I am more than satisfied with my haircut and style yesterday. I could barley explain how I wanted my hair cut, but my stylist translated my ideas.Christina in the Springfield store gave me the best haircut that I have had in years, and I will definitely go back when I need another cut.

Was my 1st time going theor to get my own hair cut (I bring my son there). I usually just shave my head and didnt know what to do with my hair. The stylist doing my hair was super helpful, she gave me suggestions I told her do what u think will look good. She did an incredible job, Im super pleased and will continue to bring my son and go myself.

Excellent staff, they care for the person who they are Cutting Hair for, and I went in with a different request, and the Person made sure i was sure about what i had asked, to make sure she could go ahead with my Request . I had asked to get a Military style High and Tight which in itself its the odd thing of my request, I went in with Hair almost to the middle of my back, Thats why she made sure it was what i was asking for is what i wanted, and i said yes go for it, and during the whole time, she was respectful and courteous, and made sure i was comfortable in every way . One thing now she has something to talk about, The one who came in with Long Hair, and left with almost no Hair . Any way i would Give them an A+ 5 Star + Rating, and would Recommend them to anyone .

Patti gave me a really nice angled bob cut. She is very personable and very nice. The tea tree shampoo in the chair that messages(soothed the back) and scalp treatment was awesome too. Seriously that was the best haircut! My first time there and I am delighted!The shop is very clean and I appreciate that they follow the health protocols and do take temps as well. 5 star all the way!

This was my first time coming to Great Clips. I had heard the commercials on the radio and I brought my kids here once. I normally cut my own hair but now that Ive experienced the MVP treatment at Great Clips. I will definitely treat myself again to a professional haircut. I really liked the products they used in my hair and recommended, the barber was very knowledgeable and I appreciated her personal knowledge of the products! I cant wait until COVID is over and they can do something for my beard as well!

This place is amazing, I brought my son who is 5 now and when he was 4 I brought him here and they did his hair just a cut and did amazing with scissors because he doesn’t like buzzers I have been to 5 other places since that were absolutely horrible!! The reason we didn’t come back is because of distance wel we went back with both our sons 3 and 5 and they did amazing hair cuts and were beyond patient with both of them my youngest it was his first time getting his hair cut in a place like this and they did so amazing with him and showed him the clippers and everything I can’t say enough good things about this place and now I feel horrible I didn’t get there names and the blonde women this is the second time she did amazing both were!!!! Recommend this place Highly!!!!

I dont know how I survived in the past without a Sport Clips around to take care of my grooming needs. First, every employee does a wonderful job each and every time, and if you have a favorite just ask for them and youre all set. I recommend the MVP, a full cut, followed by a shampoo, tea tree conditioner, and not one, but two hot towels to relax you.Add in that they take care of your facial needs, be it a beard trim or a shave, and in between haircuts, if you so desire, you can come in and get your neck cleaned up and trimmed.It truly is a great experience.

The most convenient and easy to use line system around! Downloaded the app, logged my sons name and arrived when it told me too. Never have had a bad cut and even got my daughters long, thick locks a quick trim! The pictures are from the last time he decided to grow out his hair and finally agreed to a cut if we went to Sports Clips!

I had never been here before, and I thought from looking on the outside that it seemed a bit gimmicky. However it was honestly one of the best experiences ever. I had seen Nancy, and she explained not only how the place worked, but some of the products too. The tea tree conditioner was great. And it was a good haircut too. Also it’s close to my house. Just give it a chance. I don’t think I’m going anywhere else again for a while.

Every barber/hair stylist has a certain way they cut hair and in most cases, should be consistent every time you go. Unfortunately, if you are looking for consistency, this might not be the place you are looking for. I would rather have a good haircut then be persuaded to buy into the VIP experience to make your experience better. What will make my experience better is by having a good haircut every time I go. The days I have been, the person who in the past has done a good job is not there. It is a hit or miss. Some staff is very experience, while others cannot seem to do a proper fade. Overall, the job gets done and you pay a decent amount and leave wondering why did you spend so much.

Ask for Britney, she is the only one that I let cut my hair an does it exactly the same every visit its hard to actually find anyone out there that can give a consistent haircut, definitely recommended (MVP)

Friendly staff, very clean shop, TV is nice but not a big deal. The MVP is very worthwhile experience: relax with raised feet in a massaging chair with a hot towel on your face while your hair is washed. Best spent $5 of my day.

Christina was spectacular! She fixed all the wrongs that my last barber left me with. There is magic in her scissors! After a few visits she has my hair looking fuller and I feel more confident. Every 40-somethings dream btw. The beard oil she recommended has my beard looking and feeling better than ever and smells great. Very friendly staff all around. They all made me feel welcome and really like their jobs . I wont be going to anyone else again. I fell in love ...with the hot and cold towel combo in July. Would love to see the cold towel be a year round option. 5 Stars for Christina and Sports clips!

It was my first time going there in a very long time bc my barber was out of town. I had Krystal who was amazing only had to explain to her once how I like my haircut and Im picky when it comes to my haircut she did better than my barber I been going to for years. I have a big marketing presentation for work tomorrow and was worried about going to a new barber/stylist but Krystals experience shows by far the cleanest fade Ive gotten in my life and she blended it perfect and did a 5 star job with the sissors for the top of my head, We had a nice conversation the whole time. she gave me the best haircut Ive ever had. Highly recommend Krystal if you going here she wont disappoint and she is out going and just a generaly nice lady.

On another note one of your Stylists Christina Daviaux during a fundraiser for St Baldricks Foundation noticed a discoloration on the back of my right ear and suggested I seek medical advice - I did- It turned out to be Melanoma which turned into a 5 hour operation but thankfully I am clean of Cancer - Thank you Sport Clips of 5 Town Plaza Springfield MA but especially to Christina!
