Great service. Friendly, fast and fresh haircut. Little more expensive than a chain barber shop but worth it. Carmine cut my hair and has been a barber for 50 years. Very happy with my experience.

Stopped at the Springfield location on a whim on a long road trip up north. My sons hair was out of control and we were about to see Grandma, so desperately needed a haircut. We were from out of town, had no idea where to go, and relied solely on convenience and Google reviews. Saw that this place had good reviews and had super easy highway access, so decided to give it a shot. Im so glad I did! I walked in with my son, no appointment, and Ralph greeted us with a huge smile and told my son to step right up. My son is 4 years old and shy around new people, but Ralph won him over. He set him up on a booster, sprayed his hair, and didnt bat an eyelash when I told him I wanted a preppy scissor cut (not a fan of the clippered look). Ralph was amazing. He was so great with my son and gave him probably the best haircut of his life. Not only that, he was a blast to chat with during the cut. He even recommended that we stop and pick up some cannoli and sfogliatelle from the bakery down the street (La Fiorina)- he was 100% on point about that place. Anyway, I cannot recommend this place - and Ralph - enough. I wish I could pick them up and drop them in our hometown!

Ive been there a couple times and have had no problem...but the most recent and most likely last time..my haircut was completely rushed and essentially half a haircut didnt even get after shave for my hair bumps or the access hair off me

I did not hate this place. I will go there again when I need a haircut or anything. The place was super clean, they sanitized before and after I got on the chair. The barbers in there all wore mask. And protocols were used.
