He was supposed to install windows and wrap the outside. He was paid and the work was not complete. He did not respond or communicate. I would not recommend and reported to better business bureau. All material was paid for upfront and I got no refund on the material that was never used or completed.Nice to see he responds now. Buyer beware I have all of email and text still if anyone wants to see them. Not creepy at all, for you to even say that on a valid review should speak volumes to those considering you for their project. You knew the project and conditions before you started. You took the money and run and have lame excuses for not responding for weeks/months and then not all.

Thank you so much to John and his crew, They did an excellent job on my kitchen. And in under the time I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Complexly Simple for your next remodel.
