub box was incorrectly labeled, we decided to change the supply and drain piping to match the new tub. This was my choice, and was done at no extra charge. The work was completed in four days plus two hours.The technician that did the work for me was Daniel.This was my second remodel project with Top Tier, and is a few months we expect to have them remodel our kitchen.

Response after first phone call was quick. Set up our first meeting with Mike Campbell to design and plan our new kitchen and dining area. He had great ideas and I really appreciated all of his help. The entire remodel didnt take as long as I anticipated and it turned out beautiful. Chris was our cabinet and finish carpenter. He did a great job and really enjoyed having him around. Thanks also to Mike Sullivan and the electricians that came out. They were awesome too!

Smooth process from start to finish! Our design specialist was Greg Chinn and he made sure to explain how the whole process of getting our new shower would work. We appreciated that we were bl to visit the storefront to see a large piece of the pattern we had selected to make sure it was the choice we wanted. We were sent postcards to update on the progress on our project and Greg called us to let us know updates/changes as well. We are extremely happy with the final product and would use Top Tier again!

This was a complete master bathroom renovation, done by Ben Doc Jantz, of Top Tier Kitchen and Baths. Ben was here everyday from 8A to 6P for five consecutive days beginning with a carefully managed demolition, leaving all cabinets suitable for recycling to Habitat, and ending with a beautifully finished master bath. Top Tier is also doing our complete kitchen renovation concurrently. Ben was instrumental in removing existing cabinets & countertops, also designated for Habitat. Top Tier arranged the pickup by habitat as well. We are very pleased so with the quality of workmanship. Shower glass is being custom made and will be installed next week. Kitchen renovation is still ongoing.

My husband and i have did a complete house renovation. We went with a different company for our kitchen. We are still regretting it. Ordered kitchen island and counter top Feb. 7, 2020 and still are dealing with them with product being wrong. We hired a plumber to hook it up 2 months later and was suppose to get a refund for installation not sure when that will happen. Ben Jantz from Top Tier installed our floor, toilet, new shower with extras. In just a couple of days by himself! It is beautiful. Absolutely no problems. I will recommend to anyone with confidence. Our tub was cracked and water was starting to get under the tub. When we hired Top Tier they set a date that was a few weeks out to do the install of a new tub. They were able to come a few weeks earlier than planned and finished the job in 2 days.The amount of time we were without water was limited - which was helpful because everyone was home over a holiday weekend. The installer was friendly and made sure we were always aware of what was going on. He was careful and clean in his work.The tub and shower surround looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the process an results

This was a project for my special needs daughter and I was very apprehensive on so many levels. There wasnt a negative aspect involved, however. First, the person that presented the job, Juan Valdez, was very professional and upfront. I felt like a part of the decision making process. Next, the installer, Colton Hovey. They just remodeled my second bathroom and it looks amazing. Joseph was very professional and friendly and was very helpful with picking out finishes and designing the layout. Monty finished the bathroom in two days and was very friendly and professional and also helped mud extra spots in bathroom that weren’t part of remodel so I could have smooth walls. They are the only people I trust for my remodeling needs.

A very small basement shower stall that needed a leak stopped and face lift. The quote was great, product beautiful, the sales rep explained everything. They were early for the install date and the installer was on time, on task, friendly, respectful and did a great job.

Top Tier did a magnificent job our our kitchen. We gutted it down to the studs and subfloors and rebuilt it again. From beginning to end they were friendly, professional, flexible and competent. We were able to work alongside them or step back and let them do it all.
